ALUMINIO ESTABILIZADO POR EL LANTANO, CONSERVANDO UNA SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA ELEVADA A ALTA TEMPERATURA, EN ESPECIAL DESPUES DE LA CALCINACION A 1200 C DURANTE 4 HORAS. PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE ESTA ALUMINA ESTABILIZADA, PARTIENDO DE UN POLVO DE ALUMINA OBTENIDO DE LA DESHIDRATACION RAPIDA DE UN HIDROXIDO U OXIHIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO, EN EL QUE EL CITADO POLVO SE REHIDRATA EN PRESENCIA DE UN COMPUESTO DE LANTANO Y SE SOMETE DESPUES A UN TRATAMIENTO TERMICO. UTILIZACION DE ESTA ALUMINA ESTABILIZADA COMO SOPORTE DE CATALIZADOR.
