PROCEDIMIENTO ALTERNATIVO PARA LA OBTENCION DE ACIDO 6-AMINO-PENICILANICO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN LA SUSTITUCION DE LAS ETAPAS DE EXTRACCION CON DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS Y AISLAMIENTO Y SEPARACION COMO SOLIDO DE LA SAL DE PENICILINA INTERMEDIA, POR UN PROCESO DE ULTRAFILTRACION DEL CALDO DE CULTIVO EN AL MENOS 2 ETAPAS SUCESIVAS. LA 1. ETAPA TIENE UNA EXCLUSION DE PESOS MOLECULARES DE 20.000 DALTON Y LA 2. DE 2.000 DALTON. POSTERIORMENTE A LA ETAPA DE CONVERSION ENZIMATICA, LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA MISMA SE SOMETEN A UNA SERIE DE PASOS EN CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERCAMBIO ANIONICO.
