CUANDO ESTA COMPOSICION SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON UN SISTEMA SOLVENTE CAPAZ DE PERMITIR LA IONIZACION DE LA SAL Y DEL ACIDO CARBOXILICO ALIFATICO, SE LIBERA IN SITU ACIDO ACETICO O ACIDO PROPIONICO LIBRES.
