LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE PREPARACION DE UN PIGMENTO A BASE DE VANADATO DE BISMUTO EN EL QUE: 1) SE HACE REACCIONAR UNA SOLUCION ACIDA DE NITRATO DE BISMUTO CON UNA SOLUCION BASICA DE METAVANADATO DE AMONIO Y EVENTUALMENTE OTRAS SALES PARA FORMAR UN PRECIPITADO A BASE DE VANADATO DE BISMUTO EN UN MEDIO DE REACCION MUY ACIDO DE UN PH DEL ORDEN DE 1-2; 2) SE LLEVA EL PH DEL MEDIO DE REACCION A UN VALOR DEL ORDEN DE 7 POR ADICION DE UNA BASE; 3) SE LLEVA LA TEMPERATURA A UN VALOR DE MAS DE 80 (GRADOS) C EN UNA DURACION DEL ORDEN DE 30 MINUTOS A LA QUE SE MANTIENEN EL PH EN UN VALOR DE 7 CON UNA BASE; 4) SE AGITA DURANTE 1/2 A MAS DE 2 HORAS HASTA UN PH DEL ORDEN 6,5; 5) SE FILTRA, LAVA Y SECA EL PIGMENTO.
