Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN EQUIPO PARA LA FABRICACION DE CAPSULAS SUBCUTANEAS. LAS CAPSULAS SE PRODUCEN A BASE DE CORTAR TROZOS DE UN TUBO DE SILICONA DE MAYOR TAMAÑO QUE LA LONGITUD FINAL DE LA CAPSULA. LOS TROZOS SE COLOCAN EN FILAS LAS CUALES INCLUYEN UN NUMERO DEFINIDO DE LOS MISMOS Y EN ESTAS FILAS SE RELLENAN Y SE SELLAN. PRIMERO SE SELLA UN EXTREMO DE LAS CAPSULAS CON UNA COLA QUE SE DOSIFICA EN SUS ABERTURAS. EL MATERIAL PARA LAS CAPSULAS SE DOSIFICA A TRAVES DE UN DISCO CON ABERTURAS QUE SE PUEDE DESLIZAR POR UNA SUPERFICIE PLANA. SI SE BARRE LA SUPERFICIE SUPERIOR DEL DISCO, EL VOLUMEN DE LA DOSIS QUEDA LIMITADO AL VOLUMEN DEFINIDO POR LA ABERTURA. PARA REGULAR LA DENSIDAD DE CONCENTRACION DEL MATERIAL, SE PUEDEN UTILIZAR VIBRACIONES DURANTE EL RELLENO DE LAS ABERTURAS. EL MATERIAL DOSIFICADO SE TRANSPORTA A LA CAPSULA A TRAVES DE UNA TOLVA ALIMENTADORA, A TRAVES DE LA CUAL UN RESORTE EN ESPIRAL ROTATIVO, QUE FUNCIONA A MODO DE TORNILLO DE RELLENO, SE INTRODUCE EN LA CAPSULA A RELLENAR.
