SE PRESENTA UN METODO Y UN SISTEMA QUE SIRVEN PARA DESHIDRATAR COMPLETA O PARCIALMENTE CIENO PROCEDENTE POR EJEMPLO DEL ALCANTARILLADO MEDIANTE EVAPORACION. EL CIENO SE SECA CON LA ADICION DE CALOR EN UNA CAMARA SECADORA (2). EL CIENO SE TRANSPORTA SOBRE UNA REJILLA TRANSPORTADORA SINFIN (3) DESDE UNA ABERTURA DE ENTRADA (8) EN LA CAMARA SECADORA (2) HASTA UNA ABERTURA DE DESCARGA (9) EN LA MISMA. EL CIENO SE DEPOSITA SOBRE LA REJILLA EN UNA PLURALIDAD DE BANDAS YUXTAPUESTAS DE CIENO (18) POR MEDIO DE UN EXTRUDIDOR (6), EN EL QUE EL CIENO SE PRECALIENTA HASTA AL MENOS 100 (GRADOS) C ANTES DE LA EXTRUSION.
