Abstract

Un procedimiento para la transformación de una célula huésped con un vector recombinante, el cual, comprende el mezclado conjunto del huésped y del vector recombinante bajo condiciones de transformación convencionales, caracterizado porque el vector recombinante comprende DNA, el cual, comprende, esencialmente, un gen que contiene el código de una enzima sintetasa capaz de generar (L-aminoadipil)-L-cisteinil-D-valina obtenible a partir de Penicillium chrysogenum, mediante: a) la construcción de una biblioteca genómica a partir de los fragmentos de DNA cromosómicos del P. chrysogenum, b) la realización de uno o más experimentos de hibridación con el fin de seleccionar, a partir de dicha biblioteca, los clones que contengan el DNA de la invención y c) el aislamiento del DNA de la invención, conteniendo dicho DNA la configuración de los sitios de restricción mostrados en la Figura 6(b).
