EL MOVIMIENTO DE PASO LENTO DE LOS ACTUADORES ALCANZA UNA GRAN EFICIENCIA MECANICA AL ELIMINAR LA FRICCION DE DESLIZAMIENTO. LAS JUNTAS FUNCIONAN AL AIRE O AL VACIO SIN LUBRICACION Y CON POCO CALENTAMIENTO. FUERZAS RELATIVAMENTE GRANDES Y TORSIONES SE DESARROLLAN EN UNAS VELOCIDADES LENTAS.
