SE PRODUCE UREA-NITRATO CALCICO [CA(NO3)2-4CO(NH2)2] POR MEDIO DE UN PROCESO, DE ACUERDO CON EL CUAL: - SE PREPARA UNA COMPOSICION LIQUIDA A TEMPERATURA NO MAS ALTA DE 170 GRADOS C, QUE CONTIENE UREA Y NITRATO CALCICO EN UNA PROPORCION MOLAR ENTRE AMBOS IGUAL A, O APROXIMADAMENTE IGUAL A, 4/1, Y QUE TIENE UN CONTENIDO DE AGUA COMPRENDIDO DENTRO DEL INTERVALO DE 0 A 15% EN PESO, - DICHA COMPOSICION LIQUIDA SE ROCIA, A TRAVES DE UNA BOQUILLA DE PULVERIZACION, SOBRE LAS PARTICULAS SOLIDAS PREVIAMENTE FORMADAS DE UREA.NITRATO CALCICO MANTENIDAS EN MIVIMIENTO A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA DENTRO DEL INTERVALO DESDE 40 A APROXIMADAMENTE 100 GRADOS C Y BAJO CORRIENTE DE UN GAS INERTE; - LA UREA-NITRATO CALCICO SE RECUPERA DE DICHOS PRODUCTOS SOLIDOS A PARTIR DEL ROCIADO. EL PRODUCTO UREA-NITRATO CALCICO ASI OBTENIDO ESTA EN FORMA DE UN SOLIDO GRANULAR QUE FLUYE LIBREMENTE, NO TIENE TENDENCIA A FORMAR POLVOS, Y ES UTIL EN AGRICULTURA COMO FERTILIZANTE NITROGENADO. TAMBIEN SE REIVINDICA EL EQUIPOADECUADO PARA LLEVAR A CABO EL PROCESO DE PREPARACION DE UREA-NITRATO CALCICO DE FORMA CONTINUA.
