Abstract
On a screwed profile steel frame two inclined, independent, freely vibrating sieve boxes (1) are located. The upper and lower (1.1,1.2) boxes have a single pulley belt drive on eccentric shafts, and the seive entries (2) have sieves with holes of 3.0 x 22.0 mm. On the upper sieve box directly behind the inlet (3) and at the rear lower end, on the lower sieve box (1.2) at the rear end, are material withdrawal points which issue into input funnels (4). The input funnels are part of a double electrical separator, the rollers (5) of which are located beneath the electrode holders (6) material pick-up funnel (7) with separators (8). USE - For the processing of sunflower seeds prior to oil extraction, effecting granule size classification and peel sepn.
