Abstract
SISTEMA DE ALTA DEFINICION PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE ARTICULOS QUE SIRVE COMO DISCRIMINADOR O IDENTIFICADOR DE ARTICULOS CREANDO LA SILUETA DE UN OBJETO. LOS OBJETOS SE SINGULARIZAN SOBRE UN TRANSPORTADOR Y SE EXPLORAN MEDIANTE UNA MATRIZ LINEAL DE UNIDADES CCD (2048 PIXELS POR PULGADA (25,4 MM)) A UNA VELOCIDAD DE EXPLORACION DE 10 MHZ. LAS TRANSICIONES DE LOS PIXELS CORRESPONDIENTES A LOS PUNTOS EN EL BORDE DE UN OBJETO SE CONVIERTEN EN UN SOLO VALOR DE CONTEO DE UN CONTADOR SINCRONIZADO CON EL EXPLORADOR. UN MICROPROCESADOR CON MEMORIA FIFO NECESITA CAPACIDAD PARA PROCESAR SOLAMENTE EL VALOR DE CONTEO EN LUGAR DE TODOS LOS DATOS DE LOS PIXELS. LA ORIENTACION DEL ARTICULO SE CORRIGE EN RESPUESTA A UNA SEÑAL GENERADA DETERMINANDO LA DIFERENCIA DE VALOR DE CONTEO ENTRE UN VALOR DE REFERENCIA Y UN VALOR CARACTERISTICO DEL ARTICULO SOLAMENTE EN LOS MODULOS DE EXPLORACION EQUIDISTANTES A LO LARGO DEL ARTICULO DONDE SE HAYA ESTABLECIDO QUE LAS DIFERENCIAS SON MAXIMAS.
