UN METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UNA SOMATOTROPINA ESTABLE Y BIOACTIVA COMPRENDE REDUCIR SELECTIVAMENTE EL ENLACE DISULFURO DE BUCLE PEQUEÑO DE LA SOMATOTROPINA PARA PRODUCIR GRUPOS SULFHIDRILO; Y DERIVAR LOS GRUPOS SULFHIDRILO DE BUCLE PEQUEÑO PARA PRODUCIR UNA SOMOTOTROPINA DERIVADA DE BUCLE PEQUEÑO, EVITANDO ASI QUE LOS GRUPOS SULFHIDRILO FORMEN ENLACES DISULFURO INTRAMOLECULARES CAUSANTES DE LA FORMACION DE DIMEROS, OLIGOMEROS Y AGREGADOS DE SOMATOTROPINA Y QUE INACTIVAN A DICHA SOMATOTROPINA. LA SOMATOTROPINA Y QUE INACTIVAN A DICHA SOMATOTROPINA.
