EN ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE EFECTUA UNA COMBUSTION PARCIAL OPTIMA DEL GAS ORIGINAL DEPENDIENDO DEL CAUDAL MASICO DE SULFURO DE HIDROGENO QUE SE HA APORTADO, O BIEN EN UN HORNO DE COMBUSTION O BIEN EN DOS HORNOS DE COMBUSTION CONECTADOS EN PARALELO, DESPUES DE LO CUAL EL TRATAMIENTO ADICIONAL DEL GAS ES LLEVADO A CABO EN UN UNICO REACTOR DE CLAUS, CUYA CAPACIDAD DE PRODUCCION ESTA ADAPTADO AL MAXIMO CAUDAL MASICO DE AZUFRE QUE ES DE ESPERAR.
