PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SINTESIS DE ETERES METILTERALQUILICOS A PARTIR DE METANOL Y OLEFINAS RAMIFICADAS C4-C8. LOS ETERES METILTERALQUILICOS PROVENIENTES DE UNA ZONA DE SINTESIS SON SEPARADOS DE LOS HIDROCARBUROS NO REACCIONADOS MEDIANTE UNA OPERACION DE RECTIFICACION EN LA CUAL LOS HIDROCARBUROS NO REACCIONADOS SON EXTRAIDOS DE LA PORCION DE CABEZA COMO AZEOTROPO CON EL METANOL. PARA SEPARAR EL METANOL Y PERMITIR EN CONSECUENCIA UNA UTILIZACION ADECUADA DE DICHOS HIDROCARBUROS NO REACCIONADOS LA MEZCLA AZEOTROPICA ES LAVADA CON AGUA EN UNA COLUMNA DE LAVADO QUE SE CORROE MUY RAPIDAMENTE. LA INVENCION RESUELVE EL PROBLEMA DE LA CORROSION RECURRIENDO A UNA DESOXIDACION DE LA CARGA HIDROCARBURICA Y/O DEL METANOL ANTES DE QUE ESTOS SEAN ENVIADOS A LA SINTESIS. LA INVENCION ENCUENTRA APLICACION EN LA INDUSTRIA PETROQUIMICA.
