Abstract
Un procedimiento para la fabricación de hilos artificiales fibras cintas y productos similares artificiales con buenas propiedades textiles a partir de caucho disuelto en disolventes orgánicos tales como tolueno a cuyas soluciones se han añadido activadores de la hilatura hilando estas soluciones a una temperatura menos que la temperatura ambiente en los baños de hilatura por ejemplo alcohol acuoso en el cual se disuelve dióxido de azufre y estirando subsiguientemente los hilos primariamente formados con preferencia en una operación caracterizado porque se parte de un caucho que ha sido plastificado en tal medida que posea una viscosidad standard que está por debajo de 3 Poises de cuyo caucho se prepara una solución de hilatura que contiene al menos 10% en peso de caucho cuya solución es luego hilada en el baño de hilatura antes mencionado eligiéndose la cantidad de activador de la hilatura en la solución de hilatura y la cantidad de dióxido d azufre en el baño de hilatura así como la temperatura del baño de hilatura de modo que se hile un hilo que contenga al menos 17% y a lo sumo 20% de azufre.
