Abstract

Dispositivo automático de carga de bultos de formato uniforme sobre vehículos, tales como sacos, balas de caucho, cajas, etc, que comprende un pasillo en el que se introduce el vehículo a cargar, caracterizado porque comprende una vía longitudinal elevada sobre la que puede deslizarse un carro provisto de una cabeza que incluye el número necesario de ventosas y que es desplazable vertical y horizontalmente para la recogida de los bultos; por un transportador que se extiende a lo largo de uno de los lados del pasillo y que conduce los bultos al carro, el cual posee un plano de deslizamiento horizontal perpendicular al eje longitudinal del pasillo y medios para transferir los bultos sumistrados por el transportador al plano de deslizamiento, estando alineadas las ventosas en el sentido de bate plano y desplazandose, junto con la cabeza, en el sentido vertical y longitudinal respecto al eje del pasillo para ir de una posición de recogida de los bultos a una posición de colocación de los mismos sobre el suelo de carga del vehículo; y por un equipo del control que, despues de la colocación del carro en uno de los extremos del suelo de carga, hace efectuar automáticamente las operaciones necesarias para coger los bultos y posarlos en varias filas y capas desde un extremo al otro del suelo de carga.
