Abstract

Tapón inviolable adaptado para asegurarse desprendiblemente a un recipiente provisto de una parte de cuello terminal abierta con una parte fileteada helicoidal por lo menos sobre la misma y un reborde anular generalmente cilíndrico sobre dicho cuello en el lado opuesto de la citada parte fileteada respecto al extremo abierto del citado cuello cuyo reborde presenta una serie de salientes espaciados y situados alrededor de la periferia del cuello en el extremo abierto del cuello y extendidas en general paralelamente al eje del tal cuello que comprende una parte de tapa que presenta una pared lateral circunferencialmente extendida y una pared terminal una anilla de retención formada solidariamente con la parte de tapa y asegurada a esta última a lo largo del borde inferior remoto de dicha pared lateral respecto a la citada pared terminal comprendiendo dicha anilla de retención una pared exterior generalmente cilindrica y una sección de pared interna confrontada a la pared exterior y espaciada radialmente hacia el interior respecto a ella una unión debilitada que conecta tal parte de tapa y la pared exterior de la anilla de retención y una serie de muescas uniformemente espaciadas en la sección de pared interna de la referida anilla de retención extendida por completo alrededor de la periferia de la misma estando adaptado el citado miembro de cierre para colocarse sobre la mencionada porción de cuello del recipiente superponiéndose las muescas de la sección de pared interna de la anilla de retención a los salientes de dicho recipiente siendo deformable la parte de tapa para adaptarse a la forma de la parte fileteada del cuello del recipiente.
