Abstract

1. Una estructura de válvula de gas termostática para el suministro de un caudal principal (F2) y de un caudal piloto (F1) de gas a respectivos quemadores en un horno de cocina, comprendiendo un cuerpo (2) de válvula y una cubierta anterior (3) de válvula y un eje (7) de accionamiento de válvula atravesando la cubierta anterior (3); un conducto de entrada (9) del gas a la estructura (1) de válvula conectable a una fuente de gas, un conducto de salida (11) del caudal principal conectable a un quemador principal del horno, y un conducto de salida (12) del caudal piloto (F1) conectable a un quemador piloto del horno; al menos una válvula de seguridad (6) alojada en el conducto de entrada (9) y energizada por un termopar, una válvula rotatoria (4) manual comunicada en serie con la válvula de seguridad (6) que establece un caudal principal (F2) a través de la estructura (1) de la válvula, y una válvula termostática (5) respondiendo a las variaciones de la temperatura del horno, dispuesta en serie con la válvula rotatoria (4) para modular la salida del caudal principal (F2); dicho eje (7) de accionamiento provisto de medios (7a, 7b, 16, 17, 21), para efectuar en colaboración con un mando rotatorio (8) un movimiento de rotación que acciona la válvula (4) rotatoria, y un movimiento axial de vaivén que acciona la válvula de seguridad (6); dicho mando rotatorio (8) provisto de indicaciones (PILOT, OFF, ON) de varias posiciones rotacionales de accionamiento del eje (7), para el suministro del caudal piloto (F1), el suministro del caudal principal (F2) y del caudal piloto (F1) simultáneos, y el corte total del suministro del caudal principal (F2); caracterizado en que el suministro del caudal piloto (F1) es permanente en cualquiera de dichas posiciones rotacionales (PILOT, OFF, ON), siendo activado el suministro del caudal piloto (F1) para el encendido del quemador piloto en una posición (PILOT) única del mando rotatorio (8), coincidente con la posición de corte total del caudal principal (F2), estableciéndose el caudal piloto (F1) directamente mediante la apertura de la válvula de seguridad (6) hacia el conducto de salida (12), para lo cual el eje (7) de accionamiento y la cubierta (3) de válvula están provistos de medios (21, 22) para prevenir la simultaneidad de la rotación y del desplazamiento axial del eje (7) de accionamiento.
