Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft unter anderem ein Verfahren zur Montage einer Scrollvakuumpumpe mit einem Pumpengehäuse zur Aufnahme eines Pumpsystems, das ein feststehendes Spiralbauteil und ein mit diesem pumpwirksam zusammenwirkendes bewegliches Spiralbauteil umfasst, und einer zwischen dem beweglichen Spiralbauteil und einem Gehäuseabschnitt des Pumpengehäuses angeordneten verformbaren Hülse, insbesondere einem Wellbalg; wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
Fixieren eines ersten axialen Endes der verformbaren Hülse an dem beweglichen Spiralbauteil zur Bereitstellung einer Montagebaugruppe, Einführen der Montagebaugruppe in den Gehäuseabschnitt,
Fixieren des zweiten axialen Endes der verformbaren Hülse der Montagebaugruppe an dem Gehäuseabschnitt,
Ansetzen des feststehenden Spiralbauteils an den Gehäuseabschnitt in einer Vormontageposition,
Ausrichten einer Winkellage des feststehenden Spiralbauteils relativ zu der Montagebaugruppe, und
Fixieren des feststehenden Spiralbauteils in der ausgerichteten Position an dem Pumpengehäuseabschnitt.
