Definitions
- a method of adding counterweights to a rotary table is generally adopted to balance the weight of the lifted load and ensure a lifting capacity.
- the counterweight is often suspended as a whole on a hoisting box on an outer edge of a rotary table, and at least part of the counterweight protrudes out of a vehicle.
- An object of the present application is to provide a counterweight apparatus and an operation machine to solve at least one of the problems existing in the prior art.
- the counterweight apparatus provided in the present application further includes: a second mounting-and-demounting apparatus detachably connected to the main counterweight, wherein the second mounting-and-demounting apparatus is configured to drive the main counterweight to move to a second preset mounting position, and the second preset mounting position is located on the rotary table.
- a mounting gap is formed between the secondary counterweight and the main counterweight.
- the counterweight apparatus provided in the present application further includes: a connection assembly arranged on the secondary counterweight for connecting the secondary counterweight to the rotary table.
- the present application further provides an operation machine including the counterweight apparatus as described in any one of the above items.
- the counterweight apparatus configured to be connected to a rotary table and includes a main counterweight and a secondary counterweight arranged independently of each other, wherein the main counterweight and the secondary counterweight are both connected to the rotary table, and the secondary counterweight is arranged on a side, facing a slewing center of the rotary table, of the main counterweight.
- two independent counterweights i.e., a main counterweight and a secondary counterweight, are formed, wherein the main counterweight is connected to a rotary table, while the secondary counterweight is arranged on a side, facing a slewing center of the rotary table, of the main counterweight, that is, the secondary counterweight is located on an inner side of the main counterweight.
- the counterweight apparatus includes a main counterweight 2 and a secondary counterweight 3 arranged independently of each other, wherein the main counterweight 2 and the secondary counterweight 3 are both connected to the rotary table 1, and the secondary counterweight 3 is arranged on a side, facing a slewing center 12 of the rotary table 1, of the main counterweight 2.
- a weight range of the secondary counterweight 3 is adaptively adjusted according to the tonnage of lifting vehicles, and the secondary counterweight 3 is suitable for different vehicle models such as truck cranes and crawler cranes.
- the main counterweight and the secondary counterweight are arranged independently, the main counterweight 2 can be separately removed during transfer, and the main counterweight 2 is placed in a free position in a middle portion of a vehicle, with no need of removing the secondary counterweight 3, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty in demounting and mounting.
- the secondary counterweight 3 is located on an inner side of the main counterweight 2, and will not extend beyond a vehicle during transfer, thereby preventing over-length driving of a vehicle, satisfying requirements of road transportation, and reducing tediousness of operation. In this way, the main counterweight and the secondary counterweight can both be transported with a vehicle with no need of separate transfer, and the operation is convenient.
- the center of gravity of the main counterweight and the secondary counterweight is relatively close to the slewing center 12, that is, the center of gravity is shifted inwards, thereby greatly improving the safety performance of the counterweight apparatus and eliminating potential safety hazards during operation.

- the secondary counterweight 3 and the rotary table 1 are unlocked, and the first mounting-and-demounting apparatus drives the secondary counterweight 3 to be separated from the rotary table 1 until the secondary counterweight 3 is supported on the frame 8. Then, the lifting structure of a crane is used to lift out the secondary counterweight 3 to demount the secondary counterweight 3.
- the first mounting-and-demounting apparatus includes a first jacking assembly 4; as shown in Fig. 1 , the first jacking assembly 4 is arranged below the secondary counterweight 3, the first jacking assembly 4 is detachably connected to the secondary counterweight 3, and the first jacking assembly 4 is configured to drive the secondary counterweight 3 to move up and down.

- the size of the mounting gap 6 is specifically determined according to the actual design requirements.
- the fixing plate 72 is provided with a through hole matched with the bolt, the bolt passes through the through hole, and the bolt can be pre-mounted on the fixing plate 72 via a mounting nut, so as to prevent loss of the bolt and facilitate rapid mounting.
- the rotary table 1 is fixedly provided with a hanging plate 13, and the hanging plate 13 can be welded to the rotary table 1 to improve stability of connection.
- the hanging plate 13 is provided with a mounting hole matched with the bolt. In a process of mounting the secondary counterweight 3, when the secondary counterweight 3 rises, the bolt passes through the mounting hole on the hanging plate 13 until the secondary counterweight 3 fits closely with the hanging plate 13. A nut is then mounted for locking.
- a double-nut configuration can also be adopted for anti-loosening treatment, thereby making connection more secure and preventing accidents.
- a hanging plate 13 does not need to be arranged as an adapter on an inner side, and the secondary counterweight 3 is connected through the hanging plate 13, but the secondary counterweight 3 can also be directly connected to the bottom plate of the hoisting apparatus 11.

- the first mounting-and-demounting apparatus and the second mounting-and-demounting apparatus can be used to achieve self-demounting of independent counterweights, thereby facilitating operation and effectively ensuring the construction progress.
- Embodiments of the present application also provide an operation machine, specifically, the operation machine is, for example, a truck crane, a crawler crane, and the like.
- the operation machine includes a counterweight apparatus in various embodiments described above.
- two independent counterweights namely, a main counterweight and a secondary counterweight, are formed, wherein the main counterweight 2 is connected to the rotary table 1, and the secondary counterweight 3 is arranged on a side, facing the slewing center 12 of the rotary table 1, of the main counterweight 2, i.e., the secondary counterweight 3 is located on an inner side of the main counterweight 2.

- the secondary counterweight 3 is mounted separately on an inner side of the main counterweight 2, the main counterweight 2 can be separately removed, and the secondary counterweight 3 will not extend beyond a vehicle during transfer, thereby avoiding a problem of difficulty in removing the entire counterweight, satisfying the requirements of road transportation, and facilitating operation and transfer.
- the derivation process of the beneficial effect is roughly similar to that of the beneficial effect of the above counterweight apparatus, and will not be repeated redundantly herein.
- the counterweight apparatus is not limited to being applied to the above lifting machinery such as truck cranes and crawler cranes.
- the counterweight apparatus can also be applied to engineering vehicles such as operating vehicles. In other words, it is acceptable as long as the counterweight apparatus in the present application can be used.
