Abstract

Die Erfindung stellt ein gewichtsreduziertes Bauteil zur Verfügung, das im vergüteten und/oder warmumgeformten Zustand eine optimale Kombination aus Festigkeit und Zähigkeit aufweist und höchste Anforderungen an die mechanischen Eigenschaften oder die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen abrasiven Verschleiß gerecht wird. Das Bauteil ist dazu durch Umformen aus einer Stahlblechplatine hergestellt und besteht aus einem Stahl, der (in Masse-%) aus C: 0,1 - 0,6 %, Mn: 0,1 - 2 %, Al: 0,05 - 0,2 %, Nb: 0,01 - 0,06 %, B: 0,0005 - 0,005 %, Cr: 0,05 - 0,8 %, Si: bis zu 0,8 %, Mo: bis zu 1,5 %, Cu: bis zu 0,5 %, Ni: bis zu 1,5 %, V: bis zu 0,2 %, REM: bis zu 0,05 % Ti: bis zu 0,02 %, Ca: bis zu 0,005 %, Rest Eisen und unvermeidbaren Verunreinigungen besteht, wobei zu den Verunreinigungen Gehalte von bis zu 0,03 % P, bis zu 0,03 % S, bis zu 0,01 % N, weniger als 0,05 % Sn, weniger als 0,05 % As und weniger als 0,05 % Co zählen, wobei das aus dem jeweiligen Al-Gehalt %Al und dem jeweiligen N-Gehalt %N gebildete Verhältnis %AI/%N*14/27 ≥ 8 ist, und wobei das Bauteil ein Gefüge aufweist, das zu mindestens 95 Flächen-% aus Martensit und als Rest aus sonstigen Gefügebestandteilen besteht und in dem in einer homogenen Verteilung über die Banddicke höchstens 150 Flächen-ppm an Partikeln vorhanden sind, deren mittlere kreisäquivalente Partikelgröße 0,2 - 10 µm beträgt und die aus Al-Verbindungen auf oxidischer Basis, aus AIN, TiN oder aus Konglomeraten bestehen, die auf Basis dieser Partikel gebildet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Bauteils.Die Zusammenfassung soll ohne Figur veröffentlicht werden.
