Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Faserstoff aus zerkleinertem Holz, mit dem eine einfache und verbesserte Plastifizierung von zerkleinertem Holz, insbesondere Altholz-Hackschnitzeln erreicht wird, wobei ein Energiebedarf im Vergleich mit der Plastifizierung von Frischholz-Hackschnitzeln nicht steigen oder nicht wesentlich steigen soll. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist es vorgesehen, dass vor dem Vorwärmen eine kontinuierliche Evakuierung von in dem zerkleinerten Holz eingelagerter Luft mittels eines auf das zerkleinerte Holz einwirkenden Unterdrucks erfolgt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist es alternativ vorgesehen, dass nach dem Vorwärmen und vor dem Verdichten und Entwässern eine kontinuierliche Evakuierung von in dem zerkleinerten Holz eingelagerter Luft mittels eines auf das zerkleinerte Holz einwirkenden Unterdrucks erfolgt
