Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung eines strukturierten Bauteils (1), umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
a. Bereitstellen eines Substrats (2);
b. Aufbringen eines Kompositmaterials auf das Substrat (2) unter Ausbildung einer Schicht (3), wobei das Kompositmaterial ein Matrixmaterial (M) und darin eingebrachte Feststoffpartikel (F) aufweist,
c. Aushärten der Schicht (3);
d. zumindest teilweises Entfernen des Matrixmaterials (M) aus der Schicht (3), wobei vorangehend, während und/oder nachfolgend zum Aushärten der Schicht (3) eine Struktur (4) in die Schicht (3) eingebracht wird, um aus der Schicht (3) eine Strukturschicht (5) zu bilden.
Mit einem solchen Verfahren kann ein multifunktional einsetzbares Bauteil hergestellt werden.
