Definitions
- the invention relates to a rail system with an anchor or mounting rail with the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a method for testing the rail system according to claim 11.
- Anchor and mounting rails are used to fasten add-on parts by means of hammer-head screws, the hammer heads of which are or will be placed transversely in the anchor or mounting rail, or by means of sliding nuts, which are typically rectangular or diamond-shaped in view, and which are introduced into the anchor or mounting rail.
- An “anchor rail” is to be understood as meaning a profile rail which is arranged flush with a surface in concrete and typically has anchors protruding into the concrete for anchoring the anchor rail in the concrete.
- Mounting rails are generally used to mount building installations, such as pipelines, and are typically suspended from a ceiling.
- Anchor and mounting rails are typically C-profile rails.
- Patent EP 3 514 297 B1 discloses an anchor rail with holes in a transverse center of a base side of the anchor rail, in which holes protruding outwards from the base side of the anchor rail can be fastened to the anchor rail. Holes that are not required are sealed with plugs for concreting so that no concrete flows into the anchor rail. The plugs have an identifier with an identification code for the anchor channel.
- the object of the invention is to propose a rail system which, in addition to the anchor or mounting rail, has at least one additional accessory that is associated with the anchor or mounting rail, the rail system enabling the connection between the anchor or mounting rail and the accessory to be checked.
- "Associated accessory” means those parts that are intended for use with the anchor or mounting rail, in particular for an arrangement Attachment or attachment to the anchor or mounting rail, for anchoring the anchor or mounting rail in concrete, for example, or suspended from a ceiling or for attaching attachments or other parts to the anchor or mounting rail.
- Such associated accessories are in particular T-head bolts, sliding nuts, brackets and brackets and anchor rails anchor.
- both the anchor rail or mounting rail and at least one accessory part assigned to the anchor rail or mounting rail have an optoelectronically readable identification code.
- An optoelectronically readable identification code can be read optically with a suitable reading device and evaluated or processed electronically. It enables a preferably unambiguous identification of the marked component.
- one-dimensional identification codes for example bar codes or so-called barcodes
- two-dimensional identification codes for example QR codes
- three-dimensional identification codes for example in the form of holograms
- the accessory parts are accessory parts associated with the anchor or mounting rail within the meaning of the invention.
- the use of unsuitable accessories, for example hammer head elements that are too small, is therefore ruled out.
- Anchor and/or mounting rails are also referred to below as “rails”.
- the rail and the at least one associated accessory can have identical identification codes or different identification codes.
- identical identification codes no further information is required: if the identification codes are identical, the accessories are associated with the rail and are intended for use with the rail.
- the accessory and rail together form a rail system.
- different identification codes additional information is required as to whether or not the identification codes identify accessories associated with the rail.
- different allow Identification codes a more extensive and variable assignment. For example, accessories can be assigned to different rails with which they can be used.
- One embodiment of the invention provides a component fastener that can be engaged behind in the anchor rail or mounting rail for fastening an add-on part to the anchor rail or mounting rail as an accessory part assigned to the anchor rail or mounting rail.
- a component fastener is, for example, a hammer head screw, the hammer head of which can be adjusted transversely in the anchor or mounting rail in such a way that the hammer head engages behind the anchor or mounting rail, so that the attachment can be fastened to the anchor or mounting rail by means of the hammer head screw.
- Another such component fastener is a so-called sliding nut, which can be introduced into the anchor or mounting rail through a longitudinal slot or at a front end in such a way that it engages behind the anchor or mounting rail and attaches the attachment by means of a threaded rod or screw that can be screwed or screwed into the sliding nut the sliding nut and the anchor or mounting rail can be fastened.
- the identification code or codes are preferably arranged at a point on the anchor or mounting rail at which he or she is accessible for optical reading with an optoelectronic reading device.
- the identification code is thus arranged, for example, on the side of an anchor rail which is visible when the anchor rail is arranged flush with a surface of the concrete in the concrete as intended. "Visible” here means optically accessible, i.e. visible.
- the identification code is arranged in particular on a side of the suspended mounting rail which is visible from below or from one side. This embodiment of the invention enables the identification code to be read optoelectronically when the anchor rail or mounting rail is finally attached, ie, for example, embedded flush in concrete or suspended from a ceiling.
- An embodiment of the invention provides several, in particular identical, identification codes on the anchor or mounting rail. For example, several identical identification codes are distributed evenly or unevenly over a length on the anchor rail or mounting rail. If, for example, the anchor or mounting rail is cut into several parts, the individual rail parts always show one or more identification codes. In addition, there is a high probability that one or more identification codes for optoelectronic reading is accessible if one or more identification codes of add-on parts are covered.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that an accessory part assigned to the anchor or mounting rail has several, in particular identical, identification codes at different points. This increases a likelihood that at least one of the identification codes will be undamaged and visible after assembly of the accessory to the extent that it can be read optoelectronically and that at least one of the identification codes will be accessible to an optoelectronic reader after assembly of the accessory for optoelectronic reading.
- the identification code or codes is/are arranged at a point or points on the accessory that is usually accessible for optoelectronic reading for the optoelectronic reading device after the accessory has been installed or fastened to the anchor rail or mounting rail.
- One embodiment of the invention provides a rotational position marking on the component fastener, with which a rotational position of the component fastener relative to the anchor or mounting rail can be identified with the optoelectronic reading device.
- This embodiment of the invention makes it possible to check whether, for example, the hammer head of a hammer head screw is placed transversely as a component fastener in the anchor rail or assembly rail.
- the optoelectronic identification code can be used as the rotary position marker, provided that it enables the rotary position of the identification code and thus of the component fastener to be determined with the optoelectronic reading device.
- the component fastener can also have a rotational position mark that is separate from the identification code.
- One embodiment of the invention provides an optoelectronic reading device as part of the rail system, with which the identification codes of the anchor or mounting rail and the associated accessories can be read optoelectronically and preferably also electronically checked or evaluated.
- the optoelectronic reading device can also be referred to as an optoelectronic code reader for short.
- a smartphone or a tablet computer can be used according to the invention as an optoelectronic reader on which an app, i.e. application software, is installed to check and evaluate the identification code of the anchor or mounting rail and the accessories attached or arranged on it, with which the Togetherness of the anchor or mounting rail and the accessories attached to it or the at least one accessory can be checked.
- one embodiment of the invention provides a database in which data relating to the anchor rail or mounting rail and the associated accessories are stored.
- data is whether the parts belong together, i.e. whether the accessory parts are intended to be used with the anchor or mounting rail as a rail system.
- Further data such as edge distances, tightening torques, manufacturing data, place of manufacture, material and dimensions of the anchor or mounting rail and the accessories can also be stored in the database.
- the list is exemplary and not exhaustive.
- the database can be stored in the optoelectronic code reader, for example, or there is online access, in particular mobile online access, by the code reader to the database.
- the method according to the invention provides that the identification codes of the anchor or mounting rail and the accessories are read with the optoelectronic code reader and the affiliation of the accessories with the anchor or mounting rail is checked.
- the affiliation is checked in particular after the anchor or mounting rail and one or more accessories have been attached to the anchor or mounting rail, which does not exclude an additional check before attachment.
- FIG. 1 An anchor rail system according to the invention in a perspective, partially broken-away representation.
- the rail of the rail system according to the invention shown in the exemplary embodiment of the drawing is an anchor rail 1, which is embedded in an anchor base 2 made of concrete in such a way that a side of the anchor rail 1, referred to here as the top 3, is flush with a surface of the concrete or the anchor base 2.

- a hammer head screw 7 is fastened to the anchor rail 1, the hammer head of which, which is not visible in the drawing, is aligned in a longitudinal direction of the anchor rail 1 and inserted through the longitudinal slot 4 of the anchor rail 1 into the anchor rail 1 and is positioned transversely in the anchor rail 1 by rotating it through 90°. in such a way that the hammer head, which cannot be seen, engages behind the anchor rail 1.
- a Meta II angle is placed, which has a through hole for the screw shank 8 to pass through.
- the metal bracket is referred to here as an attachment 9 and, like the hammer head screw 7 and the anchor rail 1, is part of a rail system according to the invention.
- the hammer head bolt 7, the attachment 9 and possibly other components associated with the anchor rail 1 can be referred to as accessories 10 of the anchor rail 1.
- “Assigned” means that the accessories 10 are planned to be arranged or attached to the anchor rail 1 and form a rail system with it.
- the accessories 10 can, for example, be fastened to the anchor rail 1 with the hammer-head screw 7 or a so-called sliding nut, not shown, which is or will be arranged in the anchor rail 1 instead of the hammer-head screw 7 .
- the hammer head screw 7 or the sliding nut (not shown) can also be collectively referred to as a component fastener 15 .

Description
Beschreibung
„Sichtbar“ meint hier optisch zugänglich, also einsehbar.
