Definitions
- WO99/30982 A1 is a product hanger made of a shrinkable material for hanging goods on a sales stand.
- WO 2023/099216 A1 (State of the art according to Article 54(3) EPC) discloses a merchandise hanger made of a paper material.
- Goods for example tools for mobile machine tools such as drills, in particular rock drills, chisels, construction consumables such as screws, dowels, nails, fastening elements, packaged construction chemicals or the like, are often hung on sales stands for presentation in sales rooms.
- the goods are provided with a goods hanger.
- the goods hanger has a hanging opening, for example in the form of a so-called "Euro hole”. Using the hanging opening, the goods hanger and thus the goods can be attached to a hook on the sales stand, for example.
- a product hanger with a receiving area, whereby through the receiving area, a receiving space for receiving a product of at least one type of product, for example at least one type of tool for a mobile machine tool or at least one type of construction consumable, is formed in the interior of the receiving space, wherein the receiving area is formed from a winding tube and/or comprises at least one winding tube.
- the winding tube is formed from a biodegradable material, in particular a cellulose-based material, for example a material containing wood or grass, preferably paper and/or cardboard, and a constriction, for example an inner bulge of the receiving area, is formed in the receiving space.
- a winding sleeve can be made from a raw material, in particular a sheet-shaped one.
- the raw material can be wound so that a sleeve, in particular a tubular one, is formed.
- winding tubes can be made from a fundamentally environmentally friendly material.
- environmentally friendly materials often do not have sufficient mechanical properties, at least by nature, to attach goods to them.
- a winding tube offers design parameters through which the mechanical properties of the goods hanger can be adapted to the respective goods to be accommodated in the goods hanger.
- the rigidity of the winding tube can be adapted, for example, by the thickness and/or the number of layers, i.e. the windings, of the winding tube.
- Another idea is to accommodate the goods in an interior of the winding tube.
- the goods can be pushed into the winding tube.
- at least one diameter of the goods corresponds to an inner diameter of the winding tube.
- a frictional connection and/or a positive connection can exist between the winding tube and the goods.
- the plan is to hold the goods, preferably only partially, in the interior of the roll-up tube.
- a frictional connection and/or a positive connection can be created between the goods hanger and the goods to be held.
- a particular advantage is that the product hanger can be removed from the product without tools. can be separated. The goods can be pulled out of the receiving area by pulling firmly. This can be particularly efficient on construction sites, for example if a worker does not have to take gloves off and put them on every time or look for a special tool to separate goods, such as a consumer product, from their hanger.
- winding tube is wound in parallel.
- seven windings, especially parallel ones, can be enough to achieve holding forces of 10 N or more. This means that a product hanger with such a winding tube can safely hold goods weighing around 1 kg or even more.
- the winding sleeve is wound at an angle, i.e. similar to the usual winding sleeves for toilet paper or the like.
- Such a winding sleeve can thus be designed as a spiral winding sleeve.
- a rock drill or a chisel with a small diameter, for example less than 10 millimeters, for example 6 millimeters, and a length of a few centimeters can have a weight of, for example, less than 100 grams, for example between 35 and 45 g.
- the winding tube can be made of a biodegradable material, in particular a cellulose-based material, for example a material containing wood or grass, preferably paper and/or cardboard.
- the material can generally contain cellulose. It can also comprise material that has already been recycled and/or can be recycled.
- the goods can be arranged even more securely on the goods hanger if there is a narrowing in the receiving area.
- the receiving area can have an inner bulge. If, for example, the goods themselves have a narrowing, a particularly stable form fit can form in a contact area between the narrowing and the narrowing.
- the product hanger can have a hanging area with a hanging opening.
- the hanging opening is circular.
- the hanging opening has an elongated hole. In such cases, the hanging opening can, for example, have a so-called "Euro hole”.
- the hanging area can be flattened in at least one area. To do this, the hanging area in this area can be pressed together from two opposite sides, for example. In this area, it is then particularly easy to apply a label, for example in the form of an adhesive label.
- the receiving area can be designed to accommodate hanging goods weighing at least 0.1 kg, in particular at least 0.5 kg, for example at least 1 kg.
- the windings of the winding tube can be glued together. In particular, they can be glued over a large area. For example, mutually contacting areas of the windings can be glued to at least 50 percent of the common contact area, in particular to at least 70 percent.
- winding sleeve helps to protect the product hanger against external environmental influences, such as high humidity, extreme dryness, high or low ambient temperatures.
- the winding sleeve can be designed not to swell or only to swell slightly, even at high humidity, for example more than 80%.
- the winding sleeve can be designed not to shrink or only to shrink slightly, even at extreme dryness.
- Gluing the winding core can also improve such environmental resistance.
- the goods hanger can be designed to carry goods permanently, in particular for more than 3 months and, for example, with a weight of at least 0.5 kg, in particular at least 1 kg, at a constant air humidity of at least 80 percent and/or at a constant air humidity of less than 40 percent, in particular by choosing a suitable glue, a sufficiently large gluing surface and/or by choosing the number of layers and the wall thickness of the winding tube.
- a goods hanger can be used in a wide variety of regions, in particular worldwide or at least with the exception of the polar regions.
- the scope of the invention further includes a sales product comprising a product and a product hanger which is designed according to a type described above and/or below, wherein the product is at least partially arranged in the receiving area of the product hanger.
- the product can be elongated. At least it can have a section that has an elongated shape.
- the product can, for example, be cylindrical or at least essentially cylindrical.
- Essentially cylindrical can be understood to mean that the product has at least one section that has a cylindrical This is often the case with tools such as the drills or chisels mentioned above with their standardized shank ends.
- the shank end can follow a standard that is usually referred to as "SDS plus", "SDS Max” or the like.
- the product can have at least one indentation.
- the shanks according to "SDS Plus” have several recesses or notches, which can be regarded as indentations here.
- the receiving area of the goods hanger can engage with its narrowed section in these indentations. This creates a particularly stable form fit between the goods and the goods hanger.
- the product comprises at least one tool for a mobile machine tool, in particular a drilling tool, a chiseling tool or a grinding tool and/or at least one construction consumable product.
- the frictional connection can be achieved simply by choosing the dimensions of the winding tube in comparison to the goods to be accommodated in it.
- a hanging opening can be incorporated into the hanging area.
- a hole can be punched into the hanging area.
- the hole can be elliptical, in particular circular.
- the suspension opening into the suspension area, to create the flattened suspension area and/or to establish the positive connection in a single operation.
- the winding tube can be pressed and/or punched from the outside using a forming tool and/or a punching tool, preferably when the holding area is already in the winding tube.
- Fig.1 shows a sales product 10 with a product 12 that is arranged in a product hanger 14.
- the product 12 is a rock drill. It can be set up for use with a mobile machine tool, in particular a hammer drill.
- the goods hanger 14 has a receiving area 16 and a hanging area 18 .
- a label 19 with an inscription is stuck on the receiving area 16.
- the suspension area 18 is flattened in at least one area. It has a receiving opening 20.
- the receiving opening 20 is elliptical, in particular circular.
- the receiving area 16 forms a receiving space 22, in particular at the remaining free end of the goods hanger 14.
- the product 12, i.e. the rock drill, is received in the receiving space 22 with a holding section 24.
- the holding section 24 can correspond to an insertion end of the product 12, i.e. the rock drill.
- the insertion end can have a shape that is usually referred to as "SDS Plus” or "SDS max".
- the product 12 can thus have at least one indentation (in Fig.1 not representable).
- the outer diameter of the product 12 in the region of its holding section 24 corresponds at least substantially to an inner diameter of the receiving space 22.
- a frictional connection is formed between the goods 12 and the goods hanger 14, in particular in the region of its receiving area 16 and in particular in the region of its receiving space 22.
- the goods hanger 14 is formed from a winding tube 26. Therefore, the receiving area 16 and the hanging area 18 have a wound material.
- the winding tube 26 and thus the wound material is a cardboard, in particular a paperboard material. It can be completely recycled and/or biodegradable paperboard material.
- the paperboard material in particular a single layer of the paperboard material, can have a thickness in the range of 0.2 to 0.3 mm, for example 0.27 mm. It can have a residual moisture content in the range of 5 to 10 percent.
- Its basis weight can be in the range of 100 to 300 g/m 2 , for example in the range of 190 to 210 g/m 2 , in particular 200 g/m 2 .
- the winding tube 26 and thus the wound material are wound in parallel.
- the winding tube 26 has seven windings.
- Adjacent windings are glued together, in particular glued over the entire surface.
- the glue can be water-soluble.
- the glue can be based on polyvinyl alcohol and/or polyvinyl acetate, for example. It preferably complies with an environmental compatibility standard.
- the glue can also preferably be biodegradable.
- Biodegradability can correspond to a degradation of at least 80 percent in the wild in a Central European climate within less than 5 years, in particular within less than 3 years, for example within less than 1 year.
- the product hanger 14 is splash-proof.
- Fig.2 shows a manufacturing process 1000 for producing the sales product 10.
- elements of the sales product 10 and precursors of the sales product 10 are shown in Fig. 2 shown multiple times and not to scale. Their illustrations in Fig. 2 can therefore differ in their magnification or reduction factors.
- the winding tube 26 can be prepared. At this point, the winding tube 26 can still be cylindrical in shape.
- flat or rolled-up raw material in particular the cardboard material described above, can first be wound in parallel and glued.
- the winding tube 26 is pushed onto a holding section 24 of the product 12 to be picked up, here the tool described above with its insertion end, which has several indentations 25.
- the holding section 24 of the product 12 is arranged in a free end of the winding tube 26. This area corresponds to the later receiving area 16 (see Fig.1 ) with its recording room 22 (see also Fig.1 ).
- At least one inner diameter of the receiving area 16 is selected to correspond to at least one diameter of the holding section 24, so that the arrangement of the holding section 24 in the receiving area 16 creates a frictional connection between the winding tube 26 and the holding section 24.
- the winding tube 26 is formed, in particular pressed, with the aid of a forming tool 28 .
- the molding tool 28 can, for example, have two half-shells 29 .
- the half-shells 29 can have projections 30.
- the projections 30 can be designed to press into the winding tube 26 and thus form an inner bulge 32 (in Fig.2 schematically marked with arrowheads).
- the bulges 32 before producing the bulges 32, to align and/or arrange the product 12 in such a way that at least one of the indentations 25 is aligned with at least one of the projections 30 is aligned so that after pressing at least one of the bulges 32 produced engages in at least one of the indentations 25.
- the product 12 can be aligned and/or arranged accordingly in the preparation phase 1010. Alternatively or additionally, this can also be done during the forming phase 1020.
- the forming tool 28 can have at least one punching projection 34.
- the at least one punching projection 34 can be configured to produce the suspension opening 20 by punching.
- the sales product 10 can then be removed in a usage phase 1030 .
- a label 19 (see Fig.1 ) can be glued on.
- the sales product 10 can then be used. For example, it can be hung on a hook on a sales stand (in Fig.2 not shown).
