Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) ayant un boîtier spécifique en plusieurs parties (4, 5) et ayant un ensemble formant élément de coupe servant à couper des fruits, plus particulièrement des agrumes, lequel dispositif coupe un fruit entier en tranches lisses individuelles avec un seul mouvement de levier. Le fruit destiné à être découpé est pressé sur l'ensemble formant élément de coupe au moyen de la partie de pression (2, 2') par l'utilisation d'un levier (23), suite à une transmission de force. Le dispositif (1) est constitué d'un boîtier en plusieurs parties (4, 5) qui, en raison d'une conception spécifique perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du dispositif, assure une stabilité élevée lors de l'utilisation du dispositif (1). Le mécanisme se compose essentiellement de la partie de pression (2, 2') et d'une partie de maintien (3) ayant un bloc de lames (17), ledit bloc de lames comportant des éléments de coupe allongés (12) agencés en V les uns par rapport aux autres et comportant un élément de coupe (19) perpendiculaire à ceux-ci, les lignes de coupe (15') des éléments de coupe (12, 19) n'étant pas droites.
