Claims (6)
- VORRICHTUNG (1) ZUM KONTINUIERLICHEN VERDICHTEN EINES TEXTIL GEFERTIGTEN PRODUKTS (101) ODER PAPIERS, die Folgendes umfasst:- eine erste motorisierte Rolle (103), eine zweite motorisierte Rolle (104) und eine dritte motorisierte Rolle (105), die hintereinander angeordnet sind;- Mittel, die geeignet sind, eine Geschwindigkeitsveränderung aller drei motorisierten Rollen (103, 104, 105) zu bewirken;- einen elastischen Ring (102), der um die Rollen gewickelt ist, um das textilgefertigte Produkt (101) oder das zu verdichtende Papier zu transportieren und zu stützen;- mindestens eine Rolle (107), die als Vorspannmittel zum Aufbringen einer vorbestimmten Längsspannung auf den elastischen Ring (102), der längselastisch verformbar ist, dienen kann;wobei es vorgesehen ist, dass der elastische Ring (102) begleitet wird, wenn er für eine Strecke um die erste motorisierte Rolle (103) herumgewickelt wird, dann für eine Strecke um die zweite motorisierte Rolle (104) herumgewickelt wird und schließlich für eine Strecke um die dritte motorisierte Rolle (105) herumgewickelt wird,wobei ferner vorgesehen ist, dass das textilgefertigte Produkt (101) bzw. das zuzuführende Papier zwischen dem elastischen Ring (102), die beide um eine Strecke um die erste motorisierte Rolle (103) herumgewickelt werden, und der zweiten motorisierten Rolle (104) zugeführt und dann zwischen dem elastischen Ring (102) und der zweiten motorisierten Rolle (104) zwischenliegend transportiert wird,wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass- die zweite motorisierte Rolle (104) optional beheizt ist und ihre Außenfläche einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist;- Mittel vorgesehen sind, die geeignet sind, die Veränderung des Aufwickelwinkels des elastischen Rings (102) um die zweite motorisierte Rolle (104) zu ermöglichen, wobei der Aufwickelwinkel einen Wert zwischen 0° und 180° einnehmen kann;- zwei weitere Leerlaufandruckrollen (106, 108) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils an im Wesentlichen punktuellen Punkten (Y, X) der ersten und dritten motorisierten Rolle (103, 105) gegenüberliegen, wobei der elastische Ring (102) auch vorgesehen ist, um zwischen dem Paar gegenüberliegender Rollen, das durch die erste motorisierte Rolle (103) und eine erste Leerlaufandruckrolle (108) gebildet wird, zu gleiten, und das Paar gegenüberliegender Rollen, das durch die dritte motorisierte Rolle (105) und eine zweite Leerlaufandruckrolle (106) gebildet wird, somit zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Rollen zusammengedrückt wird, wodurch zwei unabhängige Strecken (YX) und (XY) definiert werden.
- VORRICHTUNG (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Veränderung des Aufwickelwinkels des elastischen Rings (102) um die zweite motorisierte Rolle (104) durch Anheben oder Absenken der zweiten motorisierten Rolle (104) in einer parallelen oder schrägen Richtung in Bezug auf die Art des Einführens des textilgefertigten Produkts (101) oder des Papiers in den Bereich zwischen der zweiten motorisierten Rolle (104) und dem elastischen Ring (102) erfolgt.
- VORRICHTUNG (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdichtungseinstellung von einem Minimalwert von 1% bis zu einem Maximalwert von 100% eines textilgefertigten Produkts (101) oder des Papiers mit einem Gewicht, das von einem Minimalwert von 10 g/m2 bis zu einem Maximalwert von 500 g/m2 variieren kann, durch Einstellen eines oder mehrerer der folgenden Parameter erfolgt:- den Aufwickelwinkel des elastischen Rings (102) um die motorisierte Rolle (104), einstellbar mit einem Wert zwischen 0° und 180°;- der Prozentsatz der Dehnung in einer ersten Strecke (YX), bis zu einem Wert von 100% des elastischen Rings (102), der aus einem dehnbaren Material wie Natur- oder Synthesekautschuk besteht, wobei der Prozentsatz der Dehnung mit der relativen Spannung des elastischen Rings (102) durch mindestens eine Spannrolle (107) reguliert wird;- den nachfolgenden Prozentsatz der Kontraktion des elastischen Rings (102) in einer zweiten Strecke (XY), wobei ein Prozentsatz kleiner oder gleich dem Prozentsatz der Dehnung des elastischen Rings in der ersten Strecke (YX) ist, wobei das textilgefertigte Produkt (101) zwischen dem elastischen Ring (102) und der zweiten motorisierten Rolle (104) zusammengedrückt wird, wobei der Prozentsatz der Kontraktion des elastischen Rings (102) durch die einstellbare Geschwindigkeit jeder der motorisierten Rollen (103, 104 und 105) reguliert wird.
- VORRICHTUNG (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Druck mit einem maximalen Wert von 3 kg/cm2 vorsieht, der durch den elastischen Ring (102) auf das textilgefertigte Produkt (101) oder auf das Papier ausgeübt wird.
- VORRICHTUNG (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in der zweiten Strecke (XY) des elastischen Rings (102), in der alle drei motorisierten Rollen (103, 104, 105) vorhanden sind, mindestens eine weitere motorisierte Rolle umfasst.
- VORRICHTUNG (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche der zweiten motorisierten Rolle (104) mit einer Minischicht aus Polytetrafluorethylen oder mit Keramik bedeckt ist.
