- the anchor ring 210 comprises an annular flat lower support surface 222, an annular flat upper support surface 224 and an arcuate anchor projection 248 , the dimensions of which correspond to the dimensions of the support surface 122 , or the peripheral wall 146 and its shoulder 152 , so that after assembly the anchor projection 248 engages behind the shoulder 152 in a form-fitting or force-fitting manner while the support surface 222 rests on the support surface 122 over a broad area, in such a way that there is no longer any possibility of movement between the anchor ring 210 and the base piece 12.1 , and that the anchor ring 210 and the base piece 12.1 together form a base part 16 which has the same external shape as the base part 16 of the first embodiment.
