Claims (10)

  1. Joint d'étanchéité, en particulier pour des portes, portes-fenêtres ou fenêtres,
    - avec au moins un moyen de retenue (1) qui peut être fixé au battant d'une porte, d'une porte-fenêtre ou d'une fenêtre,
    - avec une baguette d'étanchéité (2) qui présente un élément d'étanchéité (22) qui est approprié pour rendre étanche par rapport à une surface, par exemple un plancher, un plafond ou une surface d'un linteau,
    - avec au moins un mécanisme de mise en mouvement qui est relié d'une part à l'au moins un moyen de retenue et d'autre part à la baguette d'étanchéité et au moyen duquel la baguette d'étanchéité peut être déplacée dans un premier sens entre une position de libération dans laquelle l'élément d'étanchéité présente une distance par rapport à la surface, et une position d'étanchéité dans laquelle l'élément d'étanchéité repose au niveau de la surface, et
    - avec un déclencheur (3) qui est logé dans ou au niveau du moyen de retenue (1) et qui est couplé à une tige (41) du mécanisme de mise en mouvement mobile perpendiculairement au premier sens et parallèlement à la baguette d'étanchéité (2) dans un second sens et au moyen duquel une force peut être introduite dans le mécanisme de mise en mouvement afin de déplacer la baguette d'étanchéité (2), dans lequel le déclencheur (3) présente une surface de butée (3221) avec laquelle il peut buter contre une butée pour l'introduction de la force,
    - dans lequel le déclencheur (3) ou une partie (32) présentant la surface de butée du déclencheur (3) est pivotant autour d'un axe qui s'étend dans le premier sens ou parallèlement au premier sens,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le déclencheur (3) présente un élément de ressort (33) qui presse le déclencheur (3) pivotant ou la partie pivotante (32) du déclencheur (3) dans une position de butée dans un état non actionné du joint d'étanchéité, dans lequel la surface de butée (3221) se trouve sensiblement oblique par rapport au second sens dans la position de butée.
  2. Joint d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déclencheur (3) présente au moins deux parties (31, 32), à savoir une partie (31) coulissante dans le second sens linéairement dans ou au niveau du moyen de retenue, partie qui est couplée à la tige (41) du mécanisme de mise en mouvement, et la partie (21) qui présente la surface de butée (3221) et qui est logée de manière pivotante au niveau de la partie (31) du déclencheur (3) coulissante linéairement dans le second sens.
  3. Joint d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le déclencheur (3) logé de manière pivotante par rapport à la tige (41) ou la partie (32) logée de manière pivotante du déclencheur (3) est pivotante entre la position de butée et une position d'actionnement, dans lequel la surface de butée (3221) se trouve sensiblement perpendiculaire au second sens dans la position d'actionnement.
  4. Joint d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (33) est réalisé en une pièce avec le déclencheur (3) restant ou la partie pivotante (32) du déclencheur (3).
  5. Joint d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (33) est en appui directement ou indirectement contre le moyen de retenue (1) du joint d'étanchéité.
  6. Joint d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie (31) coulissante linéairement du déclencheur (3) et la partie pivotante (32) du déclencheur (3) sont reliées entre elles par le biais d'une articulation.
  7. Joint d'étanchéité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation présente un degré de liberté qui permet le pivotement de la partie pivotante (32) autour de l'axe dans le premier sens ou parallèlement à celui-ci.
  8. Joint d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie pivotante (32) du déclencheur (3) présente un bras (321) qui est relié de manière pivotante à la partie (31) coulissante linéairement du déclencheur (3), et présente un élément de butée (322) au niveau duquel la surface de butée (3221) est prévue.
  9. Joint d'étanchéité selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le bras (321) et l'élément de butée (322) sont agencés en forme de T ou en forme de Γ l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  10.
