Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'installation comportant des modules (16) d'équipements techniques énergétiques ou du bâtiment et un procédé associé, ledit dispositif d'installation (10) comprenant au moins deux parois latérales (12) et un couvercle avant amovible (14) qui entourent une pluralité de modules (16) empilables. Les parois latérales (12) possèdent un cadre (26), deux rails longitudinaux (36) à l'intérieur du cadre et un rail transversal (44). Pour l'entretien d'un module (16'), les rails longitudinaux (36) sont disposés le long de coins des modules (16) restant dans le dispositif, afin de fixer le ou les modules (16) situés au-dessus du module (16) dont l'entretien doit être effectué.
