La présente invention concerne un additif à base de diamide, de polymère fonctionnalisé et de cire, ainsi que son utilisation comme agent de rhéologie, en particulier comme agent thixotropique, dans une composition de liant, notamment une composition de revêtement, une composition d'adhésif, de colle ou de mastic, une composition de moulage, une composition de matériau composite, une composition de scellage chimique, une composition d'agent d'étanchéité, une composition photoréticulable pour stéréolithographie ou pour impression d'objets en 3D.
Description
Additifs de rhéologie à base de diamide, de polymère fonctionnalisé et de cire
DOMAINE TECHNIQUE
La présente invention concerne un additif à base de diamide, de polymère fonctionnalisé et de cire, ainsi que son utilisation comme agent de rhéologie, en particulier comme agent thixotropique, dans une composition de liant, notamment une composition de revêtement, une composition d’adhésif, de colle ou de mastic, une composition de moulage, une composition de matériau composite, une composition de scellage chimique, une composition d’agent d’étanchéité, une composition photoréticulable pour stéréolithographie ou pour impression d’objets en 3D. TECHNIQUE ANTÉRIEURE
Les diamides à base d’acide gras hydroxylé et/ou d’acide gras non-hydroxylé, sont déjà connus comme agents organogélateurs, c’est-à-dire des petites molécules organiques capables de gélifier toutes sortes de solvants organiques même à des concentrations massiques relativement faibles (moins de 1% en masse) ou comme additifs de rhéologie, c’est-à-dire permettant de modifier la rhéologie d’une formulation d’application. Ils permettent d’obtenir, par exemple, un effet thixotropique ou pseudoplastique.
D’autres exemples d’agents thixotropiques sont les cires, les huiles et les polymères fonctionnalisés.
Une amélioration des propriétés rhéologiques peut être obtenue lorsque plusieurs agents thixotropiques différents sont combinés au sein d’un additif. Toutefois, cela peut engendrer des problèmes de compatibilité entre les différents agents thixotropiques et/ou nuire aux propriétés esthétiques et mécaniques des formulations finales. Il serait donc souhaitable de combiner plusieurs agents thixotropiques entre eux pour obtenir des additifs stables, faciles à mettre en œuvre et ayant des performances améliorées sans nuire aux propriétés des compositions de liants dans lesquelles ils sont introduits.
WO 2018/146114 décrit un additif à base de diamide et de polyoléfine carboxylée ainsi que son utilisation comme additif de rhéologie pour les systèmes liquides et comme agent anti-coulures. Le taux de diamide utilisé est de 20 à 40% en poids par rapport au poids total de diamide et de polyoléfine. Ce document décrit que l’introduction d’un additif ayant une teneur supérieure à 40% en poids de diamide dans une composition dégrade certaines
propriétés du revêtement obtenu, notamment une diminution de l’adhésion ainsi qu’une augmentation du jaunissement et de la résistance au glissement. Par ailleurs, la Demanderesse a remarqué qu’un additif ayant une proportion plus élevée de diamide par rapport à la polyoléfine carboxylée présentait un aspect hétérogène dû à un problème de compatibilité entre le diamide et la polyoléfine mais également des propriétés rhéologiques insatisfaisantes.
EXPOSÉ DE L’INVENTION
Il existe un besoin en un nouvel additif pouvant contenir une quantité élevée de diamide car le diamide apporte un avantage en termes d’effet thixotrope, avec des conditions d’activation imposées à relativement basse température, c'est-à-dire de 40°C à moins de 80°C. L’additif obtenu devra être stable, facile à mettre en œuvre et ayant des performances améliorées sans nuire aux propriétés des compositions de liants dans lesquelles il sera introduit.
Après de nombreuses recherches, la Demanderesse a trouvé que l’introduction d’une cire dans un additif à base de diamide et de polymère fonctionnalisé permettait de répondre à ce besoin.
RÉSUMÉ DE L’INVENTION
Un premier objet de l’invention est un additif comprenant
- 30 à 90% d’un composant A) qui est au moins un diamide ; - 5 à 40% d’un composant B) qui est au moins un polymère fonctionnalisé; et
- 5 à 60% d’un composant C) qui est au moins une cire, les % étant des % en poids par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Un deuxième objet de l’invention est une composition d’additif préactivé comprenant l’additif selon l’invention et un plastifiant. Un troisième objet de l’invention est une composition de liant comprenant un liant et l’additif selon l’invention ou la composition d’additif préactivé selon l’invention.
Un autre objet de l’invention est l’utilisation de l’additif selon l’invention ou de la composition d’additif préactivé selon l’invention en tant qu’agent de rhéologie, en particulier en tant qu’agent thixotropique.

Dans la présente demande, les termes « comprend un » et « comprend une » signifient respectivement « comprend un ou plusieurs » et « comprend une ou plusieurs ».
Sauf mention contraire, les pourcentages en poids dans un composé ou une composition sont exprimés par rapport au poids du composé ou de la composition.
Composant A)
L’additif selon l’invention comprend un composant A).
Le composant A) est un diamide ou un mélange de diamides.
Au sens de la présente invention un diamide est un composé ayant deux fonctions amide (-NH-C(=0)-).
Un diamide est obtenu par réaction entre au moins une diamine et au moins un acide carboxylique. Un diamide asymétrique peut être obtenu par réaction entre une diamine et des acides carboxyliques distincts. Un mélange de diamides peut être obtenu lorsqu’on utilise des diamines distinctes et/ou des acides carboxyliques distincts.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu avec au moins une diamine choisie parmi une diamine aliphatique en C2 à C24, une diamine cycloaliphatique en C6 à Cl 8, une diamine aromatique en C6 à C24, et leurs mélanges. Le diamide peut être obtenu avec un mélange desdites diamines.
Au sens de la présente invention, une diamine est un composé ayant deux fonctions amine primaire (-NH2).
Au sens de la présente invention, une diamine aliphatique est une diamine acyclique. Une diamine aliphatique en C2 à C24 est une diamine aliphatique comprenant 2 à 24 atomes de carbone. Une diamine aliphatique peut être linéaire ou ramifié, de préférence, linéaire. Des exemples d’amines aliphatiques linéaires convenables sont 1,2-éthylènediamine, 1,3- propylènediamine, 1,4-tétraméthylènediamine, 1,5-pentaméthylènediamine, 1,6- hexaméthylènediamine, 1,8-octaméthylènediamine, 1,12-dodécaméthylènediamine et leurs mélanges ; de préférence 1,2-éthylènediamine, 1,5-pentaméthylènediamine et 1,6- hexaméthylènediamine. Des exemples d’amines aliphatiques ramifiées convenables sont
1.2-propylènediamine, 2,2-diméthyl- 1 ,3-propanediamine, 2-butyl-2-éthyl- 1,5- pentanediamine et leurs mélanges.
Au sens de la présente invention, une diamine cycloaliphatique est une diamine non- aromatique comprenant un cycle, notamment un cycle ayant 6 atomes de carbone. Une diamine cycloaliphatique en C6 à C18 est une diamine cycloaliphatique comprenant 6 à 18 atomes de carbone. Des exemples de diamines cycloaliphatiques convenables sont 1,2-,
1.3- ou 1,4-diaminocyclohexane, 2-méthylcyclohexane-l,3-diamine, 4- méthylcyclohexane-l,3-diamine, isophoronediamine, 1,2-, 1,3- ou 1,4- bis(aminométhyl)cyclohexane, diaminodécahydronaphtalène, 3,3 '-diméthyl-4,4'- diaminodicyclohexylméthane, 4,4'-diaminodicyclohexylméthane, bis(aminométhyl)norbornane et leurs mélanges ; de préférence 1,3- ou 1,4- bis(aminométhyl)cyclohexane, 1,2-, 1,3- ou l,4-bis(aminométhyl)cyclohexane, isophorone diamine et 4,4 '-diaminodicyclohexylméthane.
Au sens de la présente invention, une diamine aromatique est une diamine comprenant un cycle aromatique. Une diamine aromatique en C6 à C24 est une diamine aromatique comprenant 6 à 24 atomes de carbone. Des exemples de diamines aromatiques convenables sont méta- et para-phénylènediamine, méta- et para-xylylènediamine, méta- et para- toluylène diamine, 3,4'-diaminodiphényléther, 4,4'-diaminodiphénylether, 4,4'- diaminodiphénylméthane et leurs mélanges ; de préférence méta- et para-xylylènediamine. De préférence, le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu avec au moins une diamine choisie parmi une diamine aliphatique en C2 à C24, en particulier une diamine aliphatique linéaire en C2 à Cl 8, plus particulièrement une diamine aliphatique linéaire en C2 à 02, plus particulièrement encore la 1,2-éthylènediamine, la 1,5-pentaméthylènediamine ou la 1 ,6-hexaméthylènediamine. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu avec au moins un acide carboxylique en C2 à C36. Le diamide peut être obtenu avec un mélange d’acides carboxyliques en C2 à C36.
Au sens de la présente invention un acide carboxylique en C2 à C36 est un composé ayant une fonction acide carboxylique (-COOH) et 2 à 36 atomes de carbone. L’acide carboxylique peut être linéaire ou ramifié, de préférence linéaire. L’acide carboxylique peut être saturé ou insaturé, de préférence saturé. L’acide carboxylique peut être non-
substitué ou hydroxylé. Un acide carboxylique hydroxylé est un acide carboxylique substitué par un ou deux groupes hydroxylé, de préférence par un groupe hydroxylé.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, l’acide carboxylique peut être un acide carboxylique hydroxylé éventuellement en mélange avec un acide carboxylique non- substitué.

De préférence, le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu avec au moins un acide carboxylique choisi parmi un acide carboxylique en C2 à C22, en particulier un acide carboxylique hydroxylé en C2 à C22 et éventuellement un acide carboxylique non- substitué en C2 à C22, plus particulièrement un acide carboxylique hydroxylé en C 12 à C20 et éventuellement un acide carboxylique non-substitué en C2 à 04. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré le composant A) comprend un diamide ayant un point de fusion inférieur à 250°C, inférieur à 225°C, inférieur à 210°C ou inférieur à 200°C. Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement préféré, le composant A) comprend un
diamide obtenu par réaction entre la 1,2-éthylènediamine, la 1,5-pentaméthylènediamine ou la 1,6-hexaméthylène diamine et l’acide 12-hydroxystéarique et éventuellement l’acide décanoïque.
L’additif selon l’invention comprend 30 à 90% en poids de composant A) par rapport au poids de l’additif. L’additif peut notamment comprendre 35 à 90%, en particulier 40 à 90%, plus particulièrement 40 à 85%, en poids de composant A) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, l'additif peut comprendre 30 à 60%, en particulier 35 à 55%, plus particulièrement 40 à 50%, en poids de composant A) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'additif peut comprendre 70 à 90%, en particulier 75 à 90%, plus particulièrement 80 à 90%, en poids de composant A) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Composant B) L’additif selon l’invention comprend un composant B). Le composant B) est distinct des composants A) et C).
Le composant B) est un polymère fonctionnalisé ou un mélange de polymères fonctionnalisés.
Au sens de la présente invention, un polymère fonctionnalisé est un polymère comprenant un squelette portant des groupes fonctionnels. Des groupes fonctionnels sont des groupes capables de réagir avec d’autres composés lors d’une réaction ou de faciliter la compatibilisation du polymère dans l’additif. Le squelette du polymère est la chaîne principale comprenant des motifs issus de la polymérisation de monomères, en particulier des monomères éthyléniquement insaturés. Un polymère fonctionnalisé peut être obtenu par fonctionnalisation d’un polymère existant, notamment par réaction d’oxydation ou réaction de greffage. Alternativement, un polymère fonctionnalisé peut être obtenu en introduisant des monomères portant des groupes fonctionnels lors de la réaction de polymérisation.
Le polymère fonctionnalisé peut notamment avoir une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids de 600 à 20000 g/mol, en particulier de 1000 à 5000 g/mol.
Le polymère fonctionnalisé peut notamment être une cire. Au sens de la présente invention une cire est un composé solide à 20°C. Une cire peut commencer à fondre à des températures supérieures à 45°C sans se décomposer. Une cire peut présenter une faible viscosité (inférieure à 50 mPa.s) au-delà de son point de fusion. Une cire peut être insoluble dans l’eau. Une cire peut notamment être malléable à 20°C. Une cire peut notamment présenter un point de ramollissement supérieur à 70°C, en particulier de 70°C à 120°C.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le composant B) comprend un polymère fonctionnalisé par des groupes polaires, en particulier des groupes polaires choisis parmi acide carboxylique, anhydride, éther, aldéhyde, alcool, amine, et leurs mélanges. Plus particulièrement, le polymère fonctionnalisé contient au moins des groupes acide carboxylique.
Le composant B) peut notamment comprendre un polymère fonctionnalisé ayant un indice d’acide de 3 à 50, ou 5 à 40, ou 8 à 35, ou 10 à 25 mg KOH/g. Le polymère fonctionnalisé peut être choisi parmi une polyoléfine, un polyester, un polyéther, un polymère (méth)acrylique, un polyuréthane, un polyamide, un copolymère styrène-maléique et leurs mélanges. Le polymère fonctionnalisé peut notamment comprendre un squelette issu de la polymérisation d’un ou plusieurs monomères choisis parmi polyol, poly(acide carboxylique), polyester, anhydride, polyisocyanate, polyamine, diépoxyde, un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé et leurs mélanges. Les monomères éthyléniquement insaturés sont les monomères ayant une double liaison carbone-carbone polymérisable. Une double liaison carbone-carbone polymérisable est généralement comprise dans un groupe choisi parmi acrylate (y compris cyanoacrylate), méthacrylate, acrylamide, méthacrylamide, styrène, maléate, fumarate, itaconate, allyle, propényle, vinyle et des combinaisons correspondantes. Les doubles liaisons carbone-carbone d'un cycle phényle ne sont pas considérées comme des doubles liaisons carbone-carbone polymérisables.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le composant B) comprend une polyoléfine fonctionnalisée, en particulier une polyoléfine oxydée, plus particulièrement un polyéthylène oxydé.
Au sens de la présente invention, une polyoléfine est un polymère comprenant des motifs issus de la polymérisation d’oléfines. Une oléfine est un alcène, notamment un alcène
ayant 2 à 8, en particulier 2 à 6, plus particulièrement 2 à 4, atomes de carbone. De préférence, les oléfines utilisées pour obtenir des polyoléfines sont des a-oléfines, c’est-à- dire des oléfines ayant une double liaison carbone-carbone terminale. Des exemples d’oléfines convenables sont l'éthylène, le propylène, le 1-butène, l'isobutène et leurs mélanges, de préférence l'éthylène et le propylène.
Une polyoléfine peut être un homopolymère d'un seul type d’oléfines (homopolymère d'éthylène, par exemple), ou un copolymère d’au moins deux oléfines (par exemple, les polymères de mélanges d’éthylène, propylène, 1-butène et/ou isobutène). En outre, une polyoléfine peut également comprendre un ou plusieurs motifs issus de la polymérisation de monomères éthyléniquement insaturés autres que les oléfines, plus particulièrement des monomères éthyléniquement insaturés ayant un groupe acide carboxylique ou anhydride. Ces monomères éthyléniquement insaturés peuvent être copolymérisés avec les oléfines ou ajoutés ultérieurement, par exemple par greffage. Lorsque des monomères éthyléniquement insaturés ayant des groupes carboxyle ou anhydride sont utilisés, la polyoléfine résultante est fonctionnalisée par des groupes acide carboxylique ou anhydride.
Au sens de la présente invention, une polyoléfine oxydée est une polyoléfine contenant au moins des groupes acide carboxylique. Une polyoléfine oxydée peut en outre comprendre un ou plusieurs groupes choisis parmi aldéhyde, cétone, éther, alcool et leurs mélanges. Une polyoléfine oxydée peut notamment être obtenue selon l'une des méthodes suivantes : 1) par oxydation, notamment oxydation à l'état fondu, d’une polyoléfine apolaire, en particulier d’un polyéthylène apolaire ;
2) par dégradation oxydative de plastiques de polyoléfine, en particulier de plastiques en polyéthylène ;
2) par polymérisation d'oléfines, en particulier d'éthylène et/ou de propylène, avec des monomères éthyléniquement insaturés ayant un groupe acide carboxylique ou anhydride, en particulier l'acide (méth) acrylique ;
3) par greffage radicalaire de monomères éthyléniquement insaturés ayant un groupe acide carboxylique ou anhydride, en particulier l'anhydride maléique, sur une polyoléfine apolaire, en particulier un polyéthylène et/ou un polypropylène apolaire. Selon un mode de réalisation, la polyoléfine oxydée est homopolymère ou un copolymère d'au moins une oléfine, en particulier d'une a-oléfine, plus particulièrement l’éthylène et/ou le propylène.
La polyoléfine oxydée peut notamment être choisie parmi un polyéthylène oxydé, un polypropylène oxydé, un poly(éthylène-co-propylène) oxydé, un copolymère d'éthylène-a- oléfine oxydé, un copolymère d’éthylène et d'acide (méth)acrylique, un polymère d’éthylène et/ou de propylène greffé avec un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé portant un groupe acide carboxylique ou anhydride, par exemple avec l’acide (méth)acrylique ou l'anhydride maléique.
Des produits de ce type sont disponibles, par exemple, sous les références AC 680, AC 629 ou AC 673P commercialisées par Honeywell ; Viscowax® 252 et Viscowax® 253 commercialisées par Innospec Leuna ; Deurex E040 commercialisée par Deurex ; Licowax® PED 521, Licowax® PED 522 ou Licolub® H 12 commercialisées par Clariant ; ou Epolene® E 14 commercialisée par Westlake.
L’additif selon l’invention comprend 5 à 40% en poids de composant B) par rapport au poids de l’additif. L’additif peut notamment comprendre 5 à 35%, en particulier 10 à 35%, plus particulièrement 10 à 30%, en poids de composant B) par rapport au poids de l’additif. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, l'additif peut comprendre 15 à 40%, en particulier 20 à 40%, plus particulièrement 25 à 35%, en poids de composant B) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'additif peut comprendre 5 à 25%, en particulier 5 à 20%, plus particulièrement 5 à 15%, en poids de composant B) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Composant C)
L’additif selon l’invention comprend un composant C). Le composant C) est distinct des composants A) et B).
Le composant C) est une cire ou un mélange de cires. Le composant C) permet avantageusement de compatibiliser les composants A) et B) afin que l’additif puisse former un mélange homogène pouvant être micronisé.
Le composant C) peut comprendre une cire ayant un point de ramollissement supérieur à 70°C, en particulier de 70°C à 120°C.
Le composant C) peut comprendre une cire ayant un indice d’acide inférieur à 10 mg KOH/g, en particulier inférieur à 5 mg KOH/g, plus particulièrement inférieur à 3 mg KOH/g, plus particulièrement encore inférieur à 2,5 mg KOH/g.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le composant C) comprend une cire choisie parmi une cire minérale, une cire naturelle, une cire synthétique et leurs mélanges.
Une cire minérale est obtenue à partir de pétrole brut, de charbon ou de lignite. La cire minérale peut notamment être choisie parmi une paraffine, une cire microcristalline, une cérésine, une cire montanique et leurs mélanges. La coupe obtenue par distillation de pétrole brut entre 400°C et 500°C contient les paraffines ainsi que les cires microcristallines. Il s'agit d'hydrocarbures saturés ayant 18 à 60 atomes de carbone. Les cires microcristallines ont des chaînes longues et ramifiées ce qui leur confère une structure microcristalline. Elles sont molles, blanches, non translucides et ont une température de fusion supérieure à 70°C. Les paraffines ont des chaînes légèrement plus courtes et linéaires ce qui leur confère une structure macrocristalline. Ce sont des solides blancs, translucides, rigides, qui se cassent facilement et ont un point de fusion entre 50 et 70°C. Une cérésine est un mélange d’hydrocarbures obtenu par purification de l’ozocérite. Les cires montaniques (esters d’acide montanique et d’un alcool choisi parmi éthylène glycol, butan-l,3-diol ou glycérol) sont obtenues par extraction de lignites (charbon riche en végétaux fossilisés).
Une cire naturelle peut notamment être choisie parmi un céride, un diol ou triol totalement ou partiellement estérifié avec des acides gras, une cire végétale ou animale et leurs mélanges. Les cérides sont des esters d'acides gras et d'alcools gras. Les acides gras peuvent être des acides carboxyliques saturés ou insaturés, non-substitués ou hydroxylés, à chaîne linéaire, ayant de 12 à 36 atomes de carbone, de préférence en nombre pair. Les alcools gras peuvent être des monoalcools ayant de 12 à 36 atomes de carbone. Les diols et triols totalement ou partiellement estérifiés avec des acides gras (de préférence des acides gras hydroxylés) peuvent notamment être choisis parmi éthylène glycol, propane- 1,2-diol, glycérol, un diol ayant de 12 à 36 atomes de carbone et leurs mélanges. Les cires végétales ou animales comprennent l’ensemble des composés extraits de végétaux ou d’animaux lors de la production de cire, d’huile ou de beurre ainsi que les produits transformés, notamment par réaction d’hydrogénation ou de métathèse, obtenus à partir de ces composés. Les huiles et beurres solides à 20°C, notamment les huiles végétales partiellement ou totalement hydrogénées, sont donc considérés comme des cires végétales
ou animales au sens de la présente invention. Les huiles et beurres contiennent principalement des diesters et triesters d’acides gras (de préférence acide gras hydroxylés) et de glycérol. Des exemples de cérides sont palmitate de cétyle, laurate de dodécyle, stéarate d'octadécyle, myristate de tétradécyle, palmitate de myricyle et cérotate de myricyle. Des exemples de cires végétales ou animales sont la cire d’abeille, la cire de candelilla, la cire de carnauba, la cire de son de riz, la cire du Japon, la cire de soja, la cire de colza, la cire de palme, le spermaceti, le beurre de karité, le beurre de cacao, la tristéarine, l’huile de ricin hydrogéné, l’huile de coco hydrogénée, l’huile de coton hydrogénée, l’huile de colza hydrogénée, l’huile de soja hydrogénée, l’huile de palme hydrogénée et leurs mélanges.
Les cires synthétiques sont principalement des hydrocarbures (alcanes et alcènes) et polyoxyalkylènes synthétisés par l’homme. La cire synthétique peut notamment être une cire de Fischer-Tropsch, une cire de polyéthylène et/ou de polypropylène, une cire de poly(oxyde d'éthylène) et/ou poly(oxyde de propylène) et leurs mélanges. Les cires de Fischer-Tropsch contiennent majoritairement des alcanes et sont obtenues à partir d’un mélange de CO et ¾. Cette cire est dure et a une structure macrocristalline comparable à celle des paraffines naturelles. Les cires de polyéthylène et/ou polypropylène peuvent être obtenues par craquage de polyéthylène et/ou de polypropylène. On obtient un polymère à chaînes plus courtes de formule H-(CH2-CHR)n-H, chaque R étant indépendamment H ou méthyle et n variant de 50 à 100. Les cires de poly(oxyde d'éthylène) et/ou poly(oxyde de propylène) correspondent à un polymère de motif H-(0-CHR-CH2)n-OH chaque R étant indépendamment H ou méthyle et n variant de 20 à 100.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le composant C) comprend une cire hydroxylée, en particulier une cire hydroxylée ayant un indice OH supérieur à 25 mg KOH/g, supérieur à 50 mg KOH/g, supérieur à 75 mg KOH/g, supérieur à 100 mg KOH/g, supérieur à 125 mg
KOH/g, supérieur à 150 mg KOH/g ou supérieur à 155 mg KOH/g.
En particulier, le composant C) peut comprendre une cire naturelle choisie parmi un diol ou triol totalement ou partiellement estérifié avec un acide gras, un ester d'acide gras et d'alcool gras, dans laquelle l’acide gras est un acide carboxylique hydroxylé, saturé ou insaturé, à chaîne linéaire, ayant de 12 à 36 atomes de carbone, de préférence en nombre pair.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement préféré, le composant C) comprend de l’huile de ricin hydrogénée.
L’additif selon l’invention comprend 5 à 60% en poids de composant C) par rapport au poids de l’additif. L’additif peut notamment comprendre 5 à 55%, en particulier 10 à 55%, plus particulièrement 10 à 50%, en poids de composant C) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, l'additif peut comprendre 10 à 40%, en particulier 15 à 35%, plus particulièrement 20 à 30%, en poids de composant C) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'additif peut comprendre 5 à 25%, en particulier 5 à 20%, plus particulièrement 10 à 20%, en poids de composant C) par rapport au poids de l’additif. Additif
L’additif selon l’invention comprend:
- 30 à 90%, en particulier 35 à 90%, plus particulièrement 40 à 90%, plus particulièrement encore 40 à 85%, de composant A);

- 5 à 60%, en particulier 5 à 55%, plus particulièrement 10 à 55%, plus particulièrement encore 10 à 50%, de composant C) ; les % étant des % en poids par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, l’additif comprend: - 30 à 60%, en particulier 35 à 55%, plus particulièrement 40 à 50%, de composant A);
- 15 à 40%, en particulier 20 à 40%, plus particulièrement 25 à 35%, de composant B); et
- 10 à 40%, en particulier 15 à 35%, plus particulièrement 20 à 30%, de composant C) ; les % étant des % en poids par rapport au poids de l’additif.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation particulier, l’additif comprend: - 70 à 90%, en particulier 75 à 90%, plus particulièrement 80 à 90%, de composant A);
- 5 à 25%, en particulier 5 à 20%, plus particulièrement 5 à 15%, de composant B); et
- 5 à 25%, en particulier 5 à 20%, plus particulièrement 10 à 20%, de composant C) ; les % étant des % en poids par rapport au poids de l’additif.
L’additif peut en outre comprendre 0 à 10%, en particulier 0 à 5%, plus particulièrement 0 à 2%, en poids par rapport au poids de l’additif, d’un composant D) qui est au moins un composé autre que les composants A), B) et C).
Le composant D) peut notamment comprendre un sous-produit lié à la préparation des composants A), B) et C). Des exemples de tels sous-produits sont un catalyseur, en particulier un sel inorganique, un oxyde métallique ou un oxyde semi-métallique ; une diamine ; un acide carboxylique en C2 à C36 ; un monoamide issu de la réaction entre une diamine et un équivalent d’acide carboxylique en C2 à C36.
L’additif peut consister essentiellement en ou consister en les composants A), B), C) et D). Ainsi, le poids total des composants A), B), C) et D) peut représenter 100% du poids de l’additif.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le ratio en poids entre le composant A) et le composant B) va de 0,8 à 10, en particulier de 1 à 9, plus particulièrement de 1,5 à 8,5.
L’additif selon l’invention peut notamment être sous forme solide, en particulier sous forme de particules solides, plus particulièrement sous forme de particules solides ayant une taille moyenne en volume inférieure à 50 pm ou inférieure à 25 pm.
L’additif peut être obtenu selon un procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) mélange des composants A), B), C) et éventuellement D) à haute température (140 à 220°C) pour former un mélange homogène ; b) refroidissement du mélange obtenu à l’étape a) à température ambiante (20-25°C) pour obtenir un solide ; c) micronisation du solide obtenu à l’étape b) pour obtenir des particules solides ayant une taille moyenne en volume inférieure à 50 pm.
Alternativement, l’additif selon l’invention peut être sous la forme d’une pâté préactivée. Ainsi, l’additif selon l’invention peut être mélangé à un plastifiant pour former une composition d’additif préactivé telle que décrite ci- après.
Composition d’additif préactivé La composition d’additif préactivé selon l’invention comprend l’additif tel que décrit ci- dessus et un plastifiant.
Au sens de la présente invention, un plastifiant est un composé facilitant la mise en œuvre de l’additif.
De préférence, ledit plastifiant est un plastifiant organique polaire comportant au moins un groupement polaire, de préférence un groupement éther et/ou un groupement ester et/ou un groupement époxy.
Parmi les plastifiants ayant un groupement ester on peut citer ceux comportant au moins un groupement ester d’acide aromatique en Ce à Cio, en particulier les plastifiants sélectionnés parmi les mono- et/ou les di-alkylphtalates, et encore plus préférentiellement parmi les di- alkylphtalates, avec lesdits alkyles pouvant être identiques ou différents, et choisis parmi les alkyles en Ci à Cis, et de préférence en Cio à C12. On peut également citer les alkylsulfonates et préférentiellement l’ester d’acide alkylsulfonique avec phénol, et les dibenzoates.
Parmi les plastifiants ayant un groupement éther, on peut citer les polyéthers homopolymères d’oxyde de propylène (polypropylène glycols) de masse moléculaire moyenne en poids Mw allant de 1000 à 3000, et plus particulièrement le polypropylène glycol (PPG) de Mw égale à 2000, et/ou leurs dérivés, choisis parmi les monoesters, de préférence en C2 à C4) ou les monoéthers en Ci à C4, tels que les dérivés monométhoxylés ou monoéthoxylés.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le plastifiant comprend un mono- et/ou un di- alkylphtalate.
La composition d’additif préactivé est avantageusement prête à l’emploi par l’utilisateur final (formulateur de mastics, de colles, d’adhésifs, ou de revêtements tels que peintures, ou vernis, ou gel coats, ou encres, ou de composition de moulage), par simple mélange dans la formulation finale d’application, sans avoir besoin d’aucune activation spécifique in situ dans cette formulation (conditions spécifiques de température, de cisaillement et de durée à respecter).
Composition de liant
L’additif selon l’invention est avantageusement introduit dans une composition de liant pour modifier sa rhéologie, notamment pour lui conférer un effet thixotropique ou pseudoplastique.
La composition de liant selon l’invention comprend un liant et l’additif tel que décrit ci- dessus ou la composition d’additif préactivé telle que décrite ci-dessus.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la composition de liant est une composition de revêtement, en particulier une composition de vernis, d’enduit, de gel de surface, de peinture ou d’encre, une composition d’adhésif, de colle ou de mastic, une composition de moulage, une composition de matériau composite, une composition de scellage chimique,
une composition d’agent d’étanchéité, une composition photoréticulable pour stéréolithographie ou pour impression d’objets en 3D, en particulier par jet d’encre.
La composition de liant peut notamment comprendre 0,5 à 15%, en particulier 1 à 10%, plus particulièrement 2 à 7%, en poids d’additif par rapport au poids total de ladite composition. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la composition de liant selon l’invention est réticulable, soit thermiquement, soit par irradiation sous rayonnements tels qu’UV (en présence d’au moins un photo-amorceur) et/ou EB (faisceau d’électrons, sans amorceur), y compris auto-réticulable à température ambiante, ou elle est non réticulable. La composition de liant peut être réticulable mono-composante (un seul composant réactif) ou bi-composante (liant à base de deux composants réactifs entre eux par mélange lors de G utilisation).
Le liant peut être sélectionné parmi au moins un système réactif époxy-amine (bi- composant réticulable), un polyester insaturé, un vinylester, une résine époxydée, une résine silicone réactive, une alkyde greffée par un polyester ou un polyamide ou modifiée diurée-diuréthane, ou une alkyde non greffée, un polyuréthane ou une résine silicone, un polyuréthane bi-composant réticulable, un polysiloxane, un polymère polysulfure, un polymère acrylique réactif, un oligomère multifonctionnel (méth)acrylate ou oligomère acrylique acrylé ou oligomère multifonctionnel allylique, un élastomère type SBR, polychloroprène ou caoutchouc butyle, ou un pré-polymère silané, de préférence un polyéther silané ou un polyuréthane silané, ou un polyéther-uréthane silané avec fonction -OH ou -C02H.
Dans un cas plus particulier, le liant peut être sélectionné parmi les systèmes réactifs bi- composants réticulables suivants : les systèmes époxy-amines ou époxy-polyamides comprenant au moins une résine époxy comportant au moins deux groupements époxy et au moins un composé aminé ou polyamide comportant au moins deux groupements amines, les systèmes polyuréthanes comprenant au moins un polyisocyanate et au moins un polyol, les systèmes polyol-mélamines, et les systèmes polyesters à base d’au moins un époxy ou d’un polyol réactif avec au moins un acide ou un anhydride correspondant.
Selon d’autres cas particuliers, le liant peut être un système bi-composant polyuréthane réticulable ou un système bi-composant réticulable polyester à partir d’un système de réaction époxy-acide ou anhydride carboxylique, ou d’un système polyol-acide ou
anhydride carboxylique, ou un système de réaction polyol-mélamine dans lequel le polyol est une résine acrylique hydroxylée, ou un polyester ou un polyéther polyol.
La composition de liant selon l’invention peut comprendre d’autres composants comme par exemple des charges, des plastifiants, des agents mouillants ou encore des pigments. Selon une variante, la composition de liant selon l’invention est une composition de mastic, de colle, d’adhésif ou d’agent d’étanchéité, qui est auto-réticulable, et à base de liant polyéther-silane ou de polyuréthane-silane.
Plus particulièrement, la composition de liant selon l’invention peut être une composition de mastic mono-composant à base de pré-polymère silylé (ou silané, ce terme étant à considérer comme synonyme de silylé pour la présente invention), et de préférence de polyéther silylé ou de polyuréthane silylé (polyéther-uréthane silylé), comme les KANEKA MS POLYMER™ et KANEKA SILYL™.
D’autres composants peuvent être ajoutés ou substitués aux compositions de mastic mono composant à base de pré-polymère silylé, comme d’autres types de liants, des pigments colorés, divers plastifiants, des charges de type carbonates de calcium précipités ou broyés, des dérivés de glycéride, des silices, comme des silices pyrogénées, d’autres additifs tels que les UVA (anti-oxydants UV), comme le 2,4-diterbutyl-6-(5-chlorobenzotriazole-2- yl)phénol (Tinuvin® 327 de BASF), les stabilisants lumière à base d’amines stériquement encombrées, tels que les HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers), comme le bis(2, 2,6,6- tétraméthyl-4-pipéridyl)sébacate (Tinuvin® 770 de BASF), les cires, et d’autres types de catalyseurs, comme les sels d’étain.
Utilisation
L’additif ou la composition d’additif préactivé selon l’invention est utilisé en tant qu’agent de rhéologie, en particulier en tant qu’agent thixotropique. Ainsi, l’incorporation de l’additif ou de la composition d’additif préactivé dans une composition de liant permet de modifier sa rhéologie, notamment de lui conférer un effet thixotropique. Ainsi, la composition de liant pourra être sous forme de gel lorsqu’elle est au repos (aucune contrainte mécanique). Cette augmentation de viscosité par rapport à une composition de liant ne contenant pas d’additif thixotropique est avantageuse puisque cela permet d’éviter l’étalement de la composition et les coulures une fois que celle-ci a été
appliquée sur un substrat. Lorsque la composition de liant est soumise à une cisaillement, sa viscosité diminue ce qui permet de faciliter son application sur un substrat.
A titre d’illustration de l’invention, les exemples suivants démontrent sans aucune limitation, les performances de l’additif selon la présente invention. EXEMPLES
Matières premières
Dans les exemples, les matières premières suivantes ont été utilisées [Tableau 1]
Méthodes de mesure Dans la présente demande, les méthodes de mesure suivantes ont été utilisées :
Masse moléculaire moyenne en poids :
La masse moléculaire moyenne en poids a été mesurée selon OCDE (1996), Test No. 118:
« Détermination ofthe Number-Average Molecular Weight and the Molecular Weight Distribution ofPolymers using Gel Perméation Chromatography », OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals, Section 1, Éditions OCDE, Paris.
Indice d’acide :
L’indice d’acide a été mesuré selon la norme DIN EN ISO 2114 - Novembre 2000, en utilisant un mélange xylène/éthanol 50:50 v/v comme solvant de titrage. L'échantillon a été pesé dans un erlenmeyer de 250 ml et dissous dans 100 ml du mélange chaud de xylène / éthanol (environ 90 °C) sur un agitateur magnétique. L'échantillon a ensuite été placé sur
l'agitateur magnétique 20 du titrimètre, l'électrode a été bien immergée et le mélange a été titré avec une solution éthanolique KOH 0,1 M.
Indice d’amine :
L'indice d'amine a été déterminé conformément à la norme DIN 53176 - Novembre 2002, en utilisant un mélange xylène / éthanol 50:50 v/v comme solvant de titrage. L'échantillon a été pesé dans un erlenmeyer 10 de 250 ml et dissous dans 100 ml du mélange chaud de xylène / éthanol (environ 90°C) sur un agitateur magnétique. L'échantillon a ensuite été placé sur l'agitateur magnétique du titrimètre, l'électrode a été bien immergée et le mélange a été titré avec une solution isopropanolique HCl 0,1 M. Point de ramollissement :
Le point de ramollissement a été mesuré selon la méthode NF ISO 2176 - Juin 2006.
Taille des particules :
La taille des particules a été mesurée par granulométrie laser sur l’appareil Mastersizer 3000 (Malvem). La poudre a été dispersée dans l’air et passée devant une cellule laser. L’intensité de lumière a été mesurée et traitée de manière itérative pour obtenir la bonne répartition granulométrique. Le taille des particules a été exprimée en volume. Le Dv50 (également noté D0.5 ou x50) correspond au diamètre médian (50% des particules sont inférieures au diamètre correspondant).
Seuil d’écoulement (Yield stress) : Le seuil d’écoulement a été mesuré à l’aide d’un rhéomètre Kinexus Pro (Malvern). Il correspond à la contrainte située à l’intersection des modules de conservation (G’) et de perte (G”) et s’exprime en Pa. Il qualifie la contrainte à partir de laquelle le comportement liquide de l’échantillon prend le pas sur son caractère solide et sa structure coule. Les courbes des modules de conservation (G’) et de perte (G”) ont été déterminées selon la méthode décrite ci-après.
Module de conservation (G’) :
Le module de conservation a été mesuré à l’aide d’un rhéomètre Kinexus Pro (Malvem) à contrainte imposée. Ce module quantifie le caractère solide et donc le niveau de structure du matériau et s’exprime en Pa. Pour le déterminer, un balayage en contrainte de 0,1 à 10000 Pa a été effectué sous une fréquence de 1Hz. L’entrefer était de 1mm pour la géométrie plan-plan utilisée.
Exemple 1 : Préparation d’un diamide (Composant A)
Dans un ballon de 1 litre équipé d’un thermomètre, d’un Dean Stark, d’un condensateur et d’un agitateur, 77,83 g de HMDA (0,67 moles, 1 éq) et 422,17 g de 12-HSA (1,34 moles, 2 éq) ont été ajoutés. Le mélange a été chauffé à 180°C sous atmosphère inerte. L’eau éliminée s’accumulait dans le Dean Stark dès 150°C. La réaction a été contrôlée par l’indice d’acide et d’amine. Lorsque les indices d’acide et d’amine étaient inférieurs à 5, la réaction a été arrêtée. Le mélange réactionnel a été refroidi à 140°C et déchargé dans un moule siliconé. Une fois refroidi à la température ambiante (20-25°C), le produit a été transformé en écailles.
Exemple 2 : Préparation d’un additif selon l’invention
Dans un ballon de 1 litre équipé d’un thermomètre, d’un Dean Stark, d’un condensateur et d’un agitateur, 72 g de diamide préparé selon l’exemple 1, 18 g de cire de polyéthylène oxydé et 10 g d’huile de ricin hydrogénée ont été mélangés à 140°C sous atmosphère inerte pendant 30 minutes. Le mélange réactionnel a ensuite été déchargé dans un moule siliconé. Une fois refroidi à la température ambiante (20-25 °C) le produit a été transformé en écailles. L’additif a ensuite été micronisé par jet d’air pour obtenir une granulométrie fine (Dv50 inférieur à 50 pm) et contrôlée.
Exemple 3 : Préparation d’un additif selon l’invention
Dans un ballon de 1 litre équipé d’un thermomètre, d’un Dean Stark, d’un condensateur et d’un agitateur, 40 g de diamide préparé selon l’exemple 1, 10 g de cire de polyéthylène oxydé et 50 g d’huile de ricin hydrogénée ont été mélangés à 140°C sous atmosphère inerte pendant 30 minutes. Le mélange réactionnel a ensuite été déchargé dans un moule siliconé. Une fois refroidi à la température ambiante (20-25 °C) le produit a été transformé en écailles. L’additif a ensuite été micronisé par jet d’air pour obtenir une granulométrie fine (Dv50 inférieur à 50 pm) et contrôlée.
Exemple 4 : Préparation d’un additif comparatif
Dans un ballon de 1 litre équipé d’un thermomètre, d’un Dean Stark, d’un condensateur et d’un agitateur, 80 g de diamide préparé selon l’exemple 1 et 20 g de cire de polyéthylène oxydé ont été mélangés à 140°C sous atmosphère inerte pendant 30 minutes. Le mélange réactionnel a ensuite été déchargé dans un moule siliconé. Une fois refroidi à la
température ambiante le produit et transformé en écailles. L’additif a ensuite été micronisé par jet d’air pour obtenir une granulométrie fine (Dv50 inférieur à 50 pm) et contrôlée
Exemple 5 : Evaluation des performances des additifs dans des mastics
1) Préparation des mastics Les additifs préparés ont été évalués dans une formulation de mastic. La formulation de mastic a été préparée avec les ingrédients présentés au tableau 2 ci-dessous (les % en poids sont exprimés par rapport au poids de la formulation de mastic):

Les formulations ont été préparées à l’aide d’un disperser haute vitesse (HSD). Dans une première étape et dans les proportions indiquées (Tableau 2), la résine et le plastifiant ont été ajoutés et homogénéisés. L’additif a été pesé et ajouté ensuite lors de la seconde étape. Ainsi, le mélange réactionnel, a été porté à 50°C pendant 30 minutes sous une agitation de 3000 tours par minute. A la fin de cette phase, le mélange a été déchargé et les performances rhéologiques de ces formulations ont été évaluées. 2) Caractérisation des mastics
Le seuil d’écoulement (Yield stress) et le module de conservation (G’) des mastics préparés avec les additifs des exemples 2 à 4 sont présentés au Tableau 3 ci-dessous. Un mastic de contrôle (sans additif) a également été testé.

Les mastics contenant les additifs de rhéologie selon l’invention montrent des performances rhéologiques supérieures comparés au mastic contenant un mélange de diamide et de polyéthylène oxydée sans huile de ricin hydrogénée.
Claims
[Revendication 1] Additif comprenant :
- 30 à 90% d’un composant A) qui est au moins un diamide ;
- 5 à 40% d’un composant B) qui est au moins un polymère fonctionnalisé; et - 5 à 60% d’un composant C) qui est au moins une cire, les % étant des % en poids par rapport au poids de l’additif.
[Revendication 2] Additif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu par réaction entre au moins une diamine et au moins un acide carboxylique, la diamine étant choisie parmi une diamine aliphatique en C2 à C24, une diamine cycloaliphatique en C6 à Cl 8, une diamine aromatique en C6 à C24, et leurs mélanges ; l’acide carboxylique étant un acide carboxylique en C2 à C36, linéaire ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé, non-substitué ou hydroxylé.
[Revendication 3] Additif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu avec au moins une diamine choisie parmi une diamine aliphatique en C2 à C24, en particulier une diamine aliphatique linéaire en C2 à Cl 8, plus particulièrement une diamine aliphatique linéaire en C2 à C12.
[Revendication 4] Additif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu avec au moins un acide carboxylique choisi parmi un acide carboxylique en C2 à C22 ; en particulier un acide carboxylique hydroxylé en C2 à C22 et éventuellement un acide carboxylique non-substitué en C2 à C22 ; plus particulièrement un acide carboxylique hydroxylé en C 12 à C20 et éventuellement un acide carboxylique non-substitué en C2 à 04.
[Revendication 5] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le composant A) comprend un diamide obtenu par réaction entre la 1,2- éthylènediamine, la 1,5-pentaméthylènediamine ou la 1,6-hexaméthylène diamine et l’acide 12-hydroxy stéarique et éventuellement l’acide décanoïque.
[Revendication 6] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l’additif comprend 35 à 90%, en particulier 40 à 90%, plus particulièrement 40 à 85%, en poids de composant A) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
[Revendication 7] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le composant B) comprend un polymère fonctionnalisé par des groupes polaires, en particulier des groupes polaires choisis parmi acide carboxylique, anhydride, éther,
aldéhyde, alcool, amine et leurs mélanges ; plus particulièrement au moins des groupes acide carboxylique.
[Revendication 8] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le composant B) comprend un polymère fonctionnalisé ayant un indice d’acide de 3 à 50, ou 5 à 40, ou 8 à 35, ou 10 à 25 mg KOH/g.
[Revendication 9] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le composant B) comprend une polyoléfine fonctionnalisée, en particulier une polyoléfine oxydée, plus particulièrement un polyéthylène oxydé.
[Revendication 10] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l’additif comprend 5 à 35%, en particulier 10 à 35%, plus particulièrement 10 à 30%, en poids de composant B) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
[Revendication 11] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le composant C) comprend une cire présentant un point de ramollissement supérieur à 70°C, en particulier de 70°C à 120°C.
[Revendication 12] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le composant C) comprend une cire choisie parmi une cire minérale, une cire naturelle, une cire synthétique et leurs mélanges ; en particulier une paraffine, une cire microcristalline, une cérésine, une cire montanique, un céride, un diol ou triol totalement ou partiellement estérifié avec des acides gras, une cire végétale ou animale, une cire de Fischer-Tropsch, une cire de polyéthylène et/ou de polypropylène, une cire de poly(oxyde d'éthylène) et/ou poly(oxyde de propylène) et leurs mélanges ; plus particulièrement l’huile de ricin hydrogénée.
[Revendication 13] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le composant C) comprend une cire hydroxylée ; de préférence de l’huile de ricin hydrogénée.
[Revendication 14] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l’additif comprend 5 à 55%, en particulier 10 à 55%, plus particulièrement 10 à 50%, en poids de composant C) par rapport au poids de l’additif.
[Revendication 15] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le ratio en poids entre le composant A) et le composant B) va de 0,8 à 10, en particulier de 1 à 9, plus particulièrement de 1,5 à 8,5.
[Revendication 16] Additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l’additif est sous forme solide, en particulier sous forme de particules solides,
plus particulièrement sous forme de particules solides ayant une taille moyenne en volume inférieure à 50 pm ou inférieure à 25 pm.
[Revendication 17] Composition d’additif préactivé comprenant l’additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 et un plastifiant.
[Revendication 18] Composition de liant comprenant un liant et l’additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 ou la composition d’additif préactivé selon la revendication 17.
[Revendication 19] Composition de liant selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce qu’elle est une composition de revêtement, en particulier une composition de vernis, d’enduit, de gel de surface, de peinture ou d’encre, une composition d’adhésif, de colle ou de mastic, une composition de moulage, une composition de matériau composite, une composition de scellage chimique, une composition d’agent d’étanchéité, une composition photoréticulable pour stéréolithographie ou pour impression d’objets en 3D, en particulier par jet d’encre. [Revendication 20] Utilisation de l’additif selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 ou de la composition d’additif préactivé selon la revendication 17 en tant qu’agent de rhéologie, en particulier en tant qu’agent thixo tropique.
