Abstract

Une composition comprend (i) du rébaudioside M, (ii) un glycoside de stéviol glucosylé et (iii) une quantité efficace d'un modificateur de goût. Une composition édulcorée comprend la composition et au moins un autre édulcorant, et un produit de consommation édulcoré contenant la composition ou la composition édulcorée.
