Abstract
Une composition comprend (i) du rébaudioside M, (ii) un glycoside de stéviol glucosylé et (iii) une quantité efficace d'un modificateur de goût. Une composition édulcorée comprend la composition et au moins un autre édulcorant, et un produit de consommation édulcoré contenant la composition ou la composition édulcorée. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication de la composition, des compositions édulcorées et des produits de consommation édulcorés. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés d'utilisation des compositions pour réduire la quantité de sucre présent dans un produit de consommation édulcoré, pour améliorer le goût sucré de compositions édulcorées et de produits consommation édulcorés, et/ou pour modifier une caractéristique d'un produit de consommation édulcoré.
