Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a storage system for storing medical-technical goods, in particular temperature-sensitive medical-technical goods, comprising a storage room with a plurality of storage spaces for one type of medical-technical goods and at least one sensor for detecting an environmental parameter of the storage room.
- the disclosure also relates to a method for storing medical technology goods, in particular temperature-sensitive medical technology goods, in such a storage system.
- KR 101983018 B1 discloses, for example, a logistic warehouse organization and management system with a cold chain management function which is set up to analyze the types of articles to be stored in each warehouse of a warehouse information database.
- the system is also set up to automatically analyze in which of the multiple warehouses and at which position new articles to be stored are stored, according to the type and volume or types and weight of the new articles to be stored.
- the system is also set up to inform a manager of the warehouse company if a temperature detected by a temperature sensor in a warehouse deviates from a correct temperature range of the warehouse in question, and to change and set a suitable temperature according to the shelf life of the items stored in the warehouse effect.
- Prior art bearings have the following disadvantages, among others.
- a recording of parameters such as temperature, humidity and brightness for the entire warehouse can only produce imprecise data with regard to individual storage locations and the conditions prevailing there. This is particularly disadvantageous in warehouses with different goods that require different storage conditions, as well as in large warehouses.
- only momentary / current values of the parameters to be monitored are usually recorded and evaluated. As a result, no estimate can be made regarding the future development of these parameters.
- Another disadvantage is that the identification of certain stored goods is separate from the storage conditions for them Storage goods detecting sensors and thus takes place separately from the data recorded therewith. As a result, there is a risk that the individual requirements applicable to certain goods will not be considered and observed.
- the present disclosure is based on the task of reducing the stated disadvantages of the prior art, in particular of creating a medical storage system that enables individual storage-specific monitoring and control of storage-location-specific environmental parameters (zone parameters).
- a medical technology storage system for storing medical technology goods, preferably temperature-sensitive and / or light-sensitive and / or moisture-sensitive medical technology goods, having a storage room with a number, in particular a plurality of storage spaces for each one type of medical product and at least one sensor for detecting an environmental parameter with respect to the storage room, the storage system having a number, in particular a plurality of sensors, each designed as a data logger, which are each arranged specifically for the storage location, for the automatic detection of at least one storage location-specific environmental parameter, and the storage system has at least one reading device for reading out the data logger.
- the disclosure advantageously enables an automatic detection of storage space-specific parameter values / environmental parameters (zone Parameter values) in particular with regard to temperature and / or light and / or air humidity. It thus also relates to warehouse monitoring for temperature-critical medical or medical technology goods.
- Storage space-specific parameters in the sense of the disclosure mean those parameters which are / prevail in each case at the individual storage spaces or goods.
- the object according to the disclosure can advantageously be used in particular in smaller high-bay warehouses (such as those used in a hospital or pharmacy, for example), where different temperature-critical / temperature-sensitive goods / goods are stored together.
- the disclosure enables, in particular, storage space-specific monitoring and, if necessary, control / setting of environmental parameters of the respective storage space / at the respective storage space and thus preservation / compliance with storage conditions specified for a long shelf life and avoidance of changes. It is particularly easy to ensure that the respective environmental parameter values are always observed and monitored.
- the data loggers can each be set up to record at least one of the environmental parameters temperature, brightness, UV radiation level and air humidity.
- the data loggers are preferably reusable or permanently usable in the case of permanently installed data loggers.
- the storage system can in particular have a separate data logger for each storage location.
- a data logger is particularly preferably arranged at each storage location of the storage system. Arranged in this sense can mean that the respective data logger is permanently installed / attached / mounted on the respective storage location or directly or indirectly on the respective item.
- the respective data logger can in particular be arranged on storage containers such as sterile containers or outer packaging for the stored goods.
- data loggers attached to the stored goods can also provide an identification of the goods stored at a specific storage location.
- the data logger can, in addition to its function in the context of Disclosure can also be used to monitor the transport of goods and / or in the context of cleaning / sterilization of medical goods.
- the data loggers can each be designed for data communication by means of NFC and / or RFID. This makes it easy to use an NFC interface or RFID interface for, in particular, automated reading of captured parameter data or, in particular, automated programming of the respective data logger by means of the at least one permanently installed or mobile automated reading device / reader.
- One embodiment of the disclosure is characterized in that the reading device is permanently assigned to a storage location.
- one reader can be permanently assigned to one storage location. Assigned in this sense means in particular that the respective reader is permanently installed / attached / mounted at the respective storage location. This enables particularly quick access to the respective data logger.
- the storage system can also have at least one mobile reading device. This can in particular be arranged on a positioning device and use it to automatically move to the respective storage locations.
- the mobile reading device can in particular be arranged on a storage rack by means of an X-Y traversing device. This can have a traverse which can be positioned along the storage rack transversely to its longitudinal direction and on which the reading device is again arranged such that it can be positioned in the longitudinal direction of the traverse.
- Such an embodiment offers a possibility in terms of data technology and communication technology, simple and inexpensive, for reading out the respective data logger for specific storage locations.
- a storage system which is designed for the storage of medical technology goods, in particular temperature-sensitive and / or light-sensitive and / or moisture-sensitive medical technology goods, having a storage room with a plurality of storage spaces for one type of medical technology goods in each case, a plurality of sensors, each designed as a data logger, which are each arranged specifically for the storage location, for the automatic detection of at least one storage location-specific environmental parameter, and at least one reading device for reading out the data logger, the storage system being provided and designed for the data transmission between a selected data logger and the at least one reading device in the vicinity (in the sense of a direct / close opposite of the data logger and reading device) takes place either by assigning a reading device to each individual data logger and permanently placing it in or at the associated storage location or at least one reading device by means of a moving and Positioning device is brought to the selected data logger and positioned with respect to the selected data logger at a predetermined distance.
- the storage locations are preferably each designed in such a way that the storage location-specific environmental parameters can be set individually for the respective storage location.
- the environmental parameters present at the respective storage location can thus be changed, in particular in real time or almost real time, and in particular controlled using the disclosure.
- a particular advantage of the disclosure is that such a change / control can take place specifically for storage locations, i.e., if necessary, the environmental parameters can be corrected at one or more of the storage locations, while other storage locations with intended environmental parameters remain unchanged.
- the disclosure thus enables not only storage specifically tailored to certain goods, but also a particularly energy-saving control of the storage system.
- the storage system can be designed as a rack store or a high rack store.
- the respective storage spaces are then each designed as a shelf compartment.
- the storage system according to a further embodiment can also have a data processing unit.
- the storage space-specific data of the environmental parameters recorded by means of the respective data logger and read out by means of the reader can be sent to this.
- the data processing unit is preferably designed to store, evaluate and process this data. An essential advantage of such a data processing unit is the possibility of storing data relating to the stored goods and / or the allocation of storage space to the respectively stored goods.
