Claims (8)

  1. A foot rest with height-adjustable foot plate for driving a vehicle, the foot rest having at least a foot plate, a gas spring and a base plate,
    characterized in that
    the height adjustment of the foot plate (1) of the foot rest is realized as an articulated three-point bearing,
    - wherein two support levers (3; 4), which are arranged in parallel, are to be found between the foot plate and the base plate (1; 2), which support levers in each case have an upper and a lower bearing (8; 9) and the upper bearing (8) is arranged on a connecting bolt (5), which is fastened between the support levers (3; 4), on which connecting bolt a receptacle (11) for the upper fastening point (12) of a gas spring (7) or a threaded spindle (60) of an electric drive (41) is arranged and the gas spring or threaded spindle (60) has a further bearing (13) as lower fastening point, which bearing rests on the base plate (2) via holders (39; 40),
