Claims (8)
- A foot rest with height-adjustable foot plate for driving a vehicle, the foot rest having at least a foot plate, a gas spring and a base plate,
characterized in that
the height adjustment of the foot plate (1) of the foot rest is realized as an articulated three-point bearing,- wherein two support levers (3; 4), which are arranged in parallel, are to be found between the foot plate and the base plate (1; 2), which support levers in each case have an upper and a lower bearing (8; 9) and the upper bearing (8) is arranged on a connecting bolt (5), which is fastened between the support levers (3; 4), on which connecting bolt a receptacle (11) for the upper fastening point (12) of a gas spring (7) or a threaded spindle (60) of an electric drive (41) is arranged and the gas spring or threaded spindle (60) has a further bearing (13) as lower fastening point, which bearing rests on the base plate (2) via holders (39; 40),- wherein both support levers (3; 4) at their respective upper ends have a further connecting bolt (10) which connects the support levers, to which connecting bolt at least one roller (14) is fastened, which is guided on the underside of the foot plate (1) in a supporting manner,- wherein in the lower region of both support levers (3; 4), one element in each case is arranged as anchor point (15; 16),- in the case of the use of a gas spring (7),- for one torsion spring (17; 18) in each case, wherein this torsion spring is guided on a bolt (19) arranged in the lower bearing, which bolt is fastened on both sides via holders (34; 35; 36; 37) on at least two spacers (20; 21), which are resting on the base plate (2), wherein the spacers (20; 21) are used as second anchor point for the torsion springs (17, 18) and,- in the case of the use of an electric drive (41) with a threaded spindle (60),- in each case one limit switch (57; 58) with in each case one lever (59) is arranged,- wherein the foot plate (1) in its upper region is guided in a vertically movable manner on both sides in a respective construction (24; 25), which is in each case offset by 90° and runs on one side in a U-shaped guide (22; 23). - The foot rest according to Claim 1, characterized in that
the three-point bearing is designed such that the distance between the upper and the lower bearing (8; 9) of the two support levers (3; 4) and between the lower bearing (9) of the two support levers (3; 4) and the lower fastening point/bearing (13) of the gas spring (7) or the threaded spindle (60) has a ratio of < 8 to 1. - The foot rest according to Claim 1 to 2, characterized in that
the three-point bearing is designed as a triangle. - The foot rest according to Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that in the case of the use of a gas spring (7) for infinitely adjustable locking of the foot plate (1) in various positions, the foot plate (1) has a release (28) with spring (26), which release is to be operated in an articulated manner and has a receptacle (29) for a Bowden cable (30) on its underside, wherein the Bowden cable (30) is fastened at its other end to the release head of the gas spring (7).

the respective construction (24; 25) used for vertically guiding the foot plate (1) is fastened to a rear wall (31).
