Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lock with features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a lock of the type mentioned at the beginning is sold by the applicant under the model name B-2320.
- This lock has a switching function ("B function") with which access can be controlled from outside by pressing the handle. If the switching function is deactivated, the locking point equipped with this lock can be accessed from the inside to the outside by pressing a handle. There is a pusher on the outside when the clutch is disengaged (“idle”), no access is possible from the outside by pressing the handle and, for example, a key operation of the lock is required. If the switching function is activated, access is also possible from the outside by operating the handle, as the handle is in the engaged state.
- the B function is activated or deactivated on the B-2320 lock by turning the key on the lock cylinder. Locking of the lock is limited to a pre-locked position. There is therefore a need for optimization.
- the invention is based on the object of providing a lock that is easy to operate and can be used flexibly and with a high level of security using simple structural means.
- the lock has a lock case, a lock cylinder, a latch and a lock nut rotatably mounted in the lock case.
- the lock nut has two nut parts, one of which can be actuated from one side of the lock (e.g. an inside) and the other nut part from the other side of the lock (e.g. an outside).
- the nut parts are rotatable relative to one another and can be coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner by means of a coupling element.
- a clutch slide is arranged between the lock nut and the lock cylinder and runs along the lock case is displaceably mounted in a displacement direction and can be displaced between a lowered position relative to the locking cylinder and a raised position.
- the direction of displacement is in particular vertical in relation to the lock case, ie oriented parallel to a lock faceplate.
- the clutch slide is designed in such a way that it can be moved into the raised position by actuating the locking cylinder, in particular by actuating in the sense of closing the locking cylinder back, whereby the coupling element is brought into a engaged position in which the two nut parts are coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner.
- switching function (“B function”) can be activated by specifically actuating the clutch slide using the locking cylinder. It is therefore not necessary to operate a latch, so that activating the switching function does not affect the latch. This promotes flexible use and a high level of security for the lock, as the functions of the bolt can be designed independently of a switching function.
- the lock nut (“trigger nut”) is used to operate the latch.
- Each nut part can have an internal square to accommodate an (external) square of a pusher.
- the nut parts can be an inner nut and an outer nut.
- the inner nut may have a nut arm coupled to the trap.
- the nut arm can reach behind the trap on a trap tail in order to to be able to pull the latch into the lock case.
- the outer nut can be coupled to the inner nut in a rotationally fixed manner using the coupling element.
- the lock can in particular be a mortise lock for a door leaf.
- the locking cylinder can in particular be a profile cylinder.
- the coupling element can be displaced between an engaged position and a disengaged position.
- a latch that is slidably mounted in the lock case can be provided, which can be actuated by the lock cylinder, the latch being displaceable into a closed position (retracted into the lock case) and into a pre-locked position (extended from the lock case) or into two pre-locked positions is.
- a locking point for example a door
- Two pre-locked positions or a two-turn pre-locking contribute to a high level of security due to the comparatively large protrusion of the bolt in the second pre-locked position relative to the lock faceplate. Since the bolt and clutch slide are actuated by the lock cylinder, the lock is easy to operate.
- the coupling slide can expediently be mounted on the bolt so that it can move along the direction of displacement.
- the clutch slider is not on Lock case, for example a lock base, is mounted movably, but on the bolt. This contributes to a compact arrangement of the latch and clutch slide.
- the coupling slide moves with the latch.
- the bolt can be moved along a direction of movement oriented orthogonally to the lock faceplate.
- the clutch slide can be moved in particular parallel to the lock faceplate.
- the clutch slide can be designed and/or arranged on the latch in such a way that an actuating projection of the clutch slide can then be actuated by a locking bit of the locking cylinder when the latch is in the closed position. This means that the clutch slide is actuated to activate the switching function when the bolt is in the closed position and the lock is therefore unlocked. This means that the clutch slide can be actuated in a very targeted manner without the latch being actuated.
- a (stationary) guide pin fastened to the lock case, in particular to the lock base can be provided, which, when the bolt is in the closed position and the clutch slide is in the raised position, with a guide curve formed on the clutch slide (e.g. a Guide bevel) in contact, which is designed in such a way that it moves the clutch slide when the bolt is moved from the closed position a pre-locked position is moved (bolt is pre-locked), moved to the lowered position.
- the coupling element is disengaged when the bolt is closed, i.e. it reaches the disengaged position.
- the two nut parts are then no longer coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner and can therefore be rotated relative to one another.
- An elongated hole can be formed in the bolt through which the guide pin protrudes. The guide pin can therefore also be used to guide the bolt.
- a retraction lever can expediently be arranged in the lock case and is pivotably mounted, which is coupled to the bolt at one end, in particular engages behind a projection arranged on the bolt, and at the other end has an actuating arm which is assigned to a nut projection formed on the lock nut, so that the bolt passes through Actuation of the lock nut, in particular a nut part, for example the inner nut, from the pre-locked position or positions can be brought into the re-locked position.
- This provides a panic function, since the bolt can be brought from any pre-locked position into the re-locked position from one side of the lock, in particular from the inside, by operating the handle.
- the clutch slide can be coupled to the coupling element by means of a separate coupling part, the coupling part being mounted in the lock case so that it can move along the displacement direction, the coupling part having an actuation section at one end Actuation by the clutch slide, in particular by a contact section of the clutch slide, and at the other end a preferably angled and / or curved guide section relative to the direction of displacement for actuating the clutch element.
- This means that force can be transmitted from the clutch slide to the clutch element past other components. Actuation only occurs in defined operating states, for example when the bolt is completely closed. A force redirection can take place through the actuation section and the guide section.
- the direction of displacement is in particular vertical in relation to the lock case, ie oriented parallel to a lock faceplate.
- a pressure piece is arranged in the lock case, which engages behind the clutch slide from below when it is moved into the raised position, ie from below in relation to the direction of displacement oriented parallel to the lock faceplate. This allows the clutch slide to be held in the raised position.
- a first nose can be formed on the clutch slide and a second nose can be formed on the pressure piece. The two lugs can face each other and the clutch slide and the pressure piece can come into contact with each other by means of the lugs when the clutch slide is in the raised position.
- a support section can be provided adjacent to the nose of the pressure piece on the pressure piece, on which the nose of the clutch slide can rest when the clutch slide is in the lowered position and the latch is closed.
- the pressure piece is mounted in the lock case so that it can pivot about a pivot axis and is biased relative to the clutch slide by means of a spring, so that the pressure piece, when the clutch slide is moved into the raised position, comes into contact with a section (e.g. a first nose) of the clutch slide starting from a starting position (rest position) is pivoted away from the clutch slide (pivoting in a first direction of rotation), the pressure piece, after the section of the clutch slide has passed the pressure piece or a section of the pressure piece (e.g. a second nose), through the spring is pivoted back into the starting position (pivoting opposite to the first direction of rotation).
- a section e.g. a first nose
- the coupling element can be designed as a sliding block which is guided in a guide slot which is formed on one of the nut parts, in particular on the inner nut, with the sliding block in the engaged position being on the other nut part, in particular the outer nut. developed extension.
- the guide link can be formed in a nut arm that projects outwards from the nut part.
- the sliding block can be biased in the direction of the disengaged position by means of a spring, for example a compression spring.
- Figure 1 shows a lock, which in the example is designed as a mortise lock and is designated overall by the reference number 10.
- the lock 10 can be mounted on the front of a door or window sash.
- the lock 10 has a lock case 12 with a lock base 14 and a lock cover (lock cover removed and therefore not shown).
- a lock forend 16 is also attached to the lock case 12. Through openings for a latch and a bolt are formed on the lock faceplate 16 (not shown).
- 16 fastening openings can be provided on the lock faceplate, by means of which the lock 10 can be fastened to the front of a door or window sash using screws.
- the lock 10 has a lock cylinder 20, which in the example is designed as a profile cylinder.
- the lock 10 further has a latch 22 and a bolt 24, which are each displaceably mounted in the lock case 12 and can each be moved along a direction of movement 26.
- the direction of movement 26 is oriented orthogonally to the lock forend 16.
- the lock 10 has a lock nut 28 which is rotatably mounted in the lock case 12.
- the lock nut 28 has two nut parts 30, 32, one of which is nut part 30 from one side of the lock 10 (inside; cf. Figure 1 ) and the other nut part 32 from the other side of the lock 10 (outside; cf. Figure 2 ) can be operated.
- the nut part 30 can be referred to as an inner nut and the nut part 32 as an outer nut.
- Both nut parts 30, 32 have an internal square 34, 36 for receiving an (outer) square of a pusher (not shown).
- the nut part 30 has a nut arm 38 (cf. Fig.1 ), which is coupled to the trap 22.
- the nut arm 38 engages behind the latch 22 on a latch tail 40 in order to be able to pull the latch 22 into the lock case 12 (cf. Fig.1 ).
- the nut parts 30, 32 are rotatable relative to one another and can be coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner by means of a coupling element 42 (cf. Fig.1 and 2 ).
- a clutch slide 44 is arranged between the lock nut 28 and the lock cylinder 20 (cf. Fig.1 ), which is mounted displaceably in the lock case 12 along a displacement direction 46 and between a lowered position relative to the lock cylinder 20 (cf. Fig.1 ) and a raised position (cf. Fig.3 ) can be moved.
- the displacement direction 46 is oriented vertically relative to the lock case 12, ie parallel to the lock faceplate 16.
- the clutch slide 44 is designed in such a way that it is activated by actuating the locking cylinder 20, in the example by actuating in the sense of closing the locking cylinder 20 back (rotation in Fig.1 and Fig.3 clockwise), can be moved into the raised position (cf. Fig.3 ), whereby the coupling element 42 is moved into an engaged position (cf. Fig.3 ), in which the two nut parts 30, 32 are coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the coupling element 42 can switch between an engaged position (cf. Fig.3 ) and a disengaged position (cf. Fig.1 and 2 ) be relocated.
- a latch 24 is provided which is displaceably mounted in the lock case 12 and can be actuated by the lock cylinder 20, with the latch 24 in a closed position (cf. Fig.1 to 3 ) and two pre-closed positions can be moved, namely into a first pre-closed position (cf. Fig.4 ) and into a second pre-closed position (cf. Fig.5 ).
- the clutch slide 44 is mounted on the latch 24 so as to be displaceable along the direction of displacement 46.
- the clutch slide 44 is not mounted displaceably directly on the lock case 12, but on the bolt 24.
- the clutch slide 44 is moved with the bolt 24 when it is moved, for example, along the direction of movement 26.
- the clutch slide 44 is designed and arranged on the latch 24 in such a way that an actuating projection 48 of the clutch slide 44 can then be actuated by the locking bit 21 of the locking cylinder 20 when the latch 24 is in the closed position (cf. Fig.3 ).
- a guide pin 50 is attached to the lock case 12, for example on the lock base 14, which, when the bolt 24 is in the closed position and the clutch slide 44 is in the raised position, is in contact with a guide curve 52 formed on the clutch slide 44 (cf . Fig.3 ).
- the guide curve 52 is designed in such a way that it moves the clutch slide 44 into the lowered position when the bolt 24 is moved from the closed position to a pre-closed position (bolt 24 is pre-closed) (cf. Fig.4 ). This disengages the coupling element 42.
- the two nut parts 30, 32 are then no longer coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner.
- an elongated hole 54 is formed in the bolt 24, through which the guide pin 50 protrudes (cf. Fig.1 ).
- a retraction lever 56 is arranged which is pivotably mounted in the lock case 12 and is coupled at one end to the bolt 24 in that it engages behind a projection 58 arranged on the bolt 24.
- the retraction lever 56 has an actuating arm 60, which is attached to the lock nut 28, namely the nut part 30 trained nut projection 29 is assigned, so that the bolt 24 can be brought from the pre-closed positions into the re-closed position by actuating the lock nut 28, namely the nut part 30. This provides a panic function.
- the clutch slide 44 is coupled to the clutch element 42 by means of a separate clutch part 62, the clutch part 42 being mounted displaceably in the lock case 12 along the displacement direction 46 (see Figure 1).
- the coupling part 62 has at one end an actuation section 64 for actuation by the clutch slide 44, namely through a contact section 45 of the clutch slide 44.
- the coupling part 62 has a guide section 66 which is angled and curved relative to the displacement direction 46 for actuating the coupling element 42.
- a pressure piece 70 is arranged in the lock case 12, which moves the clutch slide 44 when it is moved into the raised position (cf. Fig.3 ), from below, ie from below in relation to the displacement direction 46. This allows the clutch slide 44 to be held in the raised position.
- a first nose 47 is formed on the clutch slide 44 and a second nose 72 is formed on the pressure piece 70.
- the two lugs 47, 72 face each other and the clutch slide 44 and the pressure piece 70 can come into contact with one another by means of the lugs 47, 72 reach when the clutch slide 44 is in the raised position (cf. Fig.3 ).
- a support section 74 is provided on the pressure piece 70 adjacent to the nose 72, on which the nose 47 of the clutch slide 44 can rest when the clutch slide 44 is in the lowered position and the 24 latch is closed (cf. Fig.1 ).
- the pressure piece 70 is mounted in the lock case 12 so that it can pivot about a pivot axis 76 and is biased relative to the clutch slide 44 by means of a spring 78 (cf. Fig. 1 and 2 ), so that when the clutch slide 44 is moved into the raised position, the pressure piece 70 comes into contact with a portion of the clutch slide 44, namely with the first nose 47, starting from an initial position (cf. Fig.1 ) is pivoted away from the clutch slide 44 (pivoting movement in Fig.1 clockwise). The pressure piece 70 is then pivoted back into the starting position by the spring 78 after the nose 47 of the clutch slide 44 has passed the pressure piece 70 or the second nose 72 (cf. Fig.3 ). The noses 47, 72 then rest against each other.
- a spring 78 cf. Fig. 1 and 2
- the coupling element 42 is designed as a sliding block which is guided in a guide link 49 which is formed on the nut part 30, the sliding block engaging behind an extension 33 formed on the other nut part 32 in the engaged position.
- the leadership backdrop 49 is formed in a nut arm 41 which projects outwards from the nut part 30.
- the sliding block is biased in the direction of the disengaged position by means of a spring 43, for example a compression spring 43.
- the lock 10 works as follows: In the example, the lock 10 can be brought into four different operating states, which are briefly explained below.
- the access point secured with the lock 10, for example a door equipped with the lock 10 can be accessed from the inside to the outside, since by actuating the nut part 30, for example via a door handle (not shown) coupled to the nut part 30 the nut arm 38 and the trap tail 40 the trap 22 can be retracted.
- access from the outside to the inside is not possible since the coupling element or the sliding block 42 is in the disengaged position and the extension 33 on the nut part 32 is idling, ie at When the nut part 32 is actuated, for example by a door handle coupled to it (not shown), the nut part 30 is not moved.
- the trap 22 is therefore not activated. Access from outside would then only be possible by operating the lock cylinder 20 using a key.
- This operating state can correspond, for example, to an "after-work position" in which people can leave the access point from the inside to the outside, but can no longer enter from the outside to the inside.
- the access point secured with the lock 10 for example a door equipped with the lock 10 can be accessed in both directions, ie from the inside to the outside and also from the outside to the inside. Since the nut parts 30, 32 are coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner, actuation on both sides of the lock 10 results in the latch 22 being retracted and thus the access point being opened.
- This operating state can correspond, for example, to a "day position" in which people should be able to pass through the access point in both directions.
- the clutch slide 44 is in the lowered position.
- the coupling element or the sliding block 42 is therefore in the disengaged position.
- the nut parts 30, 32 are not coupled in a rotationally fixed manner. The switching function is therefore not activated.

Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schloss mit Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1.The present invention relates to a lock with features of the preamble of claim 1.
A lock of the type mentioned at the beginning is sold by the applicant under the model name B-2320. This lock has a switching function ("B function") with which access can be controlled from outside by pressing the handle. If the switching function is deactivated, the locking point equipped with this lock can be accessed from the inside to the outside by pressing a handle. There is a pusher on the outside when the clutch is disengaged ("idle"), no access is possible from the outside by pressing the handle and, for example, a key operation of the lock is required. If the switching function is activated, access is also possible from the outside by operating the handle, as the handle is in the engaged state. The B function is activated or deactivated on the B-2320 lock by turning the key on the lock cylinder. Locking of the lock is limited to a pre-locked position. There is therefore a need for optimization.
The invention is based on the object of providing a lock that is easy to operate and can be used flexibly and with a high level of security using simple structural means.
The lock has a lock case, a lock cylinder, a latch and a lock nut rotatably mounted in the lock case. The lock nut has two nut parts, one of which can be actuated from one side of the lock (e.g. an inside) and the other nut part from the other side of the lock (e.g. an outside). The nut parts are rotatable relative to one another and can be coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner by means of a coupling element. A clutch slide is arranged between the lock nut and the lock cylinder and runs along the lock case is displaceably mounted in a displacement direction and can be displaced between a lowered position relative to the locking cylinder and a raised position. The direction of displacement is in particular vertical in relation to the lock case, ie oriented parallel to a lock faceplate. The clutch slide is designed in such a way that it can be moved into the raised position by actuating the locking cylinder, in particular by actuating in the sense of closing the locking cylinder back, whereby the coupling element is brought into a engaged position in which the two nut parts are coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner.
This means that the switching function (“B function”) can be activated by specifically actuating the clutch slide using the locking cylinder. It is therefore not necessary to operate a latch, so that activating the switching function does not affect the latch. This promotes flexible use and a high level of security for the lock, as the functions of the bolt can be designed independently of a switching function.
The lock nut (“trigger nut”) is used to operate the latch. Each nut part can have an internal square to accommodate an (external) square of a pusher. The nut parts can be an inner nut and an outer nut. The inner nut may have a nut arm coupled to the trap. For example, the nut arm can reach behind the trap on a trap tail in order to to be able to pull the latch into the lock case. The outer nut can be coupled to the inner nut in a rotationally fixed manner using the coupling element.
The lock can in particular be a mortise lock for a door leaf. The locking cylinder can in particular be a profile cylinder. The coupling element can be displaced between an engaged position and a disengaged position.
Advantageously, a latch that is slidably mounted in the lock case can be provided, which can be actuated by the lock cylinder, the latch being displaceable into a closed position (retracted into the lock case) and into a pre-locked position (extended from the lock case) or into two pre-locked positions is. Thus, a locking point, for example a door, can not only be closed using the latch, but also locked using the bolt. Two pre-locked positions or a two-turn pre-locking contribute to a high level of security due to the comparatively large protrusion of the bolt in the second pre-locked position relative to the lock faceplate. Since the bolt and clutch slide are actuated by the lock cylinder, the lock is easy to operate.
The coupling slide can expediently be mounted on the bolt so that it can move along the direction of displacement. In other words, the clutch slider is not on Lock case, for example a lock base, is mounted movably, but on the bolt. This contributes to a compact arrangement of the latch and clutch slide. By arranging it on the latch, the coupling slide moves with the latch. The bolt can be moved along a direction of movement oriented orthogonally to the lock faceplate. The clutch slide can be moved in particular parallel to the lock faceplate.
As part of a preferred embodiment, the clutch slide can be designed and/or arranged on the latch in such a way that an actuating projection of the clutch slide can then be actuated by a locking bit of the locking cylinder when the latch is in the closed position. This means that the clutch slide is actuated to activate the switching function when the bolt is in the closed position and the lock is therefore unlocked. This means that the clutch slide can be actuated in a very targeted manner without the latch being actuated.
Advantageously, a (stationary) guide pin fastened to the lock case, in particular to the lock base, can be provided, which, when the bolt is in the closed position and the clutch slide is in the raised position, with a guide curve formed on the clutch slide (e.g. a Guide bevel) in contact, which is designed in such a way that it moves the clutch slide when the bolt is moved from the closed position a pre-locked position is moved (bolt is pre-locked), moved to the lowered position. As a result, the coupling element is disengaged when the bolt is closed, i.e. it reaches the disengaged position. The two nut parts are then no longer coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner and can therefore be rotated relative to one another. An elongated hole can be formed in the bolt through which the guide pin protrudes. The guide pin can therefore also be used to guide the bolt.
A retraction lever can expediently be arranged in the lock case and is pivotably mounted, which is coupled to the bolt at one end, in particular engages behind a projection arranged on the bolt, and at the other end has an actuating arm which is assigned to a nut projection formed on the lock nut, so that the bolt passes through Actuation of the lock nut, in particular a nut part, for example the inner nut, from the pre-locked position or positions can be brought into the re-locked position. This provides a panic function, since the bolt can be brought from any pre-locked position into the re-locked position from one side of the lock, in particular from the inside, by operating the handle.
In concrete terms, the clutch slide can be coupled to the coupling element by means of a separate coupling part, the coupling part being mounted in the lock case so that it can move along the displacement direction, the coupling part having an actuation section at one end Actuation by the clutch slide, in particular by a contact section of the clutch slide, and at the other end a preferably angled and / or curved guide section relative to the direction of displacement for actuating the clutch element. This means that force can be transmitted from the clutch slide to the clutch element past other components. Actuation only occurs in defined operating states, for example when the bolt is completely closed. A force redirection can take place through the actuation section and the guide section. The direction of displacement is in particular vertical in relation to the lock case, ie oriented parallel to a lock faceplate.
Further according to the invention, a pressure piece is arranged in the lock case, which engages behind the clutch slide from below when it is moved into the raised position, ie from below in relation to the direction of displacement oriented parallel to the lock faceplate. This allows the clutch slide to be held in the raised position. A first nose can be formed on the clutch slide and a second nose can be formed on the pressure piece. The two lugs can face each other and the clutch slide and the pressure piece can come into contact with each other by means of the lugs when the clutch slide is in the raised position. Optionally, a support section can be provided adjacent to the nose of the pressure piece on the pressure piece, on which the nose of the clutch slide can rest when the clutch slide is in the lowered position and the latch is closed.
Further according to the invention, the pressure piece is mounted in the lock case so that it can pivot about a pivot axis and is biased relative to the clutch slide by means of a spring, so that the pressure piece, when the clutch slide is moved into the raised position, comes into contact with a section (e.g. a first nose) of the clutch slide starting from a starting position (rest position) is pivoted away from the clutch slide (pivoting in a first direction of rotation), the pressure piece, after the section of the clutch slide has passed the pressure piece or a section of the pressure piece (e.g. a second nose), through the spring is pivoted back into the starting position (pivoting opposite to the first direction of rotation). This is a structurally advantageous design for holding the clutch slide in the raised position.
As part of a preferred embodiment, the coupling element can be designed as a sliding block which is guided in a guide slot which is formed on one of the nut parts, in particular on the inner nut, with the sliding block in the engaged position being on the other nut part, in particular the outer nut. developed extension. This allows the two nut parts to be coupled to one another in a structurally simple manner. The guide link can be formed in a nut arm that projects outwards from the nut part.
The sliding block can be biased in the direction of the disengaged position by means of a spring, for example a compression spring.
