- the frame includes ribs connected to a nut or support integral with one end of the mast and to the strut by means of forks or ribs.
- a weather protection device is to protect from the rain but can also be used to protect from the sun.
- a sun protection device whose main function is to protect from the sun can also be used to occasionally protect from the rain.
- a protective device as described above and used in its function of protecting against bad weather necessarily proves to be wet when it is closed immediately after use in the rain, for example.
- a receiving container for example cylindrical
- Another method consists in deploying the device in a dry place (garage, covered terrace, etc.) in order to dry the canvas. It is understood that one or the other of the methods requires storing the device for a fairly long period of time and does not make transport by the user possible. of the device in the closed state due to the presence of water drops on the canvas, in a bag for example, the surrounding items then being wet.

- the present document thus relates to a deployable frame comprising one or more ribs.
- a four rib configuration allows a canvas to be deployed around one end of the mast and thus protect the user.
- This frame is advantageously portable. It could also be used as a non-mobile structure by a user moving on foot and could for example be transportable and serve as a parasol.
- the frame may include two ribs symmetrical to each other with respect to plane A or plane C ( Figure 4).
- the canvas could comprise a first free edge and a second free edge which could be connected to one or more vertical structural elements, such as a vertical plane, for example a wall, the mast being able to be oriented vertically and arranged in the vicinity or at a distance from said vertical elements.
- the plane A or C can be oriented vertically and be perpendicular to a vertical plane passing through the vertical elements.
- the deployment of the two ribs can thus lead to the two ribs moving away from the vertical structural elements, the canvas being thus stretched angularly from a first vertical element, a first rib, a second rib to the second vertical element.
- the canvas has the shape of half of a canvas of Figure 1.
- Such a deployable structure could be used at a terrace of a drinking establishment, for example, for tables. arranged next to a wall.
- the canvas can be made of an elastically deformable material such that the canvas is slightly or slightly stretched when the frame is in its first closed position.
- FIGS. 14 to 17 illustrate a sealed box 62 housing the frame 12 previously described but which could accommodate a different frame and not described in this document so that the description of the sealed box 62 can be or not combined with the characteristics of the frame 12. This is evident from the disclosure made in the section “Presentation of the invention”.
- the box 62 shown in Figures 14 to 17 thus comprises a handle element 64 and a case 66 which differ from those described above in that the sealed fixing of these two parts is made differently. However, the dimensional description characteristics (length, width, and thickness) carried out previously and the resulting consequences are applicable to this case.
- This box 62 is suitable for receiving any type of frame and in particular that 12 described above.
- the case 66 comprises a so-called fixed part 68 as well as a first movable member 70a and a second movable member 70b which are movable between a first sealed locking position of the handle element 64 with the case 66 and a second unlocking position allowing disengagement of the handle element 64 from the case 66.
- the first movable member 70a and the second movable member 70b are symmetrical to each other with respect to a plane containing the axis longitudinal of the mast 18.
- the fixed part 68 of the case 66 comprises a first wall 68a and a second wall 68b extending in the direction of the length 11 and the thickness I3 as well as a third 68c and a fourth wall 68d extending in the direction of the width I2 and the length 11 or height.
- the first wall 68a and the second wall 68b are parallel to each other.
- These walls 68a, 68b, 68c, 68d are connected to each other by a bottom wall 68e or upper wall.
- the handle member 64 comprises a first wall 64a and a second wall 64b extending lengthwise 11 and thickness I3 as well as a third 64c and a fourth wall 64d extending in the direction of. the width I2 and the length 11 or height.
- the first wall 64a and the second wall 64b are parallel to each other.
- These walls 64a, 64b, 64c, 64d are connected to each other by a bottom wall 64e or upper wall.
- One or more sealing pieces such as gaskets may be interposed between the case 66 and the handle member 64 but are not shown.
- the walls of each pair of third walls 66c, 64c of case 66 and handle element 64 and of fourth walls 66d, 64d of case 66 and handle element 64 are aligned together in the longitudinal direction and provided to be placed end to end as can be seen in FIG. 14 in particular.
- Each movable member 70a comprises a first web 72a and a second web 72b connected to each other by a wall element 74 ( Figures 15 and 16A).
- This wall element 74 can be shaped to be substantially aligned with the first wall 66a for the first movable member 70a and with the second wall 66b for the second movable member 70b.
- the description given with reference to a movable member is also valid for the other of the movable members.
- guide means are provided on the protection device.
- each web 72a, 72b comprises a housing 76 comprising a first curved portion 76a, that is to say extending along an arc of a circle, which is connected at one end to a portion 76b oriented along the longitudinal axis.
- This housing 76 is here more particularly a light, that is to say a housing passing through the veil 72a, 72b. It is understood that a blind housing, that is to say a groove, could perform the same guiding function. However, the lumen allows each guide rod to be attached to the third wall and the fourth wall of the case as shown in the figures.
- a lower rod or second rod 78 is engaged at one end in the housing 76 of the first web 72a and for the other opposite end in the housing 76 of the second web 72b.
- This second rod 78 or lower rod is fixed to the third 66c and fourth 66d walls of the case 66.
