Description

DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
TITRE : Boitier pour dispositif de protection contre les intempéries et/ou le soleil Domaine technique de l’invention TITLE: Housing for protection device against bad weather and / or the sun Technical field of the invention
The field is that of weather and / or sun protection devices.
Etat de la technique antérieure State of the prior art
Conventionally, a device for protection against bad weather and / or the sun such as an umbrella, a parasol or a parasol comprises a frame comprising a mast which may or may not be telescopic on which is slidably mounted a slide which can move between a first closed position of the device and an open position of the device. The frame includes ribs connected to a nut or support integral with one end of the mast and to the strut by means of forks or ribs.
In one embodiment, it has been proposed to fix the ends of the ribs to a circumferential wire integral with the nut. The ends of the forks opposite to those connected to the ribs are connected to the runner via another circumferential wire secured to the runner. The deployment of the frame is achieved by sliding the flow which induces a deployment of the ribs. The angular spacing of the ribs is obtained by tensioning the protective fabric attached to the ribs and by the wire connection of the ribs and forks which allow the ribs to be angulated with respect to each other. If this type of system can be very compact in the closed position, in practice it turns out to be very fragile to use because of the not very rigid connections, on the one hand, the forks in the flow and, on the other hand, the whales in the nut. .
It should be noted that the main function of a weather protection device is to protect from the rain but can also be used to protect from the sun. Also a sun protection device whose main function is to protect from the sun can also be used to occasionally protect from the rain.
Also, a protective device as described above and used in its function of protecting against bad weather, necessarily proves to be wet when it is closed immediately after use in the rain, for example. Thus, when the user arrives at a given place (restaurant, work, etc.) it is known to place the device in a receiving container, for example cylindrical, allowing the water to flow downwards to allow the fabric of the device to dry. Another method consists in deploying the device in a dry place (garage, covered terrace, etc.) in order to dry the canvas. It is understood that one or the other of the methods requires storing the device for a fairly long period of time and does not make transport by the user possible. of the device in the closed state due to the presence of water drops on the canvas, in a bag for example, the surrounding items then being wet.
The invention aims to remedy all or part of the aforementioned problems and drawbacks in a simple and reliable manner.
Présentation de l’invention Presentation of the invention
Thus, the present document relates to a deployable frame, in particular for a device for protection against bad weather and / or the sun, comprising: a mast with a longitudinal axis on which a sliding element is mounted to slide between a first closed position of the frame and a second open position of the frame; at least one rib connected by a fork to the strut, the rib comprising one end connected to a nut carried by one end of the mast, characterized in that: the rib comprises a first segment formed of a first part and of a second part movable relative to each other around the axis of extension of said first segment, the first part of the first segment of the whale is connected to the nut by a pivot connection about an axis which is perpendicular to a plane inclined obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the mast so that in the first closed position of the frame the first segment of the rib extends along the mast and so that in the second position d opening of the frame the first segment of the whale is moved away from the mast.
According to the proposed configuration, during the deployment of the frame, the first segment articulated by a pivot connection on the nut can thus move away from the mast by pivoting about an oblique axis while the second part of said segment can move away. mast while performing a rotational movement around the axis of extension of the first segment. Thus, the attachment of a protective canvas can be attached to the second part of the first segment and the canvas does not undergo rotational movement around the axis of the segment. Furthermore, the mechanical connection of the first segment to the nut makes it possible to guarantee an increased rigidity of the connection of the rib to the nut compared to the prior art while ensuring a separation of the rib from the mast when the frame is in its second. open position.
According to another characteristic, a first end of the fork can be connected to the slide by a ball joint. It could also be connected to the mast via a circumferential wire secured to the runner.
The ball joint may comprise a spherical part carried by the first end of the fork and housed in a cavity of complementary shape of the slide. The reverse would be also possible, namely a cavity carried by the first end of the fork and a spherical part carried by sliding.
A second end of the fork can be connected by a pivot link to the second part of the first segment of the whale. In combination with the ball joint of the first end of the fork, this configuration confers further increased rigidity of the whale / fork assembly due to the absence of circumferential play, that is to say around the axis. of the mast, from the first end of the rib with the sinking.
Also, elastic means can be configured to exert a force tending to deploy the frame when the latter is in its first position. They may in particular include an elastic member interposed between the first segment and the mast when the frame is in its first closed position.
The resilient member may include a tongue carried by the fork and elastically constrained between the fork and the mast when the frame is in its first position. In this way, the tongue exerts a force tending to deploy the frame, making it possible to facilitate the initial movement of deployment of the frame by performing an automatic pre-deployment thereof.
Figure imgf000005_0001
In one embodiment of a rib for a deployable frame such as that described in the present document but which can also be used in other deployable frames not having the aforementioned specificities, each rib can comprise n segments S arranged one at the end others from the first segment Si to an n-th end segment S n , and in which: for all ke [2, n - 1] o the k-th segment S k is linked to the segment

by a pivot axis P Sk-1 / s k and is connected to the segment S k + 1 by a pivot axis P Sk / s k + 1 , where a rod T k is associated with the segment S k and is connected by a pivot axis P Tk / Sk-1 and by a pivot axis P Tk / Sk + 1 , respectively, to the segment S kt and to the segment
S k + 1 so that each segment S k together with a rod T k forms a deformable parallelogram.
Each k-th rod T k can include a bulge R Tk for receiving the pivot axis P Tk + 1 / s k and the pivot axis P Sk / s k + 1 , when the reinforcement is in its first position . Each k-th segment S k comprises a bulge R Sk for receiving the pivot axis P Tfc / Sfc i , when the reinforcement is in its first position. These bulges make it possible to obtain an increased compactness of the whale when the frame is in its first position, that is to say when the segments of the whale are folded over one on the other. The pivot axes P Tk / s k®> p s k / s and Pr / s kk can be positioned relative to each other so that said pivot axes are substantially aligned when the reinforcement is in its first position, the pivot axis Ps fc / s fc-1 being positioned between the pivot axis P Tk / Sk-1 and the pivot axis P Tk-l / Sk -
The frame may include a first rod Ti pivotally connected to the fork and pivotally to the second segment S2 by a pivot axis P Tl / s 2 -
Ladite première tige T1 peut comprendre un renflement Ri de réception de l’axe pivot PSl/s2 et de l’axe pivot PT2/s1-Said first rod T 1 may comprise a bulge Ri for receiving the pivot axis P Sl / s 2 and the pivot axis P T2 / s 1 -
Thus, the present document also relates to a whale as such, this whale possibly comprising a first monobloc segment, that is to say not comprising a first part and a second rotating part relative to one another.
In a more particular configuration, the frame may comprise a first rib and a second rib of the type mentioned above in one of the preceding claims, the first rib being symmetrical with the second rib with respect to a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the mast. and passing between the first whale and the second whale.
The axis of the pivot link of the first rib and the axis of the pivot link of the second rib may be contained in the same plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast.
Likewise, the frame may comprise a third rib and a fourth rib of the type mentioned above in one of the preceding claims, the third rib being symmetrical with the fourth rib with respect to a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the mast and passing between the third whale and the fourth whale.
The axis of the pivot link of the third rib and the axis of the pivot link of the fourth rib may be contained in the same plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast.
The first rib may be symmetrical to the third rib with respect to a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the mast and passing between the first rib and the third rib. The second rib may be symmetrical to the fourth rib with respect to a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the mast and passing between the second rib and the fourth rib.
The mast may have a generally oblong cross section comprising two surfaces facing each other and connected to each other by two rounded surfaces.
More particularly, the mast may have two flat surfaces substantially parallel to each other and to the longitudinal axis, said two flat surfaces being connected to each other by joint portions which can be half-joints. straight circular cylinders with generators parallel to the axis of the mast. Obviously, this shape is a particular shape falling within the definition of a general oblong shape within the meaning of the present disclosure. Thus, one and / or the other of the plane surfaces could be replaced by a surface not planes and the half-cylinders could have rounded non-spherical shapes. For example, one of the four aforementioned surfaces could have a groove from one end of the mast to the other to facilitate the sliding cooperation of unit elements forming a telescopic mast.
The axis of the pivot link of the first rib and the pivot link of the second rib can be arranged in the vicinity of one of the two rounded surfaces. In this configuration, the first rib and the second rib are thus arranged side by side when the frame is in its first closed position. It would also be possible to have the pivot link axis of the third rib and the pivot link axis of the fourth rib arranged adjacent to the other of the two rounded surfaces. In this way, the third rib and the fourth rib are arranged side by side when the frame is in its first closed position. It will be understood that the frame offers, seen from above, that is to say along the axis of the mast and from the nut, thus a generally substantially rectangular shape when it is in its second position, each rib being arranged in the angles of said rectangular shape.
This document also relates to a device for protection against bad weather and / or the sun comprising at least one frame according to one of the preceding claims, and a protective fabric fixed to said frame so as to be put under tension when said frame is brought to its second position.
A handle element can be mounted at an end of the mast opposite to that receiving the nut.
The device may include a case adapted to be mounted around the frame when the latter is in its first closed position, the case sealingly cooperating with the handle element so as to form a sealed housing.
As will be understood, the present disclosure of the frame can be used, in particular in a device for protecting against bad weather such as rain or else in a device for protecting against the sun such as an umbrella, which are transportable or portable devices. It is also applicable to non-transportable devices which would use the same operating principle.
The present disclosure therefore also applies to protection devices comprising a single whale or only two or even three whales.

Description détaillée de l’invention Detailed description of the invention
FIG. 1A shows a device 10 for protecting against bad weather and / or the sun comprising a deployable frame 12 on which is fixed a protective canvas 14 and a handle element 16 which is fixed to one end of a mast 18 of the frame 12. FIG. 1B illustrates an assembly 20 comprising a device 10 and a case 22 in which the frame and the
RECTIFIED SHEET (RULE 91) ISA / EP canvas 14 are intended to be housed. The handle element 16 comprises a free edge 24 applied to and sealingly cooperating with a free edge 26 (FIG. 1B) of the case 22 by means of an annular seal 28 (FIG. 3). The handle element 16 comprises lateral tabs 30 intended to hook onto complementary parts of the case 22 in order to ensure that the case 22 is held on the handle element 16 (FIGS. 1B and 2 ). Thus, when the frame 12 and the canvas 14 are housed in the case 22 and the case 22 performs a sealing function with the handle element 16, the assembly 20 (Figure 1B) thus formed can be placed in a bag, an inside pocket of a jacket or a trouser pocket, without the residual drops present on the canvas 14 coming out and wetting the objects in contact with the assembly 20.
It is observed that the case 22 as well as the handle element 16 have a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a length or height 11, a width I2 and a thickness I3. The length 11 is greater than the width which is itself greater than the thickness I3. It will be understood later that the proposed shape of the housing formed by the case 22 and the handle element 16 is allowed by the use of a specific kinematics of deployment / closing of the ribs Bi, B 2 , B 3 , B 4 ( FIG. 2) and by a relative arrangement of the ribs B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 with respect to each other, allowing increased compactness of the device 10 in the closed position compared to the devices of the state of the art.
FIG. 2 represents the frame 12 as well as the handle element 16, the case 22 and the canvas 14 not being shown in order to view the frame 12 of the device 10 in its first closed position. The frame 12, according to the present disclosure, therefore comprises a mast 18 which is here telescopic but which could also not be telescopic so that the present disclosure also relates to non-telescopic masts. The telescopic mast 18 thus comprises five portions 18 1 , 18 2 , 18 3 , I8 4 I8 5 of tubes engaged in one another. The mast 18 has a transverse section, that is to say in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18, of generally oblong shape.
A sliding 32 is mounted around the mast 18 and configured to slide along the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18 between the first closed position of the frame 12 (Figures 2 and 3) and a second open or closed position. deployment of the frame 12 (Figures 9 to 11). As can be seen in Figures 2 to 10, the frame 12 comprises four ribs denoted Bi, B 2 , B 3 , B 4 . Each rib B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 is associated and connected to a fork F which is connected to the flow. Furthermore, each rib B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 is connected to a nut 34 or support integral with the end of the mast 18 which is opposite to that carrying the handle element 16. The mast 18 is telescopic. , the nut 34 is secured to one end of the tube portion I8 5 which is located radially innermost relative to the other tube portions (Figures 2, 5 and 8). It is observed that the nut 34 comprises an upper base 36 connected to a portion of tube 38 which is also oblong in shape and which surrounds (but this could be the reverse) and is fixed to the end of the portion of tube 18s.
As can be seen each whale Bi, B2, B3, B4 comprises n segments S arranged one after the other from a first segment Si to an n-th segment S ( figures 9 and 12). The first segment Si of each rib Bi, B2, B3, B4 is formed of a first part 40 and a second part 42 movable with respect to each other around the axis of extension of said first segment Si ( Figures 5, 6, 8 and 10). The structure of each whale Bi, B2, B3, B4 will be described in more detail later, with reference to Figures 12 and 13.
As can be seen in Figures 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11, one end of the first part 40 of the first segment Si of each rib Bi, B2, B3, B4 is connected by a pivot connection about an axis P Bl , P B2 , P Bs and P Bi which is each perpendicular to a plane inclined obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18. The other end of the first part is engaged in one end of the second part and the first part and the second part are adapted to rotate with respect to each other about the axis of extension of the segment Si. The term “pivot axis” or “axis” in relation to a pivot connection is also intended the material element serving as a pivot which is centered on the immaterial axis as well as the material axis or rod as such. The first part 40 of the first segment Si, and also the segment Si as such of the rib Bi, are articulated in rotation on the nut about a pivot axis P Bi perpendicular to a plane Pi inclined obliquely with respect to the 'longitudinal axis L of the mast 18. The first part 40 of the first segment Si, and also the segment Si of the rib B2, are articulated in rotation on the nut about a pivot axis P Bz perpendicular to a plane P2 inclined obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18. The first part 40 of the first segment Si, and also the segment Si as such of the rib B3, are articulated in rotation on the nut about a pivot axis P Bs perpendicular to a plane inclined obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18. The first part 40 of the first segment Si, and also the segment Si as such of the rib B4, are articulated in rotation on the nut 34 around a pivot axis (not shown) perpendicular to an inclined plane obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18. More particularly, it is observed that the first rib B1 in FIG. 4) is symmetrical with the second rib B2 with respect to a plane A containing the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18 and passing between the first rib B1 and the second rib B2. Also, the axis P Bl of the pivot connection of the first rib B1 and the axis P B2 of the pivot connection of the second rib B2 are contained in the same plane B parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast 18. The third rib B3 is symmetrical with the fourth rib B4 with respect to a plane C containing the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18 and passing between the third rib B3 and the fourth rib B4. Also, the axis P Bs of the pivot connection of the third rib B3 and the axis P B of the pivot connection of the fourth rib B4 are contained in the same plane D parallel to the longitudinal axis L of the mast. Thus, the plane B and the plane D are parallel to each other. Also, the first rib Bi is symmetrical with the third rib B 3 with respect to a plane E containing the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18 and passing between the first rib B 1 and the third rib B 3 . The second rib B 2 is symmetrical with the fourth rib B 4 with respect to a plane F containing the longitudinal axis L of the mast 18 and passing between the second rib B 2 and the fourth rib B 4 . Due to the aforementioned symmetries, the plane A and the plane C are the same and it is the same for the planes E and F.
FIG. 6 being a side view of ribs B 1 and B 2 only, and in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the mast, it is understood that the oblique planes Pi and P 2 are perpendicular to the plane of the page.

In an exemplary embodiment, the axes P B1 and P B2 form an angle of approximately 45 ° with the plane A (FIG. 6). Likewise, the axes P Bs
Figure imgf000013_0001
form an angle of approximately 45 ° with the plane C (figures 4 to 6).
The mast 18 has a transverse section of generally oblong shape comprising two flat surfaces 44 part A of FIG. 4 facing each other and connected to one another by two rounded surfaces 46. The axis of the pivot connection of the first rib B 1 and the pivot link axis of the second rib B 2 are in the vicinity of one of the two rounded surfaces 46. In this configuration, the first rib B 1 and the second rib B 2 are thus arranged side by side when the frame 12 is in its first closed position. The axis of the pivot connection of the third rib and the pivot connection axis of the fourth rib B 4 are arranged in the vicinity of the other 46 of the two rounded surfaces. In this way, the third rib B 3 and the fourth rib B 4 are arranged side by side when the frame 12 is in its first closed position. It will be understood that the frame 12 offers, seen from above, that is to say along the axis L of the mast 12 and from the nut 34 (FIG. 4), thus a generally substantially rectangular shape 48 when it is in its position. second position, each rib being arranged in the corners of said rectangular shape. This positioning of the pivot axes of the ribs B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 relative to the mast makes it possible to insert the frame into a rectangular-shaped case as shown in FIG. 2. This also makes it possible to offer increased compactness. to the frame 12 in the direction of the small dimension of the oblong shape.
Each fork F comprises a first end connected to the slide 32, more particularly by a ball joint, as illustrated in Figures 8, 10 and 11 and a second end connected by a pivot connection to the second part 42 of the first segment Si of each whale B 1 . More particularly, the first end of each fork F carries a spherical part 50 engaged in a cavity of complementary shape of the slide 32. The second end of each fork F is pivotally inserted between two arms 52 of the second part 42 of the first segment Si of each whale B 1 . As can be seen, each fork F also comprises elastic means appearing, in the particular case illustrated in the figures and better visible in Figures 8, 10 and 11, in the form of an elastic tongue 54. This elastic tongue 54 is worn by the first end of the fork F and extends in the direction of the second end of the fork F so as to form an angle with the fork F. In other words, the tongue 54 moves away from the fork F going towards the second end of the fork F. Thus shaped, this tongue 54 makes it possible to exert an elastic force against the mast 18, more particularly against the portion of tube 18i of the mast 18, which makes it possible to induce a pre-deployment of the frame 12 from its first closed position thus allowing the user to more easily access the slider and to be able to manipulate it to move it from its first position to its second position.
According to the present document, the specific connection of each fork F by a pivot connection to the slide 34 and to a second part 42 of a segment Si of a whale Bi which the second segment 42 is able to pivot relative to a first segment 40 articulated on an oblique pivot axis allows the ribs Bi, B 2 , B 3 , B 4 to move away from each other from the first position (figures 4, 5 and 6) to the second position (figures 9, 10 and 11).
The slide 34 (FIG. 11) comprises a first upper annular portion 56 comprising the housing or receiving cavity of the spherical parts 50 and a lower portion 58 comprising a recess for receiving a top spring 60 for locking the slide 34 in the second. position of the frame 12.

Reference is now made to FIG. 12 which represents the rib B1 connected to the mast 18 and to the sinking according to the aforementioned means. The different parts of a whale are illustrated in figure 13, this whale being able to be indifferently the whale B1, B2, B3 or B4 Each whale comprises n segments S arranged one after the other from the first segment Si up to a n-th end segment S n , and: for all ke [2, n - 1] where the k-th segment S k is linked to the segment
Figure imgf000014_0001
by a pivot axis P Sk-1 / s k and is connected to the segment S k + 1 by a pivot axis P Sk / s k + 1 , where a rod T k is associated with the segment S k and is connected by a pivot axis P Tk / Sk-1 and by a pivot axis P Tk / Sk + 1 , respectively, to the segment S kt and to the segment
S k + 1 so that each segment S k together with a rod T k forms a deformable parallelogram.
Here, in the case shown in the figures and better visible in FIG. 13, each whale comprises 5 segments S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and it is observed that the segments S2, S3 and S4 comply with the aforementioned rule. It is observed that the rods T2, T3, T4 also comply with the aforementioned rule. Likewise, the frame comprises a first rod Ti pivotally connected to the fork by a pivot link P TF and pivotally to the second segment S2 by a pivot axis P Tl / s 2 - In order to achieve deployment and closure of each whale , the pivot axes P Tk / s k.1> p s k / s and Pr / s kk are positioned relative to each other so that said pivot axes are substantially aligned, the pivot axis P Sk / s k-1 being positioned between the pivot axis P Tk / Sk® and the pivot axis P Tk® / s k
Egalement, ladite première tige T1 comprend un renflement Ri de réception de l’axe pivot PSl/s2 et de l’axe pivot PT2/s1-In FIG. 13, it is observed that each k-th rod T k comprises a bulge R Tk for receiving the pivot axis P Tk + 1 / s k and the pivot axis P Sk / s k + 1 , when l The frame is in its first position (see also figure 3). Furthermore, each k-th segment S k comprises a bulge R Sk for receiving the pivot axis P Tk / s k®> when the reinforcement is in its first position. Also, said first rod T1 comprises a bulge Ri for receiving the pivot axis P Sl / s 2 and the pivot axis P T2 / s 1 -
The present document thus relates to a deployable frame comprising one or more ribs. Thus, a four rib configuration allows a canvas to be deployed around one end of the mast and thus protect the user. This frame is advantageously portable. It could also be used as a non-mobile structure by a user moving on foot and could for example be transportable and serve as a parasol. Also, in another embodiment, the frame may include two ribs symmetrical to each other with respect to plane A or plane C (Figure 4). In such a configuration, the canvas could comprise a first free edge and a second free edge which could be connected to one or more vertical structural elements, such as a vertical plane, for example a wall, the mast being able to be oriented vertically and arranged in the vicinity or at a distance from said vertical elements. The plane A or C can be oriented vertically and be perpendicular to a vertical plane passing through the vertical elements. The deployment of the two ribs can thus lead to the two ribs moving away from the vertical structural elements, the canvas being thus stretched angularly from a first vertical element, a first rib, a second rib to the second vertical element. In this way, one can imagine that the canvas has the shape of half of a canvas of Figure 1. Such a deployable structure could be used at a terrace of a drinking establishment, for example, for tables. arranged next to a wall.
The canvas can be made of an elastically deformable material such that the canvas is slightly or slightly stretched when the frame is in its first closed position.
Reference is now made to FIGS. 14 to 17 which illustrate a sealed box 62 housing the frame 12 previously described but which could accommodate a different frame and not described in this document so that the description of the sealed box 62 can be or not combined with the characteristics of the frame 12. This is evident from the disclosure made in the section “Presentation of the invention”.
Parts identical to those previously described will not be described again and will bear the same references without this limiting the content of the description below to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 13.
The box 62 shown in Figures 14 to 17 thus comprises a handle element 64 and a case 66 which differ from those described above in that the sealed fixing of these two parts is made differently. However, the dimensional description characteristics (length, width, and thickness) carried out previously and the resulting consequences are applicable to this case. This box 62 is suitable for receiving any type of frame and in particular that 12 described above.
The case 66 comprises a so-called fixed part 68 as well as a first movable member 70a and a second movable member 70b which are movable between a first sealed locking position of the handle element 64 with the case 66 and a second unlocking position allowing disengagement of the handle element 64 from the case 66. The first movable member 70a and the second movable member 70b are symmetrical to each other with respect to a plane containing the axis longitudinal of the mast 18. The fixed part 68 of the case 66 comprises a first wall 68a and a second wall 68b extending in the direction of the length 11 and the thickness I3 as well as a third 68c and a fourth wall 68d extending in the direction of the width I2 and the length 11 or height. The first wall 68a and the second wall 68b are parallel to each other. The same is true of the third 68c and fourth 68d walls. These walls 68a, 68b, 68c, 68d are connected to each other by a bottom wall 68e or upper wall.
The handle member 64 comprises a first wall 64a and a second wall 64b extending lengthwise 11 and thickness I3 as well as a third 64c and a fourth wall 64d extending in the direction of. the width I2 and the length 11 or height. The first wall 64a and the second wall 64b are parallel to each other. The same is true of the third 64c and fourth 64d walls. These walls 64a, 64b, 64c, 64d are connected to each other by a bottom wall 64e or upper wall.
One or more sealing pieces such as gaskets may be interposed between the case 66 and the handle member 64 but are not shown. The walls of each pair of third walls 66c, 64c of case 66 and handle element 64 and of fourth walls 66d, 64d of case 66 and handle element 64 are aligned together in the longitudinal direction and provided to be placed end to end as can be seen in FIG. 14 in particular.
Each movable member 70a comprises a first web 72a and a second web 72b connected to each other by a wall element 74 (Figures 15 and 16A). This wall element 74 can be shaped to be substantially aligned with the first wall 66a for the first movable member 70a and with the second wall 66b for the second movable member 70b. The description given with reference to a movable member is also valid for the other of the movable members. In order to provide guidance for the first 70a and second 70b movable members, guide means are provided on the protection device.
Thus, each web 72a, 72b comprises a housing 76 comprising a first curved portion 76a, that is to say extending along an arc of a circle, which is connected at one end to a portion 76b oriented along the longitudinal axis. L (Figures 15B and C). This housing 76 is here more particularly a light, that is to say a housing passing through the veil 72a, 72b. It is understood that a blind housing, that is to say a groove, could perform the same guiding function. However, the lumen allows each guide rod to be attached to the third wall and the fourth wall of the case as shown in the figures. According to the present document, a lower rod or second rod 78 is engaged at one end in the housing 76 of the first web 72a and for the other opposite end in the housing 76 of the second web 72b. This second rod 78 or lower rod is fixed to the third 66c and fourth 66d walls of the case 66. In FIG. 15C, the presence of a means 77 for fixing the lower rod 78 of the first web 72a of the first member is observed. 70a movable to the third wall 66a while this fixing means has been deleted (for ease of reading) from this figure (but exists) as regards the lower rod 78 of the first web 72a of the second movable member 70b.
The wall element of 74 each movable member 70a, 70b may comprise a first upper hook 80 able to cooperate by resilient snap-fastening with a first hook 82 of complementary shape of the fixed part 68 of the case 66 when the movable member 70a , 70b is in its first position so as to block said movable member 70a, 70b on the fixed part 68 of the case 66 in the longitudinal direction (Figures 15A, 16 and 17B). It is observed that the upper end or first end of the wall element 74 of the movable member 70a, 70b is guided to slide in the longitudinal direction L by means of an upper rod 84 or first rod whose ends are attached to the third 66c and fourth 66d walls of the fixed part 68 of the case 66 and which is engaged in a slot 86 of the first end or upper end of the wall element 74 (Figures 16a and 17B).
Furthermore, each movable member 70a, 70b comprises a second lower hook 88 formed at a second end of the wall element 74, along the longitudinal direction L. This second hook 88 is able to cooperate by elastic snap-fastening. with a second hook 90 of complementary shape to the handle element 64 when the movable member is in its first position so as to block a movement of the movable member 70a, 70b in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L. After putting the deployable frame in its first closed position, the opening of the case 66 is presented at the level of the nut 34 of the frame 12 and the frame 12 is inserted inside the case. 66 until the third walls 66a, 64a of the case 66 and the handle member 64 as well as the fourth walls 66d, 64d of the case 66 and the handle member 64 come into contact, optionally by means of one or more seals. The movable members 70a, 70b being in their second unlocking position (not shown), they are moved by pivoting around the first rods so as to come into an intermediate position in which the second rods 78 are able to slide longitudinally in the second portions 76b of the housings 76, the first rods 84 also then being allowed to slide in the slots 86 of the first ends of the wall elements 74 of the movable members 70a, 70b.
