Abstract
The invention relates to an assembled umbrella receiver, which includes a receiver and a folded umbrella. The umbrella has its handle to be engaged with the receiver for normal use. And the folded umbrella can be packaged in the receiver completely when it is not used. The receiver with smooth surface can be carried very conveniently.
Description
- It is known that to package an umbrella, when it is not in use, with a cloth receiver in order to cover the umbrella and decrease its volume. The conventional umbrella receiver is made of soft material, which is inconvenient for use and it is usually lost when it is to be needed.
- Accordingly, the present invention is to provide an assembled umbrella receiver, which can be assembled with the handle of a folded umbrella. And the receiver can package the folded umbrella therein while the umbrella is not used for easy carrying. Now, accompanying with the following drawings, the character of the present invention will be described here and after.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an assembled umbrella receiver and handle of an umbrella according to the present invention. -

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the umbrella being packaged in the receiver according to the present invention. -
FIG. 4 to 6 are plan views showing the umbrella being engaged with the receiver as in use. -
FIG. 7 to 9 are plan views showing the umbrella being packaged within the receiver. -
FIG. 10 to 12 are plan views showing different assembled method according to the present invention. - Please referring to
FIG. 1 firstly, the present invention relates to an assembled umbrella receiver, which includes a receiver (1) having two semi-shells being able to be engaged together by a hook (13) provided besides. Two ribs (11) are formed on inner side of the receiver (1) respectively and a positioning projection (12) is formed at another inner side. A folded umbrella (2) includes a handle (21), which has two grooves (23) on two respective sides and a positioning aperture (22) on another side. - In use, please referring to
FIG. 2 and 4 to 6, the receiver (1) is in opened state, the handle (21) can be engaged with the receiver (1) while the two grooves (23) aliening with two ribs (11). Then closing the shell of the receiver (1), the positioning projection (12) inserts into the positioning aperture (22). So, it provides a secure structure for convenient use of the umbrella. - When the umbrella (2) is to be packaged, it is folded firstly and inserted into the receiver (1) in reverse direction. Please referring to
FIGS. 3 and 7 to 9, the umbrella (2) can be completely packaged in the receiver (1) while two grooves (23) on the handle (21) are engaged with the two ribs (11). When the receiver (1) is closed, it has a smooth surface that can be easily carried. - As shown in
FIG. 10 to 12, since the receiver (1) is made of plastic material with elastic character, the handle (21) can be engaged with the rib (11) of the receiver (1) by direct pushing force instead of inserting slowly from top. That increases assembling convenience and ease. - Accordingly, the present invention obtains obvious improvement, which using assembling method to package a folded umbrella in a receiver completely for easy carrying and using. It should be allowed for a patent.
Claims (3)
1. An assembled umbrella receiver having a receiver and a folded umbrella, wherein the receiver having two semi-shells being able to be engaged together by a hook provided besides; two ribs being formed on inner side of the receiver respectively and a positioning projection being formed at another inner side, and the folded umbrella including a handle, which has two grooves on two respective sides and a positioning aperture on another side.
2. An assembled umbrella receiver as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the handle of the umbrella can be engaged with the receiver while the two grooves are aliened with the two ribs to obtain a firm engagement.
3. An assembled umbrella receiver as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the folded umbrella can be packaged in the receiver completely as it is inserted into the receiver in reverse direction.
