    • un dispositif de désolidarisation (3) pour des flans de couverture (102, 105), ainsi

    • un dispositif d'application (4) d'agent adhésif, placé en aval du deuxième système d'alimentation (2) de flans de couverture (102, 105) dans la deuxième direction de transport (b) des flans de couverture (102, 105),
    • un dispositif de jointage (5), placé aussi bien en aval du premier système d'alimentation (1) de pièces découpées en carton (101), qu'également du dispositif d'application (4) d'agent adhésif dans le flux de matériel,
    • un système d'évacuation (6) des pièces découpées en carton (101) recouvertes des flans de couverture (105), placé en aval du dispositif de jointage (5) dans le flux de matériel, ainsi
    • qu'un système de coupe (9), placé dans la zone du deuxième système d'alimentation (2) de flans de couverture (102, 105), avec au moins
    • une paire d'outils (10), traversant le plan de transport (B) des flans de couverture (102, 105), composée d'un cylindre de coupe (11) pourvu d'une surface d'enveloppe (23) externe et d'au moins un tranchant (24), élevé par rapport à la surface d'enveloppe (23) extérieure et d'un cylindre (12) de contre-pression rotatif, associé à l'au moins un cylindre de coupe (11), le premier axe de rotation (16) du cylindre de coupe (11) et le deuxième axe de rotation (17) du cylindre (12) de contre-pression de la même au moins une paire d'outils (10) étant placés sensiblement à la parallèle l'un de l'autre et ensemble, sensiblement à la transversale de la deuxième direction de transport (b) des flans de couverture (102, 105),
    caractérisé en ce que le système de coupe comprend par ailleurs :
    • un porte-outil avec au moins un palier de support (13), dans lequel sont réceptionnés le cylindre de coupe (11) et le cylindre (12) de contre-pression de la même au moins une paire d'outils (10),
    • une liaison d'entraînement (14) du cylindre (12) de contre-pression avec le cylindre de coupe (11) de la même au moins une paire d'outils (10),
    • un entraxe (a, aa, ai) variable du premier axe de rotation (16) du cylindre de coupe (11) par rapport au deuxième axe de rotation (17) du cylindre (12) de contre-pression de la même paire d'outils (10),
    • deux douilles (18) du porte-outil, dotées chacune d'un perçage (28), dans lequel est réceptionné soit l'au moins un cylindre de coupe (11) ou l'au moins un cylindre (12) de contre-pression, et d'au moins une autre surface d'enveloppe (29), ainsi
    • qu'un logement unilatéral des cylindres (11, 12) dans le palier de support (13) de l'au moins une paire d'outils (10), les au moins deux douilles (18) du même outil (11, 12) étant placées sur le même côté dudit outil (11, 12),
    • chaque fois le perçage (28) de la douille (18) étant placé de manière excentrique par rapport à l'au moins une autre surface d'enveloppe (29) de ladite douille (18),
    • les au moins deux douilles (18) étant chacune logée en rotation avec son au moins une autre surface d'enveloppe (29) dans l'au moins un palier de support (13), de telle sorte que chaque fois une modification de la position en rotation de la douille (18) provoque une variation de la position de l'axe de rotation (16, 17) du cylindre de coupe (11) ou cylindre (12) de contre-pression, réceptionné dans la douille (18),
    • les au moins deux douilles (18) associées au même cylindre (11, 12) d'une paire d'outils (10) présentant l'une par rapport à l'autre un écart dans la direction axiale et
    • au moins un élément d'entraînement (15) de la liaison d'entraînement (14) du cylindre (12) de contre-pression étant placé avec le cylindre de coupe (11) de la même au moins une paire d'outils (10) entre les au moins deux douilles (18) associées à ladite paire d'outils (10).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par au moins système d'approche (19), relié de manière active en rotation avec au moins l'une des deux douilles (18).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par au moins un élément d'affichage (21) de l'au moins un système d'approche (19), lequel met à disposition au moins une information, susceptible d'être interprétée comme étant l'écart (a, aa, ai) entre les axes de rotation (16, 17) du cylindre de coupe (11) et du cylindre (12) de contre-pression, associé à celui-ci dans un plan (C) déterminé par la douille (18) associée au système d'approche (19) z.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par au moins un mécanisme à vis (20) de l'au moins un système d'approche (19), agissant sur la douille (18) respectivement associée.
  5. Dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par au moins un entraînement (22), susceptible d'être commandé de l'au moins un système d'approche (19) et par au moins une connexion de données entre l'au moins un entraînement (22) susceptible d'être commandé et l'au moins un système de commande (25) du dispositif.
  6. Dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les positions en rotation des au moins deux douilles (18) du même outil (11, 12) sont réglables individuellement.
  7. Dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un entraxe (ai) interne des cylindres (11, 12) de l'au moins une paire d'outils (10) et un entraxe (aa) externe des cylindres (11, 12) de ladite paire d'outils (10), en position non contrainte de la paire d'outils (10), l'entraxe (ai) interne étant légèrement inférieur à entraxe (aa) externe de ladite paire d'outils (10).
  8. Dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins un capteur (33) de l'au moins un système de coupe (9), lequel détecte une valeur susceptible d'être interprétée comme étant une force agissant en direction radiale sur au moins un outil de coupe (11, 12) et par au moins une connexion de données entre le capteur (33) et le système de commande (25) du dispositif.
  9. Dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un palier de support (13) est positionnable avec l'au moins une paire d'outils (10) sensiblement à la transversale de la direction d'avance (b) des flans de couverture (102, 105).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par au moins une position de maintenance (31) de l'au moins une paire d'outils (10) située à l'extérieur du trajet de transport des flans de couverture (102, 105), de telle sorte que l'au moins une paire d'outils (10) positionnée dans sa position de maintenance (31) n'ait aucun effet sur un flan de couverture (102, 105) déplacé à travers le système de coupe (9).
