Claims (10)

  1. Eine Niedertemperatur-Kühlvorrichtung, das heißt bei einer Temperatur zwischen minus 100 Grad Celsius und minus 273 Grad Celsius, wobei die Vorrichtung in einem Rahmen (100) angeordnet ist und einen Arbeitskreislauf (10) umfasst, der eine Schleife bildet und ein Arbeitsfluid enthält, wobei der Arbeitskreislauf (10) einen Zyklus bildet, der in Reihe umfasst: einen Mechanismus (2, 3) zum Verdichten des Arbeitsfluids, einen Mechanismus (4, 5, 6) zum Kühlen des Arbeitsfluids, einen Mechanismus (7) zum Entspannen des Arbeitsfluids und einen Mechanismus (6, 8) zum Wiedererwärmen des Arbeitsfluids, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) einen Kühlwärmetauscher (8) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, Wärme von mindestens einem Organ (125) durch Wärmeaustausch mit dem im Arbeitskreislauf (10) zirkulierenden Arbeitsfluid zu entziehen, wobei die Mechanismen zum Kühlen und Wiedererwärmen des Arbeitsfluids einen gemeinsamen Wärmetauscher (6) umfassen, in dem das Arbeitsfluid im Gegenstrom in zwei getrennten Transitabschnitten des Arbeitskreislaufs (10) fließt, je nachdem, ob es gekühlt oder wiedererwärmt wird, wobei der Verdichtungsmechanismus mindestens zwei Verdichter (2, 3) und mindestens einen Motor (14, 15) zum Antreiben des Verdichters (2, 3) umfasst, der Mechanismus zur Entspannung des Arbeitsfluids mindestens eine rotierende Turbine (7) umfasst, die Vorrichtung mindestens einen Antriebsmotor (14, 15) umfasst, der eine Antriebswelle umfasst, deren eines Ende mindestens einen Verdichter (2) antreibt und deren anderes Ende mit einer Turbine (7) gekoppelt ist, wobei der genannte Motor (14) am Rahmen (100) an mindestens einem festen Punkt (104) befestigt ist, der gemeinsame Wärmetauscher (6) am Rahmen (100) an mindestens einem festen Punkt (106) befestigt ist, die beiden Gegenstrom-Transitabschnitte des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) entlang einer Längsrichtung (A) des Rahmens (100) ausgerichtet sind, die Antriebswelle des genannten Motors (14, 15) entlang einer Richtung parallel oder im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsrichtung (A) ausgerichtet ist, die Turbine (7) und der Verdichter (2) relativ längs so angeordnet sind, dass die Turbine (7) längs auf der Seite angeordnet ist, die dem relativ kalten Ende des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) entspricht, wenn die Vorrichtung in Betrieb ist, und der Verdichter (2) längs auf der Seite angeordnet ist, die dem relativ warmen Ende des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) entspricht, wenn die Vorrichtung in Betrieb ist, und die Verbindung des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) mit dem festen Punkt des Rahmens (100) sich an einer Längsposition des Wärmetauschers (6) befindet, die zwischen seinen relativ warmen und kalten Enden liegt, wenn die Vorrichtung in Betrieb ist, und insbesondere auf Höhe des Abschnitts des Wärmetauschers (6), der das kalte Ende des Wärmetauschers (6), das sich zusammenziehen kann, und das warme Ende des Wärmetauschers (6), das sich ausdehnen kann, trennt.
  2. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die Vorrichtung in Betrieb ist, die Temperatur des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) längs zwischen einem kalten Ende und einem warmen Ende variiert, wobei das kalte Ende, insbesondere bei einer Temperatur in der Größenordnung von 100 K, das relativ kalte Arbeitsfluid aus dem Entspannungsmechanismus (7) zu dessen Wiedererwärmung aufnimmt und das gekühlte Arbeitsfluid vor seinem Eintritt in den Entspannungsmechanismus (7) abführt, das warme Ende, insbesondere bei einer Temperatur in der Größenordnung von 300 K, das warme Arbeitsfluid aus dem Verdichtungsmechanismus aufnimmt und das wiedererwärmte Arbeitsfluid vor seinem Eintritt in den Verdichtungsmechanismus abführt, und dass die Verbindung des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) mit dem festen Punkt (106) des Rahmens (100) sich an einer zwischenliegenden Längsposition des Wärmetauschers (6) zwischen seinem kalten und warmen Ende befindet, insbesondere auf Höhe einer Zone mit einer Betriebstemperatur zwischen 200 und 270 K, insbesondere 250 K.
  3. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die festen Punkte (104, 106) zur Befestigung jeweils des Motors (14) und des gemeinsamen Wärmetauschers (6) am Rahmen (100) entlang der Längsrichtung (A) um einen Abstand von weniger als 100 cm, insbesondere weniger als 50 cm, beabstandet sind und vorzugsweise auf gleicher Höhe entlang der Längsrichtung (A) des Rahmens liegen.
  4. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus (4, 5, 6) zum Kühlen des Arbeitsfluids zwei Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) umfasst, die jeweils am Ausgang der beiden Verdichter (2, 3) angeordnet sind und einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Arbeitsfluid und einem Kühlfluid gewährleisten, wobei der Rahmen (100) eine untere Basis (101) umfasst, die zur Befestigung an einem Träger bestimmt ist, wobei die beiden Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) im Rahmen (100) neben dem gemeinsamen Wärmetauscher (6) in einer zur Längsachse (A) transversalen Richtung angeordnet sind, d.h. dass die Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) nicht zwischen dem gemeinsamen Wärmetauscher (6) und der unteren Basis (101) des Rahmens (100) angeordnet sind.
  5. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) jeweils eine längliche Form haben, die sich entlang jeweiliger Längsrichtungen erstreckt, die parallel zur Längsachse (A) sind.
  6. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) übereinander angeordnet sind.
  7. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) einen Einlass für zu kühlendes Arbeitsgas und einen Auslass für gekühltes Arbeitsgas umfasst, die jeweils an zwei Längsenden angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) einen Einlass (24, 25) für Kühlfluid und einen Auslass (34, 35) für Kühlfluid umfasst, wobei die beiden Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) umgekehrt angeordnet sind, d.h. dass die jeweiligen Längsrichtungen der beiden Wärmetauscher (4, 5) parallel oder im Wesentlichen parallel sind und die Zirkulationsrichtungen des Arbeitsfluids in den genannten Wärmetauschern (4, 5) entgegengesetzt sind.
  8. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslass (34, 35) für Kühlfluid eines der beiden Wärmetauscher (4, 5) mit dem Einlass (25, 24) für Kühlfluid des anderen Wärmetauschers (5) verbunden ist, so dass ein Strom von Kühlfluid, der in einem (5, 4) der Kühlwärmetauscher fließt, bereits im anderen Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) zirkuliert hat.
  9. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kühlwärmetauscher (4, 5) benachbart angeordnet sind, d.h. um einen Abstand zwischen 0 und 500 mm, insbesondere zwischen 10 und 300 mm, beabstandet sind.
  10. Eine Kühl- und/oder Verflüssigungsanlage für einen Benutzerfluidstrom, insbesondere Erdgas, umfassend eine Kühlvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Anlage mindestens einen Behälter (16) für Benutzerfluid, eine Leitung (125) zur Zirkulation des genannten Benutzerfluidstroms im Kühlwärmetauscher (8) umfasst.
