Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mechanism for a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick stick, and a receptacle comprising such a mechanism.
  • receptacles comprising a base in which is housed a mechanism containing a product are known.
  • a closure cap hermetically closes the upper opening of the mechanism and provides protection for the product.
  • Such a cosmetic receptacle mechanism is formed by an assembly of parts of revolution in which a main body, commonly called a guide, covers a cup intended to receive a stick of lipstick.
  • the cup is set in motion relative to the guide in order to move the stick inside the body, or to take it out through the opening of the guide to make it accessible to a user who wishes to apply makeup.
  • an outer sleeve made of metallic material is mounted around the guide to which it is firmly fixed.
  • Such mechanisms have a generally large number of parts, generating a large radial thickness between the edge of the grape and the outside of the mechanism.
  • These mechanisms are moreover complex, in particular for the so-called “guided” mechanisms and used for a so-called soft grape formulation.
  • the stick needs to be in direct contact with a part of the mechanism to ensure that it is held in place and relatively smooth to prevent it from being damaged, in particular when it is moved for the application of the cosmetic product.
  • An alternative solution would consist of separating the sleeve and considering two different dies: a die specific to the treatment of the metallic material and a die specific to the treatment of the synthetic material of the rest of the mechanism. Such a solution would be expensive in terms of sorting and would require being able to separate the elements of the mechanism from each other easily.

Description

Domaine technique de l'inventionTechnical field of the invention

The invention relates to a mechanism for a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick stick, and a receptacle comprising such a mechanism.

Arrière-plan techniqueTechnical background

In the field of cosmetic products, receptacles comprising a base in which is housed a mechanism containing a product are known. A closure cap hermetically closes the upper opening of the mechanism and provides protection for the product.

Such a cosmetic receptacle mechanism is formed by an assembly of parts of revolution in which a main body, commonly called a guide, covers a cup intended to receive a stick of lipstick. The cup is set in motion relative to the guide in order to move the stick inside the body, or to take it out through the opening of the guide to make it accessible to a user who wishes to apply makeup.

In addition, to preserve aesthetics, an outer sleeve made of metallic material is mounted around the guide to which it is firmly fixed.

Such mechanisms have a generally large number of parts, generating a large radial thickness between the edge of the grape and the outside of the mechanism. These mechanisms are moreover complex, in particular for the so-called “guided” mechanisms and used for a so-called soft grape formulation. With such formulations, the stick needs to be in direct contact with a part of the mechanism to ensure that it is held in place and relatively smooth to prevent it from being damaged, in particular when it is moved for the application of the cosmetic product.

Various designs are known to simplify the number of parts of these guided mechanisms comprising at least one cup, a spiral sheath which comprises at least one helical groove on its outer face and an outer sleeve. The cup is mounted in the outer sleeve and surrounds the spiral sheath. The outer sleeve is made of a piece with the mechanism guide in its lower part. The sheath is also composed of a wheel at its lower end allowing the mechanism to be actuated by an opposing rotational movement of the wheel and of the outer sleeve. By design, these mechanisms are made largely of synthetic material with an outer metal sleeve for aesthetic reasons. However, the choice of materials determines their ability to be recycled in the dedicated recycling channel. The reuse aspect is also a major aspect, since the product is often associated as a luxury product with an important finish and a high value functional design, the interest of being able to clean and recycle the mechanism in whole or in part without damaging it is an increasingly important need.

The recycling of such a mechanism mainly made of synthetic material in combination with such a metallic outer sleeve involves pollution in the recycling sector dedicated to the synthetic material. The presence of shavings or particles of undesirable metallic materials which have not been eliminated would thus be found in the recycled plastic material, making it difficult to use such a recycled material.

An alternative solution would consist of separating the sleeve and considering two different dies: a die specific to the treatment of the metallic material and a die specific to the treatment of the synthetic material of the rest of the mechanism. Such a solution would be expensive in terms of sorting and would require being able to separate the elements of the mechanism from each other easily.

The document US 2,302,459A discloses a cosmetic carrier for lipstick and the like.

Therefore, it appears necessary to develop a mechanism for simplified cosmetic products to solve at least some of the drawbacks of the state of the art while also benefiting from a value chain at the end of the life cycle that is advantageously simple, reliable and inexpensive.

Résumé de l'inventionSummary of the invention

The present invention relates to a mechanism for a cosmetic product according to claim 1. Preferred features of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.

The present invention proposes a mechanism for a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick tube, comprising a cup configured to hold said product, said cup comprising at least one flexible tab, a sheath comprising a helical groove intended to cooperate with said cup to raise or lower the product, a guide arranged around said sheath, said guide comprising at least one vertical slide defining a stroke of displacement of the cup and cooperating with said at least one flexible tab.

According to this aspect of the invention the sheath, the cup and the guide are made from a type of metallic material.

Thus, the mechanism is a simplified mechanism with a reduced number of parts. In addition, the use of metallic material, in particular in the guided mechanisms, improves the cooling of the cosmetic product formulation after its casting as well as its appearance, making it possible in particular to reduce the duration of the manufacturing cycle.

Furthermore, since the mechanism is mainly metallic with a sheath, a cup and a guide made of metallic material, it can then be treated in a recycling sector dedicated mainly to metal. This makes it possible to reuse a material in greater quantity without additional loss or rejection for an optimized gain. This also makes it possible to clean and reuse the mechanism in whole or in part without damaging it by a high temperature cleaning process.

Description détaillée de l'inventionDetailed description of the invention

By convention, the “axial” or “longitudinal” direction corresponds to that of the main axis Y shown in the figures and the “radial” direction is orthogonal to the axial direction. In the detailed description of the figures which follows, the terms “upper” and “lower” or even “top” and “bottom” will be used in a non-limiting manner with reference to the axial direction. Similarly, the terms "outer or outer" and "inner or inner" are used with reference to the radial direction, an outer member being radially farther from the Y axis than an inner member.

In the example embodiment, the cosmetic product 11 is a lipstick stick intended to be applied by rubbing, as a variant a lip balm. The receptacle 100 comprises a cover 102 which is associated with a base 104 having a complementary shape. The receptacle 100 has a main axis Y which extends in the axial direction. In a non-limiting manner, the cover 102 and the base 104 of the receptacle 100 have a cylindrical shape of circular section.

Preferably, the cover 102 is removable, forming a completely independent part of the base 104. The cover 102 is capable of occupying, as illustrated in FIG. 1a, a closed position in which the cover is secured to the base 104. The cover is capable to occupy an open position as illustrated in the figure 1b in which the cover 102 is separated from the base 104 with a view in particular to allowing the application of the cosmetic product.

Advantageously as illustrated in Figures 1a to 1c and figure 8c , the lower part of the cover 102 cooperates in the closed position with a hoop 103 arranged on the upper part 110 of the base 104. The cover and the base are hollow parts, and the cover 102 is closed at its upper end by a wall 117 covering the top, while the base 104 is closed at its lower end by a bottom 118. Advantageously, the bottom 118 includes a central orifice 119 for the hot pouring of the cosmetic product.

The receptacle 100 is intended to receive a mechanism 10 for dispensing the cosmetic product. Advantageously, the mechanism 10 is intended to be able to be changed, in particular after the complete use of the cosmetic product, so as to be able to continue to use the receptacle with a new mechanism, said new mechanism forming a refill.

The mechanism 10 is designed to contain the cosmetic product, and drive the latter from a retracted storage position to a projecting use position, by actuation of the base 104 by a user, as will be described later. The receptacle is designed to allow a change of the mechanism after complete use of the cosmetic product to insert therein a refill which can be changed freely.

Advantageously, such a design makes it possible to retain the cover and the base of the receptacle and to use several mechanisms comprising, for example, a stick of lipstick with different shades.

The mechanism 10 comprises at least three parts with a cup 212 intended to receive at least a part of said cosmetic product 11, a guide 316 and a sheath 434 which will be detailed later with reference to the embodiments according to the invention. Preferably, sheath 434, cup 212, and guide 316 are made from some type of metallic material. The type of metallic material is chosen from aluminium, aluminum alloys and/or steel. Advantageously, the metallic material is anodized aluminum.

Preferably, the guide covers the entire sheath, preventing said sheath from being driven in rotation from one of its edges. So as illustrated in the figure 8a the mechanism can only be operated when it is housed in a specific base having a corresponding association configuration. For this, the mechanism comprises at least one identification pattern configured to cooperate with an identification means of the base so as to authorize the assembly of the mechanism on the base and allow entry and/or exit of the cosmetic product.

Thus, the mechanism for entering and/or exiting the cosmetic product can only be activated if the refill is correctly associated in the base, this being possible only if the identification pattern of the mechanism corresponds to the identification means of the base. It could be, for example, a specific angular positioning. This allows, in particular, to avoid deterioration of the mechanism in the case of a refill not adapted to the base.

The base and the cover can be made from the same type of metallic material. Thus, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the base, the cover, the cup, the guide and the sheath are all made of the same metallic material so that the receptacle can be easily recycled in the dedicated die. Preferably, the type of metallic material is chosen from aluminum, aluminum alloys and/or steel. Advantageously, the material is anodized aluminum.

Since the mechanism is mainly metallic with a sheath, a cup and a guide made of metallic material, it can then be treated in a recycling sector dedicated mainly to metal. Thus, this makes it possible to reuse a material in greater quantity without additional loss or rejection for an optimized gain. This also makes it possible to clean and/or recycle the mechanism without damaging it by a high temperature cleaning process. Thus, the mechanism with the cup, the sheath and the guide can be treated together without the need to separate them. As a variant, the base, the cap, the cup, the sheath and the guide can be treated together without the need to separate them.

The mechanism 10 according to the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 1a to 8c is particularly intended to receive a cosmetic product having a so-called soft formulation. In the case of a cosmetic product having such a formulation, the cosmetic product is in contact with all or part of the internal wall of the guide 316.

The cosmetic product is introduced inside the mechanism during a hot casting process. The use of a metallic material to produce the mechanism makes it possible, due to the good thermal conductivity of such materials, to obtain faster cooling of the hot-poured cosmetic product.

Advantageously, the reduction in the cooling time makes it possible to reduce the duration of the manufacturing cycle and to improve the appearance of the cosmetic product, the appearance being in particular smoother.

Il pourra s'agir, par exemple, d'un système de harpons 108 comme illustrée sur les figures 8a et 8c.Preferably, the lower part 114 of the base 104 internally comprises retention means in order to prevent tearing, that is to say a vertical displacement, of said mechanism relative to the base. It could be, for example, a system of harpoons 108 as illustrated on the figure 8a and 8c .

For these anti-rotation means, it could be, for example, a gear-type system as represented on the figure 7a and/or a gadroon positioned on a surface of the mechanism as shown in the figure 7b , 8a to 8b .

Preferably, the bottom 118 of the base 104 is configured to be connected to an interface part 538 and the interface part 538 allows the mechanism to be attached to the base.

Advantageously, the interface part forms part of the base as illustrated in the figures 8a and 8b . The interface part comprises a hollow cylindrical body 511 extending axially and delimited by an upper edge 513 and by a lower edge 515. Said lower edge 515 of the cylindrical body 511 forming an opening 514, called the opening of the interface part.

According to one embodiment of the invention, said lower edge 515 of the interface piece 538 is configured to be positioned through an opening 119 formed at the level of the bottom 118 of the base, then retained by riveting against a projection 151 surrounding said opening 150.

By riveting is meant an operation of bending the lower edge 515 of the interface piece 538 against the projection 151 formed at the level of the bottom 118. This bending makes it possible to establish wall-to-wall contact between said lower edge 515 and the projection 151 to firmly fix the interface part 538 on the base 104. The implementation of this folding is made possible here thanks to the flared shape of the lower edge 515, and a complementary shape of the projection 151 as illustrated on the figures 8a and 8b . In addition, the implementation of this folding results in particular in aligning the opening 514 of the interface part with the opening 150 of the bottom 118 of the base 104 as shown in the figures 8a and 8b . The term riveting can also be understood as a crimping of the interface part in the bottom 118 of the base 104.

Advantageously, as illustrated in figure 8a said harpoons 108 are cutouts arranged on the cylindrical body 511 and capable of being positioned seated on an internal peripheral edge of the interface part, for example an external groove, so as to block the mechanism axially with respect to the base. In the example, the gear means 120 are also formed by gadroons 122 projecting from the cylindrical body 511 and capable of being positioned in slots 450 arranged on a wall of the mechanism 10, the slots 450 will be described further. far.

In a variant not shown, the aluminum interface part 538 comes from the material of the aluminum base.

Thus, to adapt to different base configurations, the mechanism is held at the base by an interface part 538. The interface part 538 is arranged in the form of a tubular part comprising axially an upper part 545 with an envelope 551, called the first envelope, which has a side wall 551a as well as an upper edge 551b configured to cooperate with harpoons 108 of the base to prevent tearing, that is to say vertical displacement, of said mechanism 10 relative to base 104.

Thus, the bottom 118 of the base 104 comprises three flexible legs whose free end is configured to form a hook 70 in the form of harpoons. Said harpoons spaced by 120° come to cooperate with the upper edge 551b of the interface part 538 and serve as fastening means for axially linking the base 104 to said mechanism 10.

Grace aux moyens 120 d'engrenage, tout mouvement de rotation autour de l'axe Y qui est appliqué par une utilisatrice sur la partie 114 inférieure de la base 104 est transmis au mécanisme 10, par l'intermédiaire de la pièce d'interface 538.Furthermore, the lower part 555 with an envelope 552, called the second envelope, has a side wall 552a as well as a lower edge 552b configured to receive ridges 560 of intended to cooperate with the grooves 122 of the base 104 of the case 100. In the example, the ridges 560 of the interface part 538 and the splines 122 of the base 104 have complementary shapes and constitute said gear means 120. Thanks to the gear means 120, any rotational movement around the Y axis which is applied by a user to the lower part 114 of the base 104 is transmitted to the mechanism 10, via the interface part 538 .

Advantageously, the interface part 538 comprises two gadroons 580 which extend radially from the first casing 551 and the second casing 552, and are preferably arranged in a diametrically opposite manner in the same plane. The two gadroons 580 are intended to fit into two slots 450 of the sheath 434, which will be described later, to block said sheath 434 in rotation relative to the base 104. Said gadroons 580 and said slots 450 thus forming an anti -spin.

Un tel contact permet de contrôler le couple de fonctionnement entre la pièce d'interface 538 et le guide 316.Also the edges 522b and 521b have openings allowing the passage of the cosmetic product during the hot casting process. The junction between the upper part 545 and the lower part 555 has a shoulder 565 forming a base for receiving the cup 212, which will be described later, so as to block the downward movement of the cup 212 in abutment. interface 538 comprises a peripheral deformable rib 580 arranged on the second casing 552 and intended to be in contact with the wall of the lower part of the body 320 of the guide 316. The guide 316 will be described later. Such a contact makes it possible to control the operating torque between the interface part 538 and the guide 316.

En particulier, le matériau synthétique peut être choisi parmi des matériaux fluoro-élastomères (FKM) résistant au processus de nettoyage haute température supérieur à 150°C.Preferably, the interface piece 538 can be made of any synthetic material, for example, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), synthetic polymer, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), composite material, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), post-consumer recycled (PCR), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and/or the like. In particular, the synthetic material can be chosen from fluoroelastomer materials (FKM) resistant to the high temperature cleaning process above 150°C.

With reference to the figure 8a , hoop 103 of base 104 comprises a lower portion 124, an upper portion 125, as well as an intermediate portion 126 connecting said lower portion 124 and said upper portion 125. In addition, these lower 124 and upper 125 portions are configured to exert a radial pressure respectively against the upper part 110 of the base and the external wall of the mechanism. Thus this arrangement makes it possible to position the upper part 110 of the base relative to the mechanism.

The intermediate portion 126 of the hoop 103 forms a flange having a diameter substantially equal to an outer diameter of the base 104. Advantageously, the intermediate portion 126 has a shoulder 129 forming a base for receiving the cowl 102 and ensures the axial retention of the cowl 102 on the base 104 in the closed position.

Preferably, the cup 212 is made in one piece and comprises a hollow cylindrical body extending axially and respectively delimited by an upper edge 213a and by a lower edge 213b.

Like the central orifice of the base 104 of the receptacle 100, the cup 212 comprises a central passage whose entrance is delimited by the edge 213b and through which the hot pouring of the cosmetic product takes place. The mechanism 10 being mounted in the base 104, the receptacle 100 is for example turned over so as to orient it with the bottom 118 at the top in order to then carry out the process of hot casting of the cosmetic product axially from top to bottom.

Preferably, the cup 212 comprises screwing-unscrewing means 214 in the form of lateral projections obtained by surface deformation 214 and projecting radially towards the inside of the mechanism, said screwing-unscrewing means being capable of being positioned in the groove helical sheath 434. Sheath 434 will be described later.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the screwing-unscrewing means 214 are in the form of diametrically opposed studs with in section a circular profile obtained by surface deformation, for example by stamping.

Alternatively shown in figure 6b , the cup has four nipples. Alternatively shown in figure 6c , the cup comprises screwing-unscrewing means in the form of threads 228, having an internal groove profile.

The number of nipples, threads or their width allows more stability to manage the operating torque when screwing or unscrewing the helical groove of the sheath 434.

La cupule inférieure comporte alors lesdits moyens de visage-dévissage destinés à coopérer avec la gaine 434.In a variant not shown, the cup 212 is made in two parts respectively an upper cup intended to receive the cosmetic product and a lower cup. The lower cup then comprises said face-unscrewing means intended to cooperate with the sheath 434.

As illustrated by the figures 4a to 4d and 8a , said cup comprises means for fixing the stick 215, for example holes 215a, fixing lugs 215b oriented substantially radially inwards and/or an internal groove 215c on its side wall 211, to make it possible to bind the stick to the cup 212. Advantageously, the internal groove 215c is produced by surface deformation radially inwards and extends circumferentially, forming a concentric circle around the axis of revolution of the cup 212.

La gorge interne 215c relie la portion supérieure de cupule 212a et la portion inférieure de cupule 212b.The cup 212 is made as illustrated in the figures 4a to 4d , 5a and 8a to 8c , in one piece and respectively comprises an upper cup portion 212a intended to receive the cosmetic product and a lower cup portion 212b surrounding the sheath 434. The internal groove 215c connects the upper cup portion 212a and the lower cup portion 212b .

Preferably, the cup 212 comprises at least one flexible lug intended to fit partially into the at least one vertical slide of the guide.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the cup 212 comprises two flexible tabs 270 connected to the cup 212 from their upper part 276, while their lower end 277 is free allowing radial displacement. The free end 277 of the flexible lug 270 has at least one surface deformation in the form of a lug 275 with a generally cylindrical cross-section profile allowing fitting into said vertical slideways 332 of the guide 316.

In the example, the lug 275 is obtained by stamping. The width of the lug 275 is sized to correspond substantially to the width of said vertical slide 332 so as to block the cup 212 of the guide 316 in rotation. Thus, the guide is integral in rotation with the cup. During the assembly of the cup 212 with the guide 216, the two flexible tabs 270 move radially inwards, then elastically returned radially outwards in a final assembly phase, each to come and lodge automatically in at least one of the guide rails 316.

The two flexible tabs 270 extending in an axial direction, are obtained according to a rectilinear cutout of predetermined width “I” and are spaced apart by a constant distance “e” along their length from the cylindrical outer body 252 of the cup 212. Advantageously , the shape of the two flexible tabs 270 extending in an axial direction, is obtained according to a cutout constituting a variable spacing "e" to the cylindrical outer body 252. As illustrated in the figure 5b the flexible legs have a greater width at their upper part 276 than at their end 277. The shape of the base of the flexible legs allows greater surface contact with the guide and increases the stiffness of the legs for better stability during the actuation of the mechanism. Thus, this aspect achieves satisfactory operation effects for users. Advantageously, the cup 212 is formed from a single piece of aluminum obtained by machining, for example by stamping.

The guide 316 comprises a hollow cylindrical body and mainly comprises an upper part, which will be designated hereinafter as being a head 318, and axially extends a lower part, which will be designated hereinafter as being a body 320. The head 318 of the guide 316 has a smooth inner wall 318a providing lateral support for guiding the grapes, and the body 320 of the guide 316 ensuring the guidance of the cup according to an axial translational movement when the mechanism is actuated.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the body 320 of the guide 316 comprises two vertical slideways 332 arranged in a diametrically opposite manner and configured to receive the lugs 275 of the cup 212 in sliding motion. The cup 212 being movably mounted axially at the interior of the guide 316 and each slide 332 has ends 278, 279 forming end stops of the lug 275 of the guide 316. The distance between the ends 278 and 279, defining a displacement travel of the cup 212 in the 10.

Preferably, the guide and the sheath are both integrally linked axially, and free in rotation with respect to each other. Thus at the bottom of the mechanism, the body 320 of the guide 316 comprises an external groove 322 positioned opposite a groove 422 of the sheath, in order to prevent an axial displacement of the sheath 434 relative to the guide while leaving free the rotation of the sheath 434 in the guide 316. Advantageously, the outer groove 322 of the guide and the groove 422 of the sheath are obtained by lateral deformation of their wall, for example by stamping.

According to one embodiment, illustrated in picture 3a , a first annular seal 460 is disposed in a housing formed between said outer groove 322 of the guide and said groove 422 of the sheath. Advantageously, the first annular joint 460 in this arrangement makes it possible both to immobilize the sheath 434 axially with respect to the guide while leaving the sheath free to rotate in the guide, and also to control the torque between the sheath 434 and Guide 316.

According to one embodiment of the invention, illustrated in figure 3b , the external groove 322 is positioned in abutment against the groove 422 of the sheath which has the same geometry as well as the same radial orientation as said external groove 322. Advantageously, this arrangement makes it possible to immobilize the sheath 434 axially with respect to the guide 316 while leaving free the rotation of the sheath 434 in the guide 316. Advantageously, a second annular seal 490 is positioned between a second groove 423 arranged on the sheath and the inner wall of the guide in order to control the torque between the sheath 434 and Guide 316.

The guide 316 comprises an upper edge 348, here of beveled shape and, axially opposite, a lower edge 350 of circular shape. According to the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1a to 8c, the profiles of the cup and of the guide are cylindrical. The mechanism according to the invention allows the mechanism 10 to be guided and the outer profile of the cup and the profile of the guide are not necessarily cylindrical.

La gaine 434 est montée à l'intérieur du corps 320 du guide 316.The sheath 434 comprises a hollow cylindrical body, comprising at least one helical groove 442 arranged in its outer wall 444. Preferably, guide 316 is arranged around sheath 434. Sheath 434 is mounted inside body 320 of guide 316.

According to the embodiment illustrated in figure 2c , the sheath 434 has a helical groove 442 which is intended to cooperate with at least one of the studs 214 of the cup 212. The actuation of the mechanism by the rotational drive of the sheath 434 then causes an axial displacement in translation of the cup 212 which is thus moved. Thus, the sheath 434 comprising at its lower end 430 two slots 450 arranged axially and diametrically opposite. The two slots 450 allow radial deformation of the lower end 430 inwards, during assembly of the sheath 434 with the guide 316 to facilitate fitting.

Preferably, the two axial slots 450 are intended to fit directly into an interface piece 538, to block said sheath 434 in rotation relative to the base 20. The two gadroons 580 of the interface piece are intended to be fit into two slots 450 of the sheath 434. Said gadroons 580 and said slots 450 thus forming an anti-rotation system.

Thus, the attachment means 433 of the sheath is intended to fit into a housing 25 of the base 20. According to the embodiment illustrated in figure 2c , the sheath comprises two attachment means 433 arranged at the lower end of the sheath 434 and diametrically opposite. These two attachment means 433 are lateral projections with a circular profile in section obtained by surface deformation and oriented towards the inside of the mechanism intended to cooperate in abutment with a complementary shape of said attachment means 433.

In a so-called soft stick formulation, during its formation the stick is hot poured inside the mechanism, then takes its external shape in contact with the inner side walls of the mechanism, in particular with the head 318 of the guide 316 and the inner sheath wall. The grape undergoes a shrinkage of material during cooling and then takes its final shape. The grape, as illustrated in the figure 9b , comprises an upper portion 710 intended to be consumed during application by the user, a lower portion 720 remaining permanently inside the mechanism and allowing the grapes to be supported. Said grape also comprises an intermediate portion 715 fixed by the fixing means 215b on the cup, said intermediate portion connecting said lower portion 720 and said upper portion 710.

The term "smooth contact surface" means a surface having no holes, nor locally any concave or convex parts which could damage the stick, in particular during its formation and/or its vertical displacement in the mechanism. Therefore, the upper portion 710 of the grape does not interfere with the head 318 of the guide 316.

Preferably, an interface tube 750 is arranged inside the sheath 434. The interface tube 750 includes a hollow cylindrical body 760 and an inner wall 770 with a smooth contact surface.

Ledit tube d'interface 750 est calé en butée respectivement entre les pattes de fixation 215c et le bord supérieur de la pièce d'interface 551b.Advantageously, said interface tube is arranged inside the sheath, as illustrated in the figure 9a and 9b , said interface tube being secured to the cup and capable of interfacing between said sheath and the stick, during the vertical displacement of said cup. Consequently, during its formation, the lower portion of the stick bears against the internal wall 770 of the interface tube 750 and is not in direct contact with the internal wall 490 of the sheath 434. Thus, the lower portion 720 of the grape, does not interfere with the other parts of the mechanism during the axial displacement of the cup 212. Said interface tube 750 is wedged in abutment respectively between the fixing lugs 215c and the upper edge of the interface part 551b .

Preferably, the interface tube 750 is made of metallic material so that the receptacle can be easily recycled in the dedicated sector. Preferably, the type of metallic material is chosen from aluminum, aluminum alloys and/or steel. Advantageously, the material is anodized aluminum.

En particulier, le matériau synthétique peut être choisi parmi des matériaux fluoro-élastomères (FKM) résistant au processus de nettoyage haute température supérieur à 150°C.Alternatively, interface tube 750 can be made of any synthetic material or made of paper. For example, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), synthetic polymer, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), composite material, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), post-consumer recycled (PCR), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and/or the like. In particular, the synthetic material can be chosen from fluoroelastomer materials (FKM) resistant to the high temperature cleaning process above 150°C.

Thus, to improve the stability of the operating torque when the mechanism for raising/lowering the cosmetic product is actuated, an elastic ring 610 is partially housed in at least the internal groove 216 of the side wall 211 of the cup 212.

Advantageously, the same internal groove 216 makes it possible, on the one hand, to hold the stick on its internal part 217 and, on the other hand, to hold an elastic ring on its external part 218, making it possible to control the operating torque. This elastic ring, in contact with the internal wall of the head 318 of the guide 316 as illustrated in the figure 3c , makes it possible to control the relative displacement of the cup 212 with respect to the guide 316. in other words, during the movement of the cup 212, the contact zone between the elastic ring 610 and the internal wall of the head 318 of the guide 316 allows precise control of the friction force. Thus, this elastic ring makes it possible to prevent the amount of movement of the stick of lipstick from being too great in relation to the wishes of the user. This elastic ring also makes it possible to avoid sound problems which may be unpleasant for the user, due to friction between aluminum parts, namely in particular the guide and the cup.

De sorte à obtenir un mécanisme pour un nouvel usage, le mécanisme avantageusement en matériau aluminium peut être recueilli et nettoyé avec un processus approprié de nettoyage haute température, en particulier supérieur à 150°C.Preferably the elastic ring 610 is a joint which can be made of any synthetic material, for example rubber, or be made of other suitable elastomeric materials such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE). This seal being very low in mass compared to the mechanism 10, it will be eliminated by combustion during the appropriate recycling process. However, it can advantageously also be chosen from temperature-resistant fluoroelastomer materials (FKM). So as to obtain a mechanism for a new use, the mechanism advantageously made of aluminum material can be collected and cleaned with an appropriate high temperature cleaning process, in particular above 150°C.
