  2. b) un organe d'extraction adapté pour pénétrer le bâton de produit, ledit organe d'extraction ayant un rebord externe adapté pour être rendu solidaire dudit rebord interne après pénétration dans le bâton de produit afin d'extraire la cartouche du dispositif applicateur.

  • la cupule de la recharge est emboîtée à la deuxième extrémité du logement de recharge et ledit logement de recharge comporte un épaulement qui est orienté vers la deuxième extrémité dudit logement de recharge pour pouvoir être en appui contre la cupule selon la direction axiale ;
  • la recharge comporte un couvercle adapté pour fermer la deuxième extrémité du logement de recharge ;
  • le couvercle comporte deux bras montés pivotants respectivement par deux pivots de part et d'autre du boîtier de la recharge, lesdits bras étant adaptés pour coulisser par rapport au boîtier entre une position de fermeture où le couvercle ferme la deuxième extrémité du logement de recharge et une position de dégagement où le couvercle est écarté de ladite deuxième extrémité du logement de recharge, la position de dégagement étant telle que le couvercle est suffisamment éloigné de ladite deuxième extrémité du logement de recharge pour permettre audit couvercle de pivoter en libérant ladite deuxième extrémité du logement de recharge ;
  • l'organe d'extraction est solidaire du boîtier de la recharge, l'organe d'extraction comportant un rebord externe adapté pour coopérer avec le rebord interne de la cupule pour retenir ladite cupule et permettre l'extraction de la cartouche lorsqu'elle est montée sur le dispositif applicateur ;
  • le boîtier de la recharge comporte en outre un logement d'extraction ouvert à l'opposé du logement de recharge et contenant au moins partiellement ledit organe d'extraction, ledit logement d'extraction étant adapté pour loger une cartouche extraite d'un dispositif applicateur et retenue par l'organe d'extraction ;
  • la cupule de la cartouche comporte un fond et une paroi latérale dans laquelle est engagée l'extrémité proximale du bâton de produit, ledit rebord interne faisant saillie radialement à l'intérieur de ladite paroi latérale ;

Claims (20)

  1. Kit comprising:
    a material application device (1) including:
    - a protective tube (2) extending in a longitudinal direction (X) between first and second ends (3, 4), the second end (4) being open,
    - an interchangeable cartridge (6) contained in the protective tube (2), this cartridge (6) containing a cup (7) and a stick (8) of material, said stick of material extending in said longitudinal direction (X) between a proximal end (9) engaged inside the cup (7) and a distal end (10) at a distance from said cup, the cup comprising an inner lip (14; 114; 214) which is covered by the stick (8) of material inside the cup,
    - a control mechanism (17) for moving the stick (8) of material in the protective tube (2) in the longitudinal direction (X), such that at least a portion of the stick (8) of material exits the second end (4) of the protective tube, said control mechanism (17) comprising a sliding element (24) to which the cup (7) is removably attached,
    Characterized in that the kit comprises an extracting member (64; 164; 264) adapted to penetrate the stick (8) of material, said extracting member having an outer lip (66, 166, 266) which is solidly attached to said inner lip (14; 114; 214) after penetration into the stick of material, such that the cartridge (6) can be extracted from the application device.
  2. Kit according to claim 1, wherein the cup (7) comprises a bottom (11) and a lateral wall (12) into which the proximal end (9) of the stick (8) of material is engaged, said inner lip (14; 114) protruding radially inward from said lateral wall (12).
  3. Kit according to claim 2, wherein said inner lip (14) is an annular lip comprising a shoulder (16) directed towards the bottom (11) of the cup.
  4. Kit according to claim 2, wherein said inner lip (114) is a thread.
  5. Kit according to claim 1, wherein the cup (7) comprises a bottom (11) in which there is an opening (274) delimited by said inner lip (214).
  6. Kit according to any one of the above claims, wherein the stick (8) of material consists of a paste-like material.
  7. Kit according to any one of the above claims, wherein the stick (8) of material consists of a material intended to be applied to the lips, for cosmetic use such as lipstick, or for pharmaceutical use.
  8. Kit according to any one of the above claims, additionally comprising a refill (41) containing an interchangeable cartridge (6) removably housed in a casing (42) which comprises a refill housing (43) extending in an axial direction (X') between first and second ends (45, 46), the second end (46) being open, said cartridge (6) comprising a cup (7) and a stick (8) of material, the bottom (11) of the cup (7) being placed towards the second end (46) of the refill housing (43) so it can be mounted onto the sliding element (24) of the application device (1), said stick (8) of material of the refill extending longitudinally in the axial direction (X') between a proximal end (9) engaged inside the cup and a distal end (10) at a distance from said cup, the cup (7) of the refill comprising an inner lip (14; 114; 214) which is covered by the stick (8) of material inside the cup, the stick (8) of material of the refill being penetrable by said extracting member (64; 164; 264) which is adapted to be solidly attached to said inner lip (14; 114; 214) of the refill cup to allow extraction of the refill cartridge (6) when it is assembled onto the application device (1).
  9. Kit according to claim 8, wherein the refill cup (7) is fitted into the second end (46) of the refill housing (43), and said refill housing (43) comprises a shoulder (49) which is directed towards the second end (46) of said refill housing such that it can press against the cup (7) in the axial direction (X').
  10. Kit according to either one of claims 8 and 9, comprising a cap (54) for closing the second end (46) of the refill housing (43).
  11. Kit according to claim 10, wherein the cap (54) comprises two arms (56) pivotably mounted on two respective pivots (57) on each side of the refill casing (42), said arms being adapted to slide relative to the casing (42) between a closed position in which the cap closes the second end (46) of the refill housing and a released position in which the cap is moved away from said second end of the refill housing, the released position being such that the cap (54) is sufficiently distanced from said second end (46) of the refill housing to allow said cap (54) to pivot and leave unobstructed said second end (46) of the refill housing.
  12. Kit according to any one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the extracting member (64; 164; 264) is integrally attached to the refill casing (42), said extracting member comprising an outer lip (66; 166; 266) which cooperates with the inner lip (14; 114; 214) of the cup to retain said cup and enable extraction of the cartridge (6) when it is assembled onto the application device (1).
  13. Kit according to claim 12, wherein the refill casing (42) additionally comprises an extraction housing (62) that is open opposite the refill housing (43) and at least partially contains said extracting member (64; 164; 264), said extracting member (62) being adapted to house a cartridge (6) extracted from an application device (1) and retained by the extracting member (64; 164; 264).
  14. Kit according to any one of the above claims, wherein the cup (7) of the cartridge comprises a bottom (11) and a lateral wall (12) in which the proximal end (9) of the stick (8) of material is engaged, said inner lip (14; 114) protruding radially inwards from said lateral wall (12).
  15. Kit according to claim 14, wherein the outer lip (66) of the extracting member (64) is adapted to catch on the inner lip (14) of the cartridge (6) when it is assembled onto an application device (1).
  16. Kit according to claim 15, wherein the inner lip (14) of the cup is annular and comprises a shoulder (16) directed towards the bottom (11) of the cup.
  17. Kit according to claim 15 or claim 16, wherein the outer lip (66) of the extracting member is annular and comprises a shoulder (68) directed towards the refill housing (43), and the extracting prehension member (64) is in the form of a ferrule.
  18. Kit according to claim 14, wherein said inner lip (114) of the cup (7) is a thread and the outer lip (166) of the extracting member (164) is a complementary thread adapted to screw into the inner lip (114) of the cup.
  19. Kit according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the bottom (11) of the cup (7) comprises an opening (274) delimited by said inner lip (214) and the extracting member (264) comprises at least one shaft which extends out to a free end (265) having a protruding head comprising said outer lip (266), which is adapted to catch on the inner lip (214) of the cup.
  20. Use of a kit according to any one of the above claims, wherein:
    - the extracting member (64; 164;264) penetrates into the stick (8) of material in the cartridge (6) of the application device,
    - the outer lip of said extracting member is solidly attached to said inner lip (14; 114; 214) of the cup,
    - and the cartridge is extracted with the aid of the extracting member.
