Claims (17)

  1. Enveloppe de bout-filtre pour des articles de génération d'aérosol comportant une couche de base contenant au moins une matière de charge, l'enveloppe de bout-filtre comprenant en outre une surface pigmentée avec un composant de pigment contenant du CaCOs et au moins et au moins un deuxième composant servant de matière de charge non combustible, le composant de pigment présentant un grammage d'au moins 2,0 g/m2, dans laquelle la surface pigmentée présente une régularité de surface d'au moins 400 s,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la couche de base présente une porosité inférieure à 1,5 C.U.
  2. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la couche de base et la surface pigmentée constituent une structure de double couche.
  3. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la matière de charge de la couche de base est sélectionnée à partir d'un groupe de matières contenant du kaolin, du CaCOs, du talc et de l'Al(OH)3.
  4. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le poids de base de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est supérieur à 40 g/m2, de préférence supérieur à 45 g/m2 et/ou le poids de base de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est inférieur à 60 g/m2, de préférence inférieur à 55 g/m2.
  5. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une épaisseur de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est supérieure à 30 µm, de préférence supérieure à 35 µm et/ou une épaisseur de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est inférieure à 55 µm, de préférence inférieure à 50 µm.
  6. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une densité de papier de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est supérieure à 1,1 g/cm3, de préférence supérieure à 1,15 g/cm3 et/ou une densité de papier de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est inférieure à 1,3 g/cm3, de préférence inférieure à 1,25 g/cm3.
  7. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une régularité de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est supérieure à 500 s, de préférence supérieure à 600 s et de préférence supérieure à 700 s.
  8. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une régularité de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est inférieure à 2500 s, de préférence inférieure à 2000 s.
  9. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une brillance de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est supérieure à 10 %, de préférence supérieure à 15 % et de préférence supérieure à 20 %.
  10. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que
    une brillance de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est inférieure à 35 %, de préférence inférieure à 30 %.
  11. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le composant de pigment contient du CaCO3 et du kaolin selon un rapport compris entre 3:7 et 7:3, de préférence entre 4:6 et 7:3, de préférence entre 5:5 et 6:4.
  12. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la quantité de composant de pigment est supérieure à 5 g/m2.
  13. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'enveloppe de bout-filtre est exempte de dioxyde de titane (TiO2) .
  14. Enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la surface pigmentée est basée sur une solution de revêtement comprenant de l'eau, un composant liant et le composant de pigmentation.
  15. Cigarette comprenant une enveloppe de bout-filtre selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes.
  16. Procédé de production d'une enveloppe de bout-filtre pour des cigarettes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - mise à disposition d'une couche de base de l'enveloppe de bout-filtre
    - revêtement de la couche de base avec une solution contenant un composant de pigment contenant du CaCOs et au moins un deuxième composant servant de matière de charge non combustible,
    - pressage et chauffage de la couche de base revêtue pour former une surface pigmentée présentant une régularité de surface d'au moins 400 s.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de base revêtue est pressée et chauffée à une température prédéfinie supérieure à 100 °C, la température prédéfinie est de préférence supérieure à 140 °C, de préférence supérieure à 150 °C et de préférence supérieure à 170 °C, et/ou la température est inférieure à 300 °C, de préférence inférieure à 250 °C, de préférence inférieure à 200 °C.
