Claims (6)

  1.   3. A stopper as claimed in one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the olive has a ribbed wall surface on its inner side, which is constituted by a plurality of grooves in the wall of the olive extending in the longitudinal direction of the olive.
  4. A stopper as claimed in Claim 3, characterised in that the grooves have a preferably constant depth of 10% to 50% of the minimum wall thickness of the olive.
  5. A stopper as claimed in one of Claims 3 or 4, characterised in that the webs between the grooves have a domed cross-sectional shape.
  6. A stopper as claimed in one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that a spiral retainer (14) is integrally moulded on the base wall (3) of the recessed channel (1).
