Claims (14)

  1. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) destiné à être utilisé dans la production efficace de vins mousseux comprenant :
    (i) un bouchon (12) pour une mise en prise étanche dans la ou les parties de finition et/ou de goulot d'une bouteille (100) ;
    (ii) un passage (12) à l'intérieur dudit bouchon (12) s'étendant longitudinalement à partir d'une ouverture côté vin (20) au niveau d'une extrémité de celui-ci ; et
    (iii) un élément de valve (30) situé à l'intérieur dudit passage (12) ;
    dans lequel l'élément de valve (30) est sélectivement sensible à la gravité, permettant ainsi au passage de matières liquides et/ou solides et/ou gazeuses d'être autorisé ou empêché en fonction de l'orientation de l'ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10),
    dans lequel le passage (12) comprend une chambre agrandie (50), et
    dans lequel l'élément de valve (30) est pondéré de manière excentrique et peut tourner sous la gravité par rapport à la chambre agrandie (50).
  2. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel l'élément de valve (30) est situé à l'intérieur de ladite chambre agrandie (50) à distance de ladite ouverture côté vin (20).
  3. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l'élément de valve (30) est au moins partiellement creux.
  4. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l'élément
    de valve (30) présente une surface extérieure qui est en partie sphérique.
  5. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon la revendication 4,
    dans lequel l'élément de valve partiellement sphérique (30) est pourvu d'une ouverture (32) pour autoriser ou empêcher le passage de matières liquides et/ou solides et/ou gazeuses dans sa partie intérieure (34).
  6. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon la revendication 5,
    dans lequel l'ouverture (32) présente un diamètre qui est inférieur au diamètre maximal de l'élément de valve partiellement sphérique (30).
  7. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6,
    dans lequel la chambre agrandie (50) présente un volume sensiblement sphérique et est dimensionnée de telle sorte que son diamètre interne corresponde sensiblement au diamètre externe maximal de l'élément de valve partiellement sphérique (30).
  8. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7,
    dans lequel l'élément de valve partiellement sphérique (30) peut être placé contre des parois internes de la chambre agrandie (50).
  9. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1
    à 8,
    dans lequel la chambre agrandie (50) est définie, en partie, par un élément de capuchon cylindrique (40) monté sur le bouchon (12) ;
    de préférence dans lequel un collier annulaire s'étendant vers le bas (42) de l'élément de capuchon (40) est pourvu de filets de vis (24) pouvant venir en prise avec des filets de vis complémentaires (24) prévus sur le bouchon (12) pour faciliter la fixation par rotation de l'élément de capuchon (40) sur le bouchon (12) ;
    et/ou de préférence dans lequel une surface interne de l'élément de capuchon (40) peut être déplacée dans la mise en prise, et hors de celle-ci, avec l'élément de valve (30) pour faciliter ladite rotation sélective par rapport à la chambre agrandie (50).
  10. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon la revendication 8,
    dans lequel les parois internes peuvent au moins partiellement se déformer pour sélectivement venir en prise avec l'élément de valve partiellement sphérique (30) et pour se désolidariser de celui-ci pour ainsi empêcher ou autoriser respectivement sa rotation par rapport aux parois internes de la chambre agrandie (50).
  11. Ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel
    un joint élastiquement déformable (46) peut être monté sur une surface d'épaulement supérieure du bouchon (12) ;
    et de préférence dans lequel le joint élastiquement déformable (46) peut se situer à l'intérieur d'un
    évidement annulaire (48) sur la fermeture de bouteille définie par :
    (i) la surface d'épaulement supérieure (26) ;
    (ii) le dessous du collier annulaire s'étendant vers le bas (42) de l'élément de capuchon (40) ; et
    (iii) une surface cylindrique externe du bouchon (12).
  12. Procédé de dégorgement destiné à être utilisé dans la production de vins mousseux, le procédé comprenant :
    (i) la fourniture d'un ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 ;
    (ii) l'insertion dudit ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) dans la ou les parties de goulot et/ou de finition d'une bouteille (100) contenant les ingrédients nécessaires pour amorcer une fermentation secondaire ;
    (iii) le remuage de la bouteille (100) alors qu'elle est au moins partiellement renversée ;
    (iv) la collecte du sédiment (200) produit pendant la fermentation secondaire à l'intérieur de l'élément de valve (30) situé à l'intérieur dudit ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) ; et
    (v) la réorientation de la bouteille (100) vers une position verticale et le fait d'amener l'élément de valve sensible à la gravité (30) à tourner par rapport à une dite bouteille (100) sous l'influence de la gravité et, ce faisant, à isoler ledit sédiment (200) à l'intérieur de l'ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) pour faciliter le retrait.
  13. Procédé de dégorgement selon la revendication 12,
    dans lequel l'insertion de l'ensemble de fermeture de bouteille (10) dans la ou les parties de finition et/ou de goulot de la bouteille (100) inclut leur mise en prise avec la partie de goulot extérieure de celle-ci par un élément de serrage ; et/ou
    dans lequel l'élément de valve (30) est maintenu dans une position fixe par rapport au bouchon (12) pendant au moins le remuage de la bouteille (100) et la collecte du sédiment (200).
  14. Procédé de dégorgement selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13,
    dans lequel l'élément de valve (30) est libéré de ladite position fixe avant de réorienter la bouteille (100) vers une position verticale.
