DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L’INVENTION
[0001] L’invention se rapporte principalement à un agencement de poches comprenant une poche de compartiment pour téléphone mobile et une poche principale.
[0002] L’invention se rapporte également à un pantalon de type jean intégrant un tel agencement de poches.

[0003] Les pantalons de type jean comportent le plus souvent cinq poches, à savoir deux poches arrières, deux poches avants et une poche de logement de la montre à gousset, aussi dénommée poche gousset, qui surmonte la poche avant droit.
[0004] Pour ranger son téléphone mobile, un utilisateur a le choix d’utiliser l’une des deux poches arrières ou l’une des deux poches avant, la poche gousset étant le plus souvent trop étroite et insuffisamment profonde. Les poches arrières présentent l’inconvénient d’exposer le téléphone mobile qui peut être subtiliser, mais aussi le risque de s’asseoir dessus. Les poches avants présentent quant à elle l’inconvénient des multiples contacts entre le téléphone mobile, des clefs ou encore de la monnaie, ce qui peut endommager le téléphone mobile tout en compliquant sa préhension hors de la poche.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE
[0022] Il est tout d’abord précisé que sur les figures, les mêmes références désignent les mêmes éléments quelle que soit la figure sur laquelle elles apparaissent et quelle que soit la forme de représentation de ces éléments. De même, si des éléments ne sont pas spécifiquement référencés sur l’une des figures, leurs références peuvent être aisément retrouvées en se reportant à une autre figure.
[0023] Il est également précisé que les figures représentent essentiellement trois variantes de l’invention mais qu’il peut exister d’autres modes de réalisation qui répondent à la définition de l’invention. En particulier, les figures et les exemples ci- après décrits portent sur un agencement de poches avant d’un pantalon de type jean, mais cette agencement poches trouve également application pour un pantalon d’autre type et pour toute autre pièce d’habillement.
[0024] L’invention consiste essentiellement en un agencement de poches comportant une poche principale et une poche de compartiment qui est située au- dessus de la poche principale et dont la partie inférieure est logée, au moins pour une position d’utilisation rangée, dans la poche principale. Cette configuration permet avantageusement de dissocier la poche principale dans laquelle peuvent être logées des clefs et de la monnaie, du téléphone mobile logé dans la poche de compartiment et ce, sans multiplier les zones de la pièce d’habillement comportant des poches.
[0025] En référence à la figure 1 , l’agencement de poches 1 de la première variante de réalisation comporte une poche principale 2 conforme aux poches avant d’un pantalon de type jean de l’art antérieur en présentant un bord supérieur d’ouverture 3 qui s’étend depuis le bord latéral 4 du quart de jambe A jusqu’à son bord supérieur 5, le quart de jambe étant représenté sans la ceinture. Le bord supérieur 3 présente une forme de quart d’ovoïde avec une partie de plus grande longueur 6 quasiment parallèle au bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe A et une partie de plus petite longueur 7 qui remonte quasiment parallèlement au bord latéral 4 du quart de jambe A. Le fond de poche non représenté de de la poche principale 2 est conforme à l’art antérieur.
[0026] Selon l’invention, la poche de logement de la montre à gousset aussi dénommée poche gousset est remplacée par une poche identiquement conçue mais de largeur plus importante pour y loger par exemple un téléphone mobile. Cette poche de compartiment 9 comprend une façade 10 de largeur L, un bord supérieur 1 1 qui définit l’ouverture d’entrée 12 et qui s’étend en biais ascendant vers le bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe A en définissant par sa plus grande hauteur la hauteur H de la poche de compartiment 9 jusqu’au bord de fond 13 de la poche de compartiment 9 qui est parallèle au bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe A. La disposition en biais du bord supérieur 1 1 est réalisée à des fins exclusivement esthétiques. La façade 10 présente également deux bords latéraux opposés parallèles 14,15 qui définissent avec le bord supérieur 12 et de le bord de fond 15, le contour de la poche de compartiment 9.
[0027] Dans cette variante, la façade 10 de la poche de compartiment 9 est solidarisée par surpiqure à la contre façade 16 de la poche principale 2 au niveau de ses bords latéraux 14,15 et du bord de fond 13. La contre façade 16 de la poche principale 2 présente alors également la fonction de contre façade 16 de la poche de compartiment 9.
[0028] La largeur L de la poche de compartiment 9 est comprise entre 7 et 12 centimètres, et sa hauteur H est comprise entre 13 et 25 centimètres de façon à accueillir un téléphone mobile. La largeur L1 de la poche principale 2 peut être augmentée par rapport à celle d’une poche principale de l’art antérieur pour être supérieure à la largeur L de la poche de compartiment 9. [0029] Ainsi définie, la poche de compartiment 9 de l’invention présente une partie inférieure 17 dont les bords latéraux et le bord de fond sont représentées en pointillée, qui est logée dans la poche principale 2, et une partie supérieure 18 qui émerge de la poche principale 2 en étant rendue visible.
[0030] En référence aux figures 2 et 3, l’agencement de poches de l’invention 1 a selon la deuxième variante présentent un grand nombre de similitudes avec l’agencement de poches de la première variante.

Le bord supérieur 3 présente une forme de quart d’ovoïde avec une partie de plus grande longueur 6 quasiment parallèle au bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe B et une partie de plus petite longueur 7 qui remonte quasiment parallèlement au bord latéral 4 du quart de jambe B. Le fond de poche non représenté de la poche principale 2 est conforme à l’art antérieur.
[0032] C’est également le cas pour une partie de la poche de compartiment 9a qui présente une partie inférieure 17a qui, dans la position d’utilisation rangée de la poche de compartiment 9a de la figure 2, est logée dans la poche principale 2, et une partie supérieure 18a qui émerge de façon visible de la poche principale 2.
[0033] La poche de compartiment 9a comprend une façade 10a de largeur L, un bord supérieur 1 1 a qui définit l’ouverture d’entrée 12a mais qui s’étend pour cette variante parallèlement au bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe B, en définissant la hauteur H de la poche de compartiment 9a jusqu’au fond 13a qui est également parallèle au bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe B. La façade 10 présente également deux bords latéraux opposés parallèles 14a, 15a qui définissent avec le bord supérieur 12a et de le bord de fond 13a, le contour de la poche de compartiment 9a.
[0034] La poche de compartiment 9a comporte une contre façade 19a non visible car de même dimension que la façade 10a, et un bord supérieur 20a qui se superpose au bord supérieur 1 1 a de la façade 10a. La façade 10a et la contre façade 19a sont solidarisées ensemble par couturage au niveau des bords latéraux opposés 14a, 15a et du bord de fond 13a.
[0035] Selon l’invention, la contre façade 19a peut présenter au moins une couche de tissu en jean, mais également au moins une couche de tissu supplémentaire qui assure la protection des ondes émanant du téléphone portable vers les organes sensibles de l’utilisateur. A titre d’exemple, cette couche de protection peut être composée de nylon et d’argent dans des teneurs respectives de 80% et 20% en présentant des performances d’atténuation des hautes et basses fréquences d’environ 60 décibels. Il est à noter que cette couche de protection peut également, dans le cadre de l’invention, être alternativement intégrée à la contre façade 15 de la poche principale 2. Dans la première variante de réalisation des figures 1 et 2, cette protection est assurée par l’intégration de cette couche de protection à la contre façade 15 de la poche principale qui est forme également contre façade de la poche de compartiment 9.
[0036] Selon l’invention, la poche de compartiment 9a de la deuxième variante est solidarisée à la pièce d’habillement, ici la contre façade 15 de la poche principale 2 uniquement par le bord supérieur 20a de sa contre façade 19a.
[0037] En référence à la figure 3, cette configuration et solidarisation permet à la poche de compartiment 9a d’adopter une autre position d’utilisation dans laquelle cette poche de compartiment 9a est dégagée de la poche principale 2, ou autrement dit sortie par-dessus la poche principale. Cette position de dégagement présente pour l’utilisateur notamment l’avantage de ne pas être gêné par le téléphone mobile logé dans la poche de compartiment 9a en position assise. Le dégagement de la poche de compartiment s’effectue aisément en soulevant la poche de compartiment 9a depuis sa position rangée (voir la figure 5 qui illustre cette étape de soulèvement pour la troisième variante de réalisation), puis en dégageant sa partie inférieure 17a de la poche principale. Le cas échéant, selon la hauteur de la partie inférieure 17a, le téléphone mobile est sensiblement remonté dans la poche de compartiment 9a pour permettre ce dégagement.
[0038] Pour aider ce dégagement, on prévoit que l’ouverture d’entrée 8 de la poche principale 2 présente une souplesse de dégagement. Pour ce faire, on prévoit que le bord supérieur d’ouverture 3 de la poche principale 2 puisse être mis facilement à distance de la contre façade 15 de cette poche principale 2 en formant une courbe de poche. Cette souplesse de dégagement est réalisée par un embu de couture consistant à utiliser, pour réaliser la poche principale, un tissu de façade de largeur supérieure au tissu de contre façade. Un embu est communément utilisé au moins pour pouvoir glisser une main dans la poche principale. Selon l’invention, cet embu est compris entre 0,5 et 2 centimètres, de préférence de 1 centimètre. Il permet ainsi à la fois de pouvoir glisser une main dans la poche principale 2 lorsque le téléphone mobile est dans la poche de compartiment 9a, et de pouvoir dégager la poche de compartiment 9a dans laquelle est logé le téléphone mobile, comme précédemment indiqué.
[0039] L’agencement de poches 1 b de la troisième variante de l’invention illustrées sur les figures 4 à 8 diffère de l’agencement de poches 1 a de la première variante en deux points. Le premier porte sur le bord supérieur 1 1 b de la façade 18b de la poche de compartiment 9b qui est réalisée en biais et situé sous le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b, et le second porte sur la zone de fixation de ce bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b au niveau du bord supérieur 21 b du quart de jambe C considéré sans sa ceinture, ce bord supérieur 20b étant destiné à être en prise de la ceinture.
[0040] L’agencement de poches 1 b de la troisième variante présente une poche principale 2 qui est également conforme aux poches avant d’un pantalon de type jean de l’art antérieur en présentant un bord supérieur d’ouverture 3 qui s’étend depuis le bord latéral 4 du quart de jambe C jusqu’à son bord supérieur 5, le quart de jambe étant représenté sans la ceinture. Le bord supérieur 3 présente une forme de quart d’ovoïde avec une partie de plus grande longueur 6 quasiment parallèle au bord supérieur 5 du quart de jambe B et une partie de plus petite longueur 7 qui remonte quasiment parallèle au bord latéral 4 du quart de jambe C. Le fond de poche non représenté de la poche principale 2 est conforme à l’art antérieur.
[0041] Comme pour les première et seconde variantes, la poche de compartiment 9b présente une partie inférieure 17b qui, dans la position d’utilisation rangée de la poche de compartiment 9b de la figure 2, est logée dans la poche principale 2, et une partie supérieure 18b qui émerge de façon visible au-dessus de la poche principale 2.
[0042] La poche de compartiment 9b comprend une façade 10b et une contre façade 19b toutes les deux de même largeur L, un bord supérieur 1 1 b de la façade 10b qui définit l’ouverture d’entrée 12b et qui s’étend pour cette variante en biais ascendant depuis le bord latéral 14b de la poche de compartiment 9b jusqu’au bord latéral opposé 15b, et sous le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b. La disposition en biais du bord supérieur 1 1 b est réalisée à des fins exclusivement esthétiques.
[0043] La hauteur H de la poche de compartiment 9b est définie entre le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b et le bord de fond de la poche 13b. Le contour de la poche de compartiment 9b est également défini par les deux bords latéraux opposés parallèles 14b, 15b, le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b et le bord de fond 13b.
[0044] La façade 10b et la contre façade 19b sont solidarisées ensemble par couturage au niveau des bords latéraux opposés 14b, 15b et du bord de fond 13b.
[0045] Comme pour la deuxième variante, la contre façade peut présenter une couche de jean, mais également une couche de tissu supplémentaire à l’arrière de la couche de tissu exposée, par exemple composée de nylon et d’argent dans des teneurs respectives de 80% et 20% pour atténuer les hautes et basses fréquences d’environ 60 décibels.
[0046] La poche de compartiment 9b de la troisième variante est solidarisée à la pièce d’habillement par le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b de la poche de compartiment 9b qui est fixé par couture et surfilage au bord supérieur 21 b du quart de jambe C considéré sans sa ceinture. Comme visible sur les figures 7 et 8, le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b de la poche de compartiment 9b ainsi fixé vient ensuite en prise de la ceinture 22. Une telle fixation présente le double avantage de fixer solidement la poche de compartiment 9b au pantalon de jean, mais également de permettre un débattement vertical de la poche de compartiment 9b lorsque cette dernière est dégagée de la poche principale 2 qui est plus important que pour la première variante.
[0047] En référence aux figures 5 et 6, comme pour la deuxième variante, cette configuration et solidarisation permet à la poche de compartiment 9b d’adopter une autre position d’utilisation dans laquelle cette poche de compartiment 9b est dégagée de la poche principale 2 (figure 6), ou autrement dit sortie par-dessus la poche principale 2. Cette position de dégagement présente pour l’utilisateur notamment l’avantage de ne pas être gêné par le téléphone mobile logé dans la poche de compartiment 9b en position assise. Le dégagement de la poche de compartiment 9b s’effectue aisément en soulevant la poche de compartiment 9b depuis sa position rangée (figure 5), puis en dégageant sa partie inférieure 17b de la poche principale 2. Le cas échéant, selon la hauteur de la partie inférieure 17b, le téléphone mobile est sensiblement remonté dans la poche de compartiment 9b pour permettre ce dégagement.
[0048] Comme pour la première variante, pour aider ce dégagement, on prévoit que l’ouverture d’entrée 8 de la poche principale 2 présente une souplesse de dégagement. Pour ce faire, on prévoit un embu compris entre 0,5 et 2 centimètres, de préférence de 1 centimètre.
[0049] Selon l’invention, pour cette variante, il a été établi des critères de hauteur des différentes parties de la poche de compartiment 9b permettant de dégager la poche de compartiment 9b de la poche principale sans avoir à remonter de façon excessive le téléphone mobile.
[0050] On définit à cet effet une première hauteur H1 qui est la plus petite distance entre le bord supérieur 11 b de la façade 10b et le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b, et une deuxième hauteur H2 qui est la plus grande distance entre le bord supérieur 11 b de la façade 10b et le bord de fond 13b. On considère également le champ d’ouverture H3 de la poche principale 2 défini par la plus petite hauteur entre le bord supérieur d’ouverture 3 de la poche principale 2 et le bord supérieur 20b de la contre façade 19b sur la largeur L de la poche de compartiment 9b.
[0051] Il a été établi que ces trois critères doivent, pour éviter de remonter, ou de remonter excessivement, le téléphone mobile lors du dégagement de la poche de compartiment 9b, satisfaire à la formule suivante :

[0052] La présence du chiffre 1 dans la formule ci-dessus s’explique par la hauteur de dégagement H4 qui est d’environ 1 centimètre de la poche de compartiment 9b comme illustré sur la figure 5.
[0053] Lorsque cette formule est satisfaite, le dégagement de la poche de compartiment 9b de la poche principale 2 s’effectue sans difficulté et en tout sécurité pour le téléphone mobile logé dans la poche de compartiment 9b. Bien entendu, le mouvement inverse consistant à rentrer la poche de compartiment 9b dans la poche principale 2 s’effectue également en toute sécurité puisque les mouvements sont les mêmes et de même amplitude.
[0054] Sans être limitatif, la largeur L de la poche de compartiment est comprise entre 7 et 12 centimètres, de préférence de 11 centimètres, et la hauteur (H) est comprise entre 13 et 25 centimètres, de préférence de 17,5 centimètres. La première hauteur H1 est comprise entre 2 et 6 centimètres, de préférence de 4 centimètres, la deuxième hauteur H2 est comprise entre 11 ,5 et 15,5 centimètres, de préférence de 13,5 centimètres, et le champ d’ouverture H3 de la poche principale 2 est compris entre 8,5 et 12 centimètres, de préférence de 8,5 centimètres.
[0055] Les figures 7 et 8 représentent l’agencement de poches 9b de la troisième variante de réalisation sur un pantalon de jean 23 formant la pièce d’habillement dont le quart de jambe droit est représenté dans la position où la poche de compartiment 9b est rangée (figure 7) et dégagée (figure 8).

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
[Revendication 1 ] Agencement de poches sur une pièce d’habillement comprenant au moins une poche principale (2) et une poche de compartiment (9, 9a, 9b) qui présente au moins une contre façade (15,19a, 19b) et une façade (10,10a, 10b) dont le bord supérieur (1 1 , 1 1 a, 1 1 b) définit son ouverture d’entrée (12,12a, 12b), une partie inférieure (17,17a, 17b) logée, pour au moins une position d’utilisation rangée de ladite poche de compartiment (9, 9a, 9b), dans ladite poche principale (2), et une partie supérieure (18,18a, 18b) visible dans la même dite position d’utilisation rangée.
[Revendication 2] Agencement de poches selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que la poche de compartiment (9a, 9b) est solidarisée à la dite pièce d’habillement (23) au niveau de sa partie supérieure (18a, 18b) en conférant un caractère mobile à la dite poche de compartiment (9a, 9b) entre au moins la position d’utilisation rangée dans la poche principale (2) et une position d’utilisation dégagée en dehors de la poche principale (2).
[Revendication 3] Agencement de poches selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la poche de compartiment (9a, 9b) est solidarisée à la pièce d’habillement par le bord supérieur (20b) de sa contre façade (19a, 19b).
[Revendication 4] Agencement de poches selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le bord supérieur (1 1 b) de la façade (10b) est situé au niveau de la partie supérieure (18b) de la poche de compartiment (9b) et sous le bord supérieur (20b) de la contre façade (19b) de ladite poche de compartiment (9b) en définissant :
- une première hauteur (H1 ) définie par la plus petite distance entre le bord supérieur (1 1 b) de la façade (10b) et le bord supérieur (20b) de la contre façade (19b),
- une deuxième hauteur (H2) définie par la plus grande distance entre le bord supérieur (1 1 b) de la façade (10b) et le bord de fond (13) de la poche de compartiment (9b).
[Revendication 5] Agencement de poches selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la première hauteur (H1 ), la deuxième hauteur (H2) et le champ d’ouverture (H3) de la poche principale défini par la plus petite hauteur entre le bord supérieur d’ouverture (3) de la poche principale (2) et le bord supérieur (20b) de la contre façade (19b) de la poche de compartiment (9b) sur la largeur (L) de la poche de compartiment (9b), satisfont la formule suivante :

[Revendication 6] Agencement de poches selon l’une quelconque des
revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la contre façade (15,19a, 19b) de la poche de compartiment (9, 9a, 9b) comporte au moins une couche de tissu d’atténuation des ondes.
[Revendication 7] Pantalon de type jean comprenant un agencement de poches selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour lequel pantalon (23) la poche principale (2) est la poche avant droite, et la poche de compartiment (9, 9a, 9b) remplace la poche de rangement de montre à gousset dite « poche gousset ».
[Revendication 8] Pantalon de type jean formant la pièce d’habillement selon l’une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, pour lequel la poche de compartiment (9a, 9b) présente une largeur (L) comprise entre 7 et 12 centimètres, et une hauteur (H) comprise entre 13 et 25 centimètres assurant le logement d’un téléphone mobile dans la dite poche de compartiment (9a, 9b).
[Revendication 9] Pantalon de type jean selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (20b) de la contre façade (19b) de la poche de compartiment (9b) est fixé en prise sous la ceinture (22) du dit pantalon (23).
[Revendication 10] Pantalon de type jean selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (20b) de la contre façade (19b) de la poche de compartiment (9b) est solidarisé d’une part par surfilage au bord supérieur (5) dudit pantalon (23) considéré sans sa ceinture (22), et d’autre part par surpiqure à la ceinture (22). [Revendication 11] Pantalon de type jean selon l’une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l’embu de la poche principale (2) est compris entre 0,5 et 2 centimètres.
