Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'insertion et de compression de matériaux solides et élastiques, constitué d'une structure de cadres (1), sur laquelle des rouleaux dentés, des rouleaux en matière plastique ou en caoutchouc (2) de formes et de surfaces diverses, sont disposés, mis en rotation dans des sens mutuellement opposés, qui sont entraînés avec un moteur (3), où la structure de cadres (1) est formée par respectivement deux montants longitudinaux (1.1) et transversaux (1.2), reliés et situés opposé l'un par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que les deux montants transversaux (1.2) sont conçus en une seule pièce et les deux montants longitudinaux (1.1) sont divisés dans le sens vertical et les parties séparées d'un montant longitudinal (1.1) respectif sont pontées de manière mobile avec un ressort (4) disposé des deux côtés et peuvent être dépliées et rentrées les unes dans les autres,que les montants longitudinaux (1.1) sont reliés opposés, des deux côtés, parallèlement par rapport à leur surface de séparation respectivement par au moins un arbre (5), sur lequel repose respectivement un rouleau denté (2), qui est assemblé respectivement avec plusieurs pignons dentés (2.1) séparés, qui sont disposés en pouvant tourner dans des sens opposés les uns par rapport aux autres et qui s'interpénètrent dans l'état de repos, où au moins un des arbres (5) est prévu comme étant un arbre d'entraînement pour un moteur (3),que tous les pignons dentés (2.1) sont séparés des deux côtés par des tôles (6) sur les arbres (5), où les tôles (6) sur les arbres (5) dépassent radialement en direction du dessous de la structure de cadre (1), par leurs contours extérieurs identiques, les pignons dentés (2.1), les bords de tôle forment un plan horizontal interrompu en-dessous des rouleaux dentés (2) en s'éloignant de ceux-ci et les montants transversaux (1.2) exécutés d'un seul tenant situés respectivement à l'opposé sont maintenus en place de manière stable indépendamment de la rotation des pignons dentés (2.1).
- Dispositif d'insertion et de compression de matériaux solides et élastiques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure de cadres (1) est logée mobile longitudinalement avec les montants longitudinaux (1.1) séparés verticalement sur les deux côtés sur une structure de montage (8) soit sur des rails, soit sur des arbres, et au moins un moteur (3) est disposé amovible sur la structure de montage (8) pour une liaison avec l'arbre d'entraînement respectif.
- Dispositif d'insertion et de compression de matériaux solides et élastiques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure de cadres (1) est équipée d'un réceptacle pour le matériau (9) posé sur le dessus et le réceptacle d'accueil (7) est disposé, permutable, sur sa face inférieure.
- Dispositif d'insertion et de compression de matériaux solides et élastiques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau respectivement inséré entre les rouleaux dentés (2) tombe dans le réceptacle d'accueil (7) en train de X se remplir, précomprimé entre des tôles (6) pénétrant dans le réceptacle d'accueil (7), par lesquelles, le plan horizontal des tôles (6) dans le réceptacle d'accueil (7) , formé sur toute la largeur de la structure de cadres (1) dans le réceptacle d'accueil (7), peut être comprimé et un recyclage non souhaité entre les rouleaux dentés (2) peut être évité.
