Im Fig.1 ist eine prinzipielle perspektivische Draufsicht auf das erfindungsgemäße Rahmengestells 1 mit zwei gegenüberliegend angeordneten, mittig geteilten, geschlossenen, Längsholmen 1.1 und zwei gegenüberliegend angeordneten in einem Stück ausgeführten Querholmen 1.2 dargestellt. Beidseitig von den Teilungsflächen der Längsholme 1.1 ist beispielsweise jeweils eine Welle 5 mit jeweils vorzugsweise einer Zahnradwalze 2 angeordnet, die aus mehreren Zahnritzeln 2.1 zusammengesetzt ist und die beidseitig durch Bleche 6 beabstandet sind, wobei die Bleche 6, gemäß Fig.2, unterhalb der Zahnritzel 2.1 vertikal herausragen und mit ihrer Kontur endseitig und gegenüberliegend an den Querholmen 1.2 des Rahmengestells 1 stabil gehalten sind. Zum Einziehen und Vorverdichten spezieller zu recycelnder Materialien, können zur Stabilisierung des Einzugs- und Vorverdichtungseffektes der Vorrichtung, beispielsweise auch zum Einzug und der Vorverdichtung luftgefüllter Verpackungsmaterialien, die Zahnflanken der Zahnritzel 2.1 zusätzlich mit einem oder mehreren Stich- oder Schnittelementen, wie Spikes oder spitzen Klingen, ausgestattet werden.In the Fig.1 is a basic perspective top view of the frame 1 according to the invention with two oppositely arranged, centrally divided, closed, longitudinal bars 1.1 and two oppositely arranged transverse bars 1.2 made in one piece. Damit die längsseitige horizontale Bewegung des Rahmengestells1 gewährleistet werden kann, sind in den beiden gegenüber liegenden Längsteilen des Montagerahmens 8 vorzugsweise, in den Zeichnungen nicht näher dargestellte, Schienen, angeordnet, in denen sich die Längsholme 1.1 des Rahmengestells 1 bei der Aufnahme von Material zwischen den Zahnradwalzen 2 in einer horizontalen Ebene dehnen und zusammenziehen können. Ein symbolisch dargestellter Motor 3, vorzugsweise ein Elektromotor, wird mit einer der Wellen 5, die als Antriebswelle dient, gekoppelt und ist am Montagegestell 8 befestigt und mit dem Rahmengestell 1 lösbar verbunden. In diesen kann der Nutzer von oben Material einwerfen, was in das Rahmengestell 1 zwischen die Zahnradwalzen 2 fällt, von diesen erfasst wird und zwischen den Zahnritzeln 2.1 und den, diese beabstandenten, Blechen 6 in ein, unter dem Rahmengestell 1 angeordnetes Aufnahmebehältnis 7, beispielsweise einen Kunststoffsack, eingezogen wird. Je voller das Aufnahmebehältnis 7 wird, steigt die Oberfläche des Materials nach oben an. Die Bleche 6 ragen aus dem Rahmengestell 1 vertikal in das Aufnahmebehältnis 7 hinein und bilden, gemäß Fig.2 und 3, eine vertikal nach unten gerichtete, unterbrochene Ebene, die die Oberfläche des Materials im gefüllten Aufnahmebehältnis 7 nach unten drückt und zunehmend fest verdichtet. Füllt sich der beispielsweise eingesetzte Kunststoffsack und kann sich das Material nicht weiter nach unten bewegen, wird der Motor 3 überlastet und hält entsprechend seiner vorher erfolgten Justage automatisch an. Die Nutzer wissen nun, dass das Aufnahmebehältnis 7 ausgewechselt werden und durch ein leeres Aufnahmebehältnis 7 ausgetauscht werden muss. Gemäß Fig.4 ist das Rahmengestell 1 beispielsweise auf einem fahrbaren Montagegestell 10 gelagert. Claims (7)

  1. A device for drawing in and compressing solid and elastic materials, the device consisting of a frame structure (1) on which geared, plastic or rubber rollers (2) which rotate in opposite directions toward one another are disposed, the rollers having different shapes and surfaces and being driven by a motor (3), wherein the frame structure (1) is made up of pairs of opposing connected horizontal longitudinal beams (1.1) and horizontal cross beams (1.2), characterized in that the two cross beams (1.2) are made in one piece and the two longitudinal beams (1.1) are split in half vertically, the separated parts of each longitudinal beam (1.1) being movably bridged by a spring (4) which is disposed on both sides, the two beams being pulled apart and pulled back together,
    that the longitudinal beams (1.1) opposite one another are connected at least by a respective shaft (5) on each side parallel to the split surfaces, a geared roller (2) being mounted on each shaft, each of said rollers being made up of a plurality of separate pinions (2.1) which are disposed rotatably relative to one another in opposite directions and which in the state of rest interlock with one another, at least one of the shafts (5) being provided as a drive shaft of a motor (3),

The device for drawing in and compressing solid and elastic materials according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame structure (1) with the vertically-split longitudinal beams (1.1) on both sides is mounted on an arbitrarily selected mounting structure (8) longitudinally movably on rails or shafts, and at least one motor (3) is detachably disposed on the mounting structure (8) for connection to the respective drive shaft.
