  • the heater controller 205 is turned on or off to control the heating ring 209 to heat up to 100 °C, and the heater controller 205 also controls the control valve 207 so that the multiple aerosol nozzles 215 spray aerosol.
  • dirty airs flow into the sterilization structure 200 from the air inlet 5, in other words, the dirty airs in which bacteria and virus contain are drawn into the disinfecting tube 203 by the fan 202 and are discharged to the central opening 211.
  • the heating ring 209 heats the stop mesh element 210 to 100 °C so that the stop mesh element 210 heats and stops the bacteria and the virus, thus obtaining disinfection.
  • the multiple aerosol nozzles 215 of the rotatable spray ring 212 spray the chlorine dioxide to sterilize the dirty airs, and the HEPA filter 6 filters the dirty airs, thus producing clean airs. Thereafter, the clean airs are discharged out of the air outlet 7 via the air conduit 11, thus eliminating the virus, such as COVID-19, SARS or Influenza.

Claims (8)

  1. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) comprenant :
    un corps (1) avec un châssis ;
    un système de conduite (2) disposé sur une extrémité avant du corps (1) ;
    un râteau d'absorption d'eau (3) fixé sur une extrémité arrière du corps (1) ;
    un disque de brossage (4) monté sur une partie inférieure du corps (1) ;
    un réservoir de stockage d'eau (8), destiné à fournir de l'eau au disque de brossage (4), fixé sur le corps (1) et en communication avec le disque de brossage (4) ;
    caractérisé par le fait que le véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) comprend en outre :
    un couvercle (12) disposé sur une partie supérieure de l'extrémité arrière du corps (1) ;
    une entrée d'air (5) définie sur une extrémité arrière du couvercle (12) et située au-dessus de l'extrémité arrière du châssis (1) ;
    une structure de stérilisation (200), pour stériliser de l'air sale s'écoulant dans l'entrée d'air (5), reçue dans le couvercle (12), située au-dessus de l'extrémité arrière du châssis, faisant face au système de conduite (2), et communiquant avec l'entrée d'air (5) ;
    une sortie d'air (7) définie sur une partie supérieure du couvercle (12) ;
    un conduit d'air (11) communiquant avec la structure de stérilisation (200) et la sortie d'air (7) ;
    un filtre (6) fixé dans le conduit d'air (11) et situé au-dessus de la structure de stérilisation (200), et la sortie d'air (7) étant située au-dessus du filtre (6) ;
    une boîte de réception (9), pour recevoir un agent de stérilisation délivré pour stériliser l'air, disposée sur le corps (1) et en communication avec la structure de stérilisation (100) ; et
    une alimentation électrique (P) fixée sur le corps (1) et reliée électriquement au système de conduite (2) et à la structure de stérilisation (200).
  2. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la structure de stérilisation (200) comprend un moteur (201), un ventilateur (202), un tube de désinfection (203), un dispositif de commande principal (204) configuré pour commander le moteur (201) et le ventilateur (202), un dispositif de commande d'élément chauffant (205), un tuyau de distribution (206) configuré pour distribuer du dioxyde de chlore, une vanne de commande (207), un anneau chauffant (209), un dispositif de fixation (208) configuré pour fixer l'anneau chauffant (209), un élément à mailles d'arrêt (210), une ouverture (211) et un anneau de pulvérisation rotatif (212) ;
    le moteur (201) étant relié électriquement à l'alimentation électrique (P), une extrémité avant du ventilateur (202) étant reliée au moteur (201), et une extrémité arrière du ventilateur (202) étant accouplée au tube de désinfection (203), le dispositif de commande principal (204) et le dispositif de commande d'élément chauffant (205) étant montés sur une paroi extérieure du tube de désinfection (203) et étant reliés électriquement à l'alimentation électrique (P) ; le tuyau de distribution (206) étant en communication avec la boîte de réception (9) et le tube de désinfection (203), la vanne de commande (207) étant fixée sur une position prédéterminée du tuyau de distribution (206) et étant commandée par le dispositif de commande d'élément chauffant (205), le dispositif de fixation (208) étant fixé sur une extrémité du tube de désinfection (203) à distance du ventilateur (202), l'anneau chauffant (209) étant disposé sur une extrémité du dispositif de fixation (208) à distance du tube de désinfection (203), et l'élément à mailles d'arrêt (210) étant monté sur une paroi extérieure d'une extrémité de l'anneau chauffant (209) à distance du dispositif de fixation (208), l'ouverture centrale (211) étant définie sur l'extrémité de l'anneau chauffant (209) à distance du dispositif de fixation (208), et l'ouverture centrale (211) ayant un trou traversant (213) formé sur une paroi intérieure de celle-ci, l'anneau de pulvérisation rotatif (212) étant fixé sur une extrémité de l'ouverture centrale (211) à distance de l'anneau chauffant (209).
  3. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le filtre (6) est un filtre à particules à haute efficacité (HEPA).
  4. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément à mailles d'arrêt (210) a 400 mailles.
  5. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'anneau de pulvérisation rotatif (212) a un tube de couplage (214) et de multiples buses d'aérosol (215), le tube de couplage (214) traversant le trou traversant (213) de l'ouverture centrale (211) et communiquant avec la boîte de réception (9), et les multiples buses d'aérosol (215) étant espacées angulairement, étant tournées vers l'intérieur et communiquant avec le tube de couplage (214).
  6. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le réservoir de stockage (8) et la boîte de réception (9) sont définis entre le système de conduite (2) et le râteau d'absorption d'eau (3) .
  7. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le réservoir de stockage (8) comprend un capuchon amovible (801), et la boîte de réception (9) comprend un capuchon amovible (901).
  8. - Véhicule de stérilisation mobile (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le châssis a une patte de liaison (103) reliée sur l'extrémité arrière du couvercle (12) par un arbre de rotation (10) de façon à découvrir et recouvrir le couvercle (12).
